Bakgrund/Problem: Redovisning har utvecklats tack vare internationaliseringen vilket harlett till att många frågor inom redovisningen är obesvarade i skattelagstiftningen.Utvecklingen av redovisningsregler gör att skattelagstiftningen skall ses över och därför harregeringen startat en utredning om hur sambandet skall se ut.Det formella sambandet innebär att det finns särskilda skatterättsliga regler där redovisningenskall följa beskattningen. Sambandet gör att företag redovisar både balansposter och resultatsom hade sett annorlunda ut om det inte hade förelegat ett formellt samband vilket uppenbararsig i koncernredovisningen där skatteeffekterna elimineras såsom de obeskattade reserverna.Ännu ett exempel på sambandets effekter är värdering av pågående arbeten där juridiskapersoner och koncerner har olika redovisningsmöjligheter. I de fall en bokföringsskyldig harmöjlighet att välja mellan dessa två metoder för redovisning av en transaktion väljer företagenofta den metod som är mer förmånlig från ett skatteperspektiv, vilket sedan får genomslag iredovisningen. Från en samordningssynpunkt är detta problematiskt då innehållet i dejuridiska personerna måste justeras till de regler som finns vid upprättande avkoncernredovisningen.Syfte: Här vill vi få en förståelse av den företeelsen som uppstår inom det formella sambandetoch dess betydelse på redovisningen samt vad ett avskaffande kan innebära.Metod: Vi har utgått ifrån en abduktiv arbetsmetod med en hermeneutisk kunskapssyn. Somunderlag i vår teoretiska start har vi använt oss gällande regler och normer angåendesambandet mellan beskattning och redovisning för upprättandet av års- ochkoncernredovisningen.

Abstrakt Social Engineering är konsten att manipulera människor, för att på så sätt vinna deras förtroende. Med hjälp av detta förtroende kan attackeraren sedan kringgå säkerhetssystem och få tillgång till organisationers information. Vi har i denna uppsats genomfört elva intervjuer på tre stora organisationer med både IT-chefer och övrig personal. Med dessa intervjuer har vi sedan försökt få en bild av hur medvetenheten ser ut samt vilka åtgärder organisationerna tar för att förhindra Social Engineering. Med denna uppsats vill vi belysa den ovisshet som råder kring Social Engineering, men även farorna och hur effektiv en attack av denna typ kan vara.

The aim of this essay was to investigate how social workers, within chosen Social services districts in the northwest of Skåne, work with children placed in foster care. Our purpose was to investigate the interaction between the child and the foster home from the perspective of the Ecology of Human Development. Our questions were:* How do the social worker prepare the child and the foster home before a placement?* What kind of support is offered to the foster home with the purpose of supporting the child?* How do the social worker make the childs contact with the biological parents easier?* To what degree does the social worker work on strengthening the child's network?* Which factors do the social worker decide the allocation of support?* What do the social worker think affects the work with the foster home from a society level?To answer our question we have interviewed nine social workers. We found that the social workers were generally good at perceiving how the micro- and meso-systems, and to a certain extent the exo-system, influenced the foster child.

Vår uppsats har inspirerats av tsunamikatastrofen vid slutet av 2004. Året efter, under 2005, samlades de största medlen till katastrofen in, bara i Sverige samlades det in drygt en miljard kronor på ett halvår. Det är viktigt för insamlingsorganisationer att ha ett förtroende hos allmänheten då organisationerna är beroende av att allmänheten skänker stora summor till deras ideella arbete. På senare år har det dock skett en del stora skandaler vilket gjort att detta förtroende försvagats, det blir därför väsentligt för insamlingsorganisationer att förankra sin accountability i redovisningen. Vårt syfte är att förklara vad som påverkar omfattningen av insamlingsorganisationers redovisning.Utifrån den forskning och teori som finns inom området för insamlingsorganisationer har vi identifierat olika faktorer som kan tänkas påverka deras redovisning.

Many social services cases have been reviewed in the media during the last years. One of those cases is ?Lasse and Karin?, handled by the Social Services in Oskarshamn in 2002. Lasse and Karin had their son taken into custody by the Social Services and the case was reviewed in national media. Through this case the Social Services received much attention, of which most was negative, and their handling of the case was greatly criticized.

The connection between accounting and taxation goes back to the 1920s laws of the named areas. A proposal has now been brought forward, the so-called SamRoB-investigation, which means that the connection between accounting and taxations should be decoupled.The authors? aim with the study is to investigate what a possible decoupling between accounting and taxation, i.e. the formal connection and the untaxed revenues, implicates for the auditor´s work.A research has been done by interviewing two authorized auditors and one authorized consultant of accounting to get a view in how the auditor?s works could be affected.

Syftet med vår uppsats är att utifrån svenska mindre aktiebolags, revisorers och expertorgans perspektiv redogöra för om förslagen i propositionen ?Förenklade redovisningsregler m.m.? och BFNs ?Allmänna råd för K2 - mindre aktiebolag? överensstämmer med vad de anser behöver förenklas. Syftet är också att redogöra för vilken funktion redovisningen har för de mindre aktiebolagen och vilka konsekvenser de föreslagna förenklingarna och förändringarna kan medföra. I uppsatsen tillämpar vi en abduktiv forskningsansats och har en intensiv utformning. Vi använder kvalitativ metod och har genomfört semi-strukturerade individuella intervjuer.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how five public libraries reason about the use of social media in their day-to-day work. This thesis aim to answer three research questions: What is the libraries use of social media today? How do libraries look upon their own use of social media? And have the libraries formulated any goals about their use of social media, and what are their thoughts on this? The methodology used in this thesis is a content analysis of the libraries social media and a questionnaire interview which was sent by mail to all of the libraries involved. The theoretical framework for the thesis is a model developed by Jochumsen, Hvenegaard Rasmussen and Skot-Hansen.The results of our study shows that the room of meetings, from the theoretical framework, are the most represented in the content of the social media used by the libraries. The libraries find that social media is a good way to connect and communicate with their users, but they feel that the time they spend on their social media is not enough.Our study also shows that most of the libraries have not formulated any goals for their use of social media, and that they do not have any intentions to do so..

I de allra flesta länder regleras redovisningen på ett eller annat sätt. Det finns dock ingenting som visar på vilket sätt som är mest lämpligt när det gäller att framföra en rättvisande bild av en verksamhets ekonomiska situation till dess intressenter. Om en situation är komplex vilket kännetecknas av svårigheter att få en helhetsbild av situationen och osäkerhet råder då situationen är svårhanterlig och riktlinjer, rekommendationer samt praxis saknas kan en rättvisande bild bli svårt att förmedla. Stadsomvandlingen av Kiruna är en komplex situation då främst för att det i Sverige aldrig hanterats en liknande situation men också på grund av att situationen bland annat berör många olika områden. En fallstudie där syfte är att beskriva och analysera utmaningarna inom kommunal redovisning i komplexa situationer genomfördes.

The aim of this paper was to examine how social workers' comprehension of the need of financial aid exists in, and is influated by, the organisation they work in. To investigate this, we asked ourself questions concerning how the social worker view the way that the finicial aid-system and work surrounding it is formed, whether the social worker's understanding of the need of financial aid co-exists with the percieved common understanding of the work place (do the understandings coincide, do the social worker adjust his or her understanding or is it possible to have a separate understanding), whether the social worker feel that he or she have discretion to influence the organisation and how possible conflicts between different views are handled. We felt that a qualitative method would best help us answer these questions. We therefore interviewed seven social workers working in the same organisation. We then looked at our material from an organisational theory perspective, focusing on the individual in the organisation.We found that the social workers were socialised into the organisation and adapted the norms and values that existed there.

The purpose of this study is to use a qualitative approach to get an understanding of what is expected of social workers targeted towards women managers in social services. Nine social workers were interviewed. The empirical data was then analyzed on the basis of gender theory. Respondents did not see their supervisor as a manager but more as a social worker with special tasks. Our empirical data indicates that there is a strong belief that men and women possess different properties.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the social worker?s perspective on working for the government as a professional in care of children, in relation to the family's right to self determination. The essay's empirical material is gathered from qualitative, semi-structured interviews with social workers who work with children and youth in communities and districts in Skåne and Stockholm City, Sweden. The analysis was conducted in line with theories of social constructivism. The results and analysis show that the interviewed social workers did not believe that the state has too much power over the citizen.

Vårt syfte med denna uppsats är att visa vilka värderingsmetoder fastighetsbranschen använder idag för att fastställa marknadsvärdet för förvaltningsfastigheter och visa hur väl dessa stämmer överens med värderingsmetoderna i RR 24/IAS 40. Vidare har vi analyserat hur dessa värderingsmetoder förhåller sig till redovisningens krav på tillförlitlighet och relevans. Metodmässigt bygger vårt arbete på framförallt studier av värderingsteorier inom redovisning, normer angående värderingsregler för förvaltningsfastigheter samt teorier om redovisningens kvalitativa egenskaper. Dessutom har vi tagit del av tre noterade fastighetsbolags årsredovisningar och intervjuat två experter på området. Vår slutsats är att de värderingsmetoder som fastighetsbranschen använder idag stämmer väl överens med de metoder som finns angivna i RR 24/IAS 40.

The purpose of this study was to examine how some social workers in Sweden describe the social work with unaccompanied children. Emphasis was on the role of culture in social work with the unaccompanied children. I wanted to examine how the social workers describe their view on social work with unaccompanied. I also wanted to examine how the social workers describe their view at their own and the unaccompanied children?s cultural backgrounds influence on the social work with the unaccompanied.

The current research examined whether motives, traditional mass media consumption and individual differences (social activity and political interest) predicted the use of social media among a group of university students in China. In coherence with Uses and Gratifications assumptions the study found that the factors differentially predicted the extent of media use. Information seeking, social interaction and affinity were the main reasons for using social media. There was a negative correlation between television viewing and use of social media, in addition to a negative correlation between information seeking and use of the media. Results further suggest that social media are used to enhance social capital, since student?s being socially active offline, tend to use the media to a greater extent than those less active..
