The purpose of this article is partly to find out how the burial grounds are used today and the needs of its visitors, but also to develop the character and expression of future burial grounds. My suggestions focus on burial grounds without religious attributes; something that, according to the burial law (Begravningslagen, 1990:1144), the manager of the burial ground is ordered to obey. In my design I aim to fulfill any requests regarding the place of burial that have been raised during my study. I have chosen the history of burial grounds as my starting point and will subsequently discuss their significance in today's society. I describe what distinguishes the burial ground throughout history from medieval times and onwards. Tradition and religion are closely linked regarding burial rituals.

Arbetsförmedlingen is the Swedish national authority responsible for the work politics, and its main purpose is to create and build a solid and sustainable job market.Economic crises together with changes in the society and in the organization over the past few years mean that the unemployed individuals that come in contact with Arbetsförmedlingen are no longer a homogenous group. A lot of effort is put into helping those who may find it difficult to enter the work environment, such as youths (19 ? 26 years old), people who have been unemployed or on sick leave for a long period of time, people with disabilities or immigrants who are newly arrived in Sweden.A harder social and economic climate can lead to frustration among the unemployed which mean that security measures at the offices has had to become adjusted. Local offices now have a public area where they have meetings with their clients and a locked open plan office space to which the public have no access. Working within an open plan office environment can cause health problems, mostly due to the constant background noise that comes from people having conversations on the phone, or with each other.

I studien blev en experimentgrupp exponerad av produkter från blogginlägg och en annan experimentgrupp blev exponerad av produkter från bloggares Snapchat. I resterande två experimentgrupper tillämpades defaulteffekten för att se om det skulle påverka deras val av varumärke. Resultat & slutsats: Resultatet visar att Snapchat är den typ av social media som personer i större utsträckning blir påverkade av vid produktexponeringar. Bloggar påverkar i större utsträckning ett inköpsbeslut när kända personer ger rekommendationer.

The present study deals with the usage of the school library for upper secondary school students. Is it a place for working or studying? The questions are:? What do the students say they use their school library for?? Are there any differences between students in theoretical programs and students in practical programs with regard to their use of the school library?? What are the features of the ideal library from a students? point of view? My study represents a user?s perspective. The investigation is both quantitative and qualitative. Eighty-two inquiries from four different classes, representing two theoretical and two practical programs were carried out.

This essay research the characteristics of the place-name Kiven?bben (with variation) in the Swedish region of V?sterg?tland, and its possible connection to the fortification term kiven?bb. The purpose is to deepen and nuance earlier brief reaserches made for the subject. The essay uses the theories of the urban planner Kevin Lynch to rule out if it is likely that the places with kiven?bb-names in V?sterg?tland were named after a fortification in the closest area.

We are daily using the public space to move throughout the city. The public space is an important part of our city and it?s where a lot of social activities occur and a lot of different events take place. The outdoor environment in the city should offer the residents nice and varying places for staying. In this essay I will try to understand how the physical environment works and how people moves and behave in the public space.

Syftet med vår undersökning var att se i vilken grad eleverna har förståelse för begreppet hållbar utveckling. Då hållbar utveckling är ett mycket vitt begrepp har vi avgränsat oss till att behandla den konflikt som uppstår mellan ekonomiska, sociala och miljömässiga synvinklar i hållbar utveckling. Vi ville även undersöka om eleverna visar att de har handlingskompetens i miljöfrågor. För att uppnå detta genomförde vi en enkätundersökning på två skolor i Norrbotten samt att vi intervjuade ett urval av dessa elever. Vår undersökning visade att eleverna visade förståelse för konflikten i hållbar utveckling men däremot kunde vi inte se om de hade någon större handlingskompetens..

There are experiential products that through a digital transformation wholly or partially have taken new place in our everyday lives. Just a few years ago, we had music on CDs, movies on tape and books in bookshelves. In Sweden, we are now facing a transformation when the e-book begins to take place alongside the printed book.This paper focuses on what values play a role in the attitude towards ebooks among a selected group of Swedish book bloggers. A qualitative content analysis was performed on blog posts concerning the ebook from twelve different Swedish book blogs. The posts were then coded into categories and values.

In 2007 the project with the renewal of the Vasa Park in Stockholm won the Siena Prize. The architects responsible for the project described how they aimed for upgrading the park within its historical framework. Since the project was a renewal and not a restoration of the park, I thought it would be interesting to study how the architects proceeded with this work. The aim of this essay has therefore been to examine how the last renewal of the Vasa Park has chosen to approach the history of the place. To understand the historical development of the park and how the renewal project was carried out, I started with a literature survey consisting of books, the program of the renewal and articles about the project.

The thesis explores what is meant by multiculturalism in today's Sweden based on burial grounds and funerals in a minor municipality. This is done through an ethnographic case study of the municipality of Vara. The study aims to investigate how multiculturalism looks and is responded to. The study maps which aspects are placed on multiculturalism in a minor municipality and which adaptations and compromises are highlighted. This is done within the framework of theories concerning multiculturalism and social identity, and the result of the empirical case study is presented by applying the theories to the material. From burial places and funerals, social collective and individual identities are analysed based on the social categories of religion/faith/secularity and place belonging, based on the perspectives of rituals and traditions as well as the location of the grave. The study finds that there are several aspects of multiculture in the burial grounds, as multiculture not only includes cultural influences from immigrants but also the different preferences of the local villages, in combination with the development of society, and Sweden in general.

Syftet med arbetet är att se vilka skäl det finns för att bedriva ämnesintegration och hur detta kan appliceras på hållbar utveckling. Målsättningen var även att undersöka hur en skolas lärare och skolledare arbetar med ämnesintegration, hållbar utveckling och de två gemensamt. För att få svar på frågorna har det utförts en enkätundersökning samt intervjuer. Trots att skolans styrdokument innefattar hållbar utveckling är inte detta något som i allt för stor grad undervisas om på den undersökta skolan. Begreppet är svårtolkat och i en del fall bedriver lärarna omedvetet en undervisning om hållbar utveckling.

Den ha?r rapporten handlar om hur en sa?dan typ av konsumtion skulle kunna implementeras och utvecklas i stadsbebyggelse.
