In motion ?a traffic program for Nacka is the result of a survey of the traffic system and transportation situation in Nacka and suggests possible development opportunities. A new traffic strategy will be developed in the municipality of Nacka the coming years, which is the reason for this study: to map the current situation, identify strengths and weaknesses, needs and opportunities. This program suggests possible development opportunities and gives an historical overview of the transportation system, the current situation and an analysis of different transportation modes. A mapping of other municipalities? traffic strategies or programs have been done and included into the program as well as a prognosis for the coming years in the municipality.

The purpose of this study is to examine, from a gender perspective, Utbildningsradions TV-program Hej Litteraturen! in the light of feminist literature studies conducted during the last twenty years. I want to examine if the feminist literature studies have had any impact on contemporary teaching material regarding the question of how much space in time is given to men versus women and which female authors are included in the literary canon. Hej Litteraturen! is a TV program produced in 2010 intended for high school teaching of literature history.   By conducting a content analysis in which I divide the study in a quantitative and a qualitative component, I have investigated how much space and time is given to female writers and how they are presented. My analysis draws on use Yvonne Hirdman?s theory of the gender system.   The result shows that the female authors get 37 percent of the total reference space and 42 percent of the time-space. The program has sought to describe male and female authors equally and gives them weight and relevance to the sections in a similar manner.    In conclusion, Hej Litteraturen! is a tutorial which embraces parts of the criticisms that have existed in historical literature review papers in general and literary history textbooks in particular. Hej Litteraturen! has worked on gender aspects of the program and by picking up contemporary authors as reference points for literary history in the present, the program contributes not only not only in renewing the literary canon, but also in balancing out the dominance of male writers in the history of literature..

I undersökningen presenteras skäl till att ta in en klassanalys vid utvärderingar även av den enskilda skolans verksamhet.Många undersökningar visar att det sker en social selektion vid övergången från grundskola till gymnasiet och därmed till yrkes- och studieval senare i livet. Det kan betyda att skolan endast i ringa mån, om ens alls, bidragar till att motverka sådana begränsningar i elevens studie- och yrkesval som grundar sig på kön, social eller kulturell bakgrund. Denna undersökning visar att effekter av den sociala selektionen kan skönjas och att en klassanalys av verksamheten kan bidra till en förståelse av problematiken och därmed till effektiva åtgärder för utveckling.Undersökningen bygger på svaren från majoriteten av alla elever i år 5 och år 8 i grundskolan samt år 2 på gymnasieskolan i en mellanstor kommun. Enkäten var en ordinär enkät för utvärdering av skolverksamheten. Dessutom genomfördes intervjuer med tre av eleverna i år 2 på gymnasieskolans samhällsvetenskapliga program samt en av deras lärare.

This study examines the opinions of social workers regarding the social networks of people with a substance addiction. The intention was to get a more nuanced understanding of what characterizes a positive or negative social network, as well as which functions different types of social networks serve. Data were collected through qualitative interviews with seven social workers. More specifically the social workers were oriented towards working for social services with clients that struggle with substance abuse. The empirical material has been analyzed with a thematic analysis.

What they requested from us was a moisture program in which you clearly could follow the routines regarding work with moisture in timber. The aim is to use this program as a help during the work, in order to achieve a good result.We have developed this study in addition to the moisture program. Vid slutet av år 2001 står Argentina inför en ekonomisk, politisk och social kollapps. Orsakerna till denna kris är fortfarande oklara. I detta arbete gör vi ett försök att identifiera några av dessa orsaker. Genom att göra en översikt av Argentinas ekonomiska och politiska historia, identifierar vi en avgörande förändring, då landet antar genomgående liberala reformer till följd av den skuldsättning gentemot IMF och världsbanken som landet försatt sig i. Detta ligger helt i linje med de strukturanpassningsprogram som IMF och världsbanken mer eller mindre påtvingar fattiga länder.

Syftet med detta examensarbete var att ta reda på vilka tankar som finns angående helhetsperspektivet i den stundande gymnasiereformen Gymnasieskola 2007 (GY-07). För att få reda på detta intervjuades två rektorer och åtta lärare som fick ge sin syn på den kommande reformen. De tillhörde två olika program, ett studieförberedande respektive ett yrkesförberedande och dessa program kontrasteras mot varandra. Resultatet visar att alla informanter har en positiv inställning till reformen men att det yrkesförberedande programmet är mer positivt inställda än det studieförberedande programmet som hyser mindre tillförsikt till implementeringen av reformen..

The purpose of this study was to examine and illustrate whether employed social workers, working with supplementary benefits at a social service office, felt stressed. If so was the case, we wanted to investigate if this stress that they felt had any effect on their clients. This study was based on eight qualitative interviews, of which four was with social workers and four was with clients. For a better understanding of our results we used Karasek & Theorells demand-control-support model.The study reveals that the social workers do feel stressed, but they only do so in periods. They declare that they would like to have more time for their work assignments, the meetings with the clients in particulate.

Varje år tar två sjökaptensprogram, ett fyraårigt program med fartygsförlagd utbildning och ett treårigt program som kräver att studenten har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete som matros, examen från Sjöfartshögskolan i Kalmar. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur de nyutexaminerade styrmännen upplevde sin första tid i yrket som styrman, om de hade de nödvändiga förkunskaperna för att klara av sitt jobb och om det skilde sig mellan styrmännen från de olika programmen. För att undersöka detta användes en kvalitativ metod där personliga intervjuer genomfördes. Tio styrmän, fem från varje program, som tagit examen från Sjöfartshögskolan i Kalmar våren 2012 valdes slumpvis ut för intervjuer. Resultatet från intervjuerna visade att styrmännen var nöjda med sina förkunskaper från Sjöfartshögskolan i Kalmar.

Social games have become a digital phenomenon over the last few years, affecting a lot of peoples everyday life. This paper focuses on how social games can affect workplace relationships. Through qualitative interviews I investigate how people who play with their colleagues experience the social games and their influence on the social interaction in the workplace. 10 interviews were carried out with people from four different organizations. The findings from these interviews were then put in relation to previous research and existing theories concerning workplace relationships and social games.

This research outlines studies about the relationship between social integration process of Japanese immigrants in Sweden and how social media assists in this process. The purpose of this research includes: To find out the reasons of migration to Sweden for six Japanese immigrants, any difficulties that they faced at the beginning of their immigration process and/or any positive qualities that they found in living in Sweden, whether they have accessed social media since they have moved in, if they do so, how the social media has been used and also, whether the social media has had a role to play in contributing to help their social integration process. In addition, it has been considered whether the participants have plans to return to Japan. In Sweden, there is relatively small Japanese migrant population. This social science research paper is the first in Sweden which explores the immigration process of Japanese migrants into Sweden.

SammanfattningDet här examensarbetet handlar om ämnet samhällskunskap, demokratibegreppet och därtill kommer vi även att undersöka hur gymnasielärare arbetar med samhälls- och värdegrundsfrågor.Under vår utbildning på lärarprogrammet med inriktning samhällskunskap har vi läst om demokratiska aspekter och hur och varför dessa behövs för att kunna fostra demokratiska medborgare. Skolverket tar i rapporten ?Ung i demokratin? upp en viss skillnad i gymnasieelevers kunskaper kring demokrati. Skillnaden som sådan ligger mellan elever på studie-, och yrkesförberedande program, där den senare gruppen har något större demokratisk kompetens. Detta väckte en nyfikenhet hos oss för att ta reda på om orsakerna till detta kan spåras till lärarnas sätt att undervisa i demokrati och värdegrundsfrågor.Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur samhällskunskapslärare på ett studieförberedande respektive ett yrkesförberedande program planerar sin undervisning med anknytning till det demokratiska uppdraget/värdegrunden.

The term ?social competence? is widely used by organizations in job advertisements, despite the problems of making a unified definition of it. The purpose of this study is to investigate which features the organizations require, why organizations require them and how the assessment is implemented for recruitment. To answer the purpose of this study, eight qualitative interviews conducted with recruiters from four different staffing agencies. Further a literature study was performed to define the concept of ?social competence? and its meaning, in order to later connect this to the result.

A Social Enterprise is a business that features a mixture of characteristics that originates from the third and private sector. A general conception of Social Enterprises is that they aim to improve social welfare by the use of sustainable business models. The mixture of social and business features has created ambiguity about how to define Social Enterprises. The purpose of this study is to clarify Swedish Social Enterprises as a phenomenon and to examine antagonism that arises from mixing the two different sets of organisational characteristics. This is achieved by conducting a qualitative study of ten Swedish companies that the market considers to be Social Enterprises.
