Social media has become an important marketing and communication tool worldwide, mostly through the largest social platforms Facebook and Twitter. With two-way communication via Internet companies has gotten the opportunity to interact and communicate directly with their customers. Facebook has been the focus point through the study because it has shown to be the most efficient and frequently used platform for communication. Our study aimed to confirm how communication via social media actually looks like. To be able to reach the best results, we have conducted the study from a phenomenological approach, which means; usage of qualitative semi-structured interviews to reflect the respondents experience on the phenomenon social media as a communication tool. Social media has shown to be a great way of communicating externally for companies who are willing to spend time engaging in the platform.

Stroke drabbar årligen ca 25-30 000 människor i Sverige och är den tredje vanligaste dödsorsaken. Det är en sjukdom som slår hårt för dels den drabbade och dels de anhöriga, då mycket kan bli förändrat mot hur man levde innan sjukdomen. Som sjuksköterska finns man med i många olika roller kring patienten under rehabiliteringen. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att belysa patientens upplevelse av att ha drabbats av stroke och hans upplevelse av den vård han fått, ur dels patientens och dels vårdpersonalens synvinkel. Frågeställningarna var: Hur upplever patienten sin sjukdom? Vilka önskemål har patienten kring omvårdnaden? Uppfyller sjuksköterskans omvårdnad strokepatientens önskemål och behov, dels enligt patienten och dels enligt sjuksköterskan själv? Metod: Litteraturstudien bygger på kvalitativa studier.

Social enterprises make up one of the groups of participants that provide welfare services financed by public funding. The object of this study is to describe and analyze from a theoretical point of view which conditions, in what fields, by which division of responsibility and finally through what decisions these social enterprises are allocated a place in the market for social welfare services. The company that has been the object of study offers services in the field of social welfare and in employment. In the study a triangulation of qualitative methods has been used: studies of literature on the subject, recurrent interviews and observations and also reviews of documents. The results have been analyzed from theories on the space available on the market for social services, on social economy and on social capital in the form of strong, weak and bridging bonds.

The purpose of this essay is to explore the social services work with crime victims in Sweden, according to Chapter 5, § 11 of the Social Services Act. The study examined how social workers define the victim and assessing and prioritizing victims' needs. It has also been central to study how social workers interpret and understand the regulation of social services responsible for crime victims.Qualitative interviews with 18 social workers is the basis for the study. The analysis of the social services work with victims based in the above-mentioned interviews. The interviews analyzed using the sociology of law theory.

This study explores how online television works and how it is integrated with social media such as Facebook, Twitter and blogs. Through three qualitative interviews with representants from different fields of work regarding online television, we have concluded how online television is being used in Sweden today and concludes with examples of what the future of online television could look like. Representatives from the following companies have been interviewed: SBS Media Group Sweden, Strix Television and Mediamätning i Skandinavien. The use of social media for marketing of online television is a fact for the companies in this study. However, the result of the study shows that theres room for development in the integration between online television and social media.

Beröringsmetoder och massage har använts under tusentals år och i många olika kulturer för att uppnå lugn och ro. På senare år har intresset för beröringsmetoder i vård och omsorg ökat. Vid en funktionsnedsättning kan beröringen minska och då uppstå en beröringsbrist. Syftet med studien var att beskriva och belysa Taktil Stimulering och dess effekter på personer med utvecklingsstörning i daglig verksamhet ur arbetsterapeutens perspektiv. För att ta reda på fyra arbetsterapeuters upplevelser av taktil stimulering användes en kvalitativ ansats med semistrukturerade intervjuer.

The level of help and support given to elderly people over the age of 65 has been regulated by two separate laws; 1-the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS) and 2- Act of Social Services (SoL). Recent changes in the legislation could cause local authorities to deal with these issues in different ways. The aim of this study was to examine and evaluate possible differences in the level of support for the elderly, dependant on which of the two laws was used in the decision process.The questions raised in this paper are· What are the major differences in the purposes of the two legislations?· How will the decisions be influenced dependant on what law is used? Do the decisionmakers identify the difference between the quality levels "good" and "fair"?· How is the process of care organised and managed within each of these legislations and how is the personnel used?· Are there differences in quality regarding freedom of choice, your own right to decide, influence, comprehensive view and continuity in the efforts given?· What development can you see in these fields of care.As a method I have used a case study involving four big cities in Scania. The most interesting and essential knowledge in the study was obtained from qualitative interviews with eleven decision-makers in the four communities.The result of this study indicates that there are more similarities than differences in the purposes of these laws.

The implementation of this research increases the awareness of the value for luxury fashion brands in utilizing social media as a communication channel to reach young consumers globally. SAMMANFATTNING Bakgrund: Sömn är grundläggande för att människor ska uppleva hälsa och välbefinnande.Syftet: Att undersöka sömnrutiners och omgivande faktorers betydelse för god sömn hos patienter på rehabiliteringsklinik.                                                                                      Metod: En kvantitativ deskriptiv tvärsnittsstudie genomfördes med hjälp av en enkätundersökning på två rehabiliteringskliniker i Stockholm. Patienterna (n=33) togs ut enligt konsekutiv ordning utifrån att de bedömdes kunna fylla i enkäten (adekvata, orienterade till tid och rum, förstod svenska språket). Enkäten, ett validerat och reliabelt redan befintligt frågeformulär, Karolinska Sleep Questionaire (KSQ) användes efter omarbetning.     Resultat: Den sammanlagda bedömningen av sömnen utifrån de fyra indexen, sömnkvalitetsindex, uppvaknandebesvärsindex, snarkbesvärsindex och sömnighets/trötthetsindex visade att det var 76 % som ansåg sig ha dålig sömn.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how social media can affect and influence the B2B-relationship. Social media is now a widespread and accepted tool for communication in many B2C-companies; therefore we find it interesting to examine how social media can find its place in the communication mix of B2B-companies. We are also aiming to distinguish standards in how social media is practiced and discussed in the context of the B2B-market. We have applied a qualitative method for this study and we have interviewed seven respondents, which are experts in social media or working with market communication at B2B-companies in Sweden. During our study we have identified several comparable attributes within the B2B market and their opinions about how social media should be approach and adopt in the communication mix of the company..

Företagshälsovården har en unik möjlighet till multidisciplinärt omhändertagande liksom goda samordningsmöjlighet tack vare en nära relation till både arbetsgivare och arbetstagare. Men - görs rätt saker? Och görs de i rätt tid?PREVIA har sedan 2002 02 ett principdokument för rehabilitering ?Rehabvägen - ett arbetssätt för tidig rehabilitering?. Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka hur rehabiliteringsprogrammet fungerat. Hur många återgår i arbetet efter rehabilitering? Vilka är de vanligaste diagnoserna? Hur är prognosen för de olika diagnoserna med avseende på återgång i arbetet? Hur har patienterna upplevt rehabiliteringsprocessen?Journalgenomgång av 82 personer aktuella hos PREVIA Härnösand/Sundsvall under perioden 020601 - 040331 visade att den vanligaste diagnosen för sjukskrivning var stressrelaterad utmattning vilket utgjorde 51 % av alla.

The aim of this essay was to study if social workers have a gender awareness in the social work they perform and if it appears in the assessment of needs and intervention. A qualitative vignette study with four social workers who handle adult- and addictive clients have been performed. Gender theory is used to interpret the empirical results. The results of the study show that social workers doesn´t see any differences in the clients situation, or make any different assessment of needs depending on if the client is a man or a woman. Social workers also propose the same interventions to men and women.

Syftet med denna studie var att kartlägga synskadades erfarenheter av kollektivt resande samt att ta reda på om eventuella brister i reskedjan gav konsekvenser på deras aktivitetstrepertoar.Sju personer med synskador, boende i Skåne och som använde kollektivtrafiken minst två gånger i månaden intervjuades utifrån en egenskapad intervjuguide. Resultatet visade på ett antal faktorer i reskedjan som deltagarna upplevde vara svåra, till exempel att ta del av information om en resa, uppfatta vilken buss som kommer till hållplatsen, veta var man skulle gå av samt att byta färdmedel. Vidare visade resultatet av studien på att deltagarnas aktivitetsrepertoar påverkades på så sätt att de fick svårare att utföra vissa aktiviteter, då framför allt aktiviteter i aktivitetskategorin fritidsaktiviteter..

The purpose of this study was to examine how the needs of social assistance for people with substance abuse are assessed in accordance to The Swedish Social Services Act 4th chapter 1§. The purpose was also to examine how substance abuse is assessed as a social problem by social workers, how the municipal guidelines concerning social assistance for substance abuser were constructed in relation to the Social Service Act and finally how social workers made their assessments of the need of social assistance to people with substance abuse in relation to the legislation. The sample was made among the municipalities in the county of Stockholm. Municipal guidelines were studied in 18 municipalities by content analysis. A sample of 11 social workers was chosen from 5 municipalities.

Syftet med studien var att få ökad förståelse för hur vårdpersonalen inom särskilt boende resonerar kring äldres aktiviteter utifrån ett rehabiliteringsperspektiv. För att studera detta utfördes tio fokusgrupper, där totalt trettioåtta personer deltog, fördelade på fem olika geografiska områden i landet. Intervjumaterialet analyserades utifrån en komparativ analysmetod. Resultatet visade på komplexiteten beträffande vad som hindrar eller främjar äldre personers aktivitetsutförande och rehabilitering, vilket formade fyra kategorier: ?äldres deltagande i aktivitet?, ?vikten av goda kontakter och samarbete?, ?organisatoriska strukturer och dess betydelse? samt ?individen och kollektivet?.
