Detta kan ge till följd att samhÀllet gÄr miste om en stor del potentiella begÄvningar. En jÀmnare könsfördelning brukar dessutom resultera i ett trevligare och gemytligare klimat. För att öka intresset bland kvinnliga studenter för vissa IT-utbildningar har en del universitet och högskolor Àndrat utbildningsformer och innehÄll. NÄgra har Àven utformat sÀrskilda program som vÀnder sig till kvinnor.

Corporate Social Responsiblity is today a well known concept in the business world. The concept contains responsibility and sustainability for those who chose to work with Corporate Social Responsibility and the three responsibility areas within the concept. Responsibility and sustainability is of importance, no matter what core business a corporation has. The responsibility goes both out from the corporation, to take care of the surrounding society and the environment. I uppsatsen intervjuas: samordnare, metodutvecklare och boendestödjare om sin syn pÄ social dokumentation och om hur arbetet gÄr till pÄ deras arbetsplats. Social dokumentation handlar om att dokumentera vid handlÀggning och vid genomförande inom verksamheter styrda enligt SoL, LSS, LVU och LVM. Resultatet visar att social dokumentation sker i ett sammanhang och variationen mellan olika boendestöd Àr stor. AbstractDet har i ett antal internationella undersökningar framkommit att HBT- personer har sÀmre hÀlsa Àn heterosexuella. I den förbindelsen har syftet med denna uppsats varit att diskutera kring vilka ÄtgÀrder som Àr möjliga för att förÀndra denna ohÀlsa, dÀr jag har koncentrerat mig pÄ sÀrlösning kontra integrationsteorier. Jag har inriktat mig pÄ lesbiska och bisexuella kvinnor inom HBT- omrÄdet. Med hjÀlp av Nancy Fraser och Iris Marion Youngs teorier om erkÀnnande eller omfördelning diskuteras sÀrlösningen och integreringens fördelar och nackdelar. Problemet Àr att det vid sÀrlösningar finns en risk för att lesbiska och bisexuella kvinnor fasthÄlls i sin marginalisering och att det inte arbetas med roten till problemet.

BakgrundI dagens samhÀlle Àr diagnos Àr ett sÀtt att kategorisera. Vi har undersökt erfarenheter frÄn vÄrdnadshavare till barn med neuropsykiatriska diagnoser sÄ som ADHD, Autism och Asperger. Dessa diagnoser kommer att beskrivas och vi diskuterar normalitetsbegreppet samt integrering, segregering och inkludering. VÄr teoretiska utgÄngpunkt Àr det biologiska perspektivet, det miljöbetingade perspektivet samt perspektiv pÄ segregering och kategorisering.SyfteSyftet med den hÀr undersökningen Àr att ta del av fem individers personliga erfarenheter av diagnostisering och dess inverkan. Med inverkan syftar vi pÄ om barnet upplevs fÄ en sÀmre/ bÀttre vardag och om diagnosen skapar möjligheter respektive hinder för barnet och dess familj.

How do you do co-operation between government agencies? It is a wide spread view that there can be quite a few hitches in co-operation between agencies. In later years this idea has spread to the media where there has been negative coverage of the social service agencies. This generally applies to cases where children suffer because the right assistance takes too long to co-ordinate or does not get co-ordinated at all between schools, healthcare and social services. The social welfare law dictates that it is the social welfare office duty to co-ordinate the government agencies for the child?s best interest.

Our paper is targeting mainly students, but also all other people interested in social work with children. The purpose of our study was to investigate how the social workers experience and handle their work with children, who have been exposed to sexual abuse, and what kind of support and guidance the social workers are offered, in order to handle their working situation. We chose to perform a qualitative study, by the use of interviews, since we found it to be the most appropriate way to gather the information. Our conclusion is that the work with these issues is emotionally burdensome and requires a great commitment, however it is essential for the social workers to maintain a certain distance to their work, in order not to influence their personal lives. It is through experience and knowledge that the social workers learn how to handle their working situation. We also learned that although the work with sexual abuse against children gave birth to different emotions of the social worker, the social workers feel satisfaction with their work, by helping the exposed children. We hope that our paper will inspire and encourage to further studies in the area, since there is still much to be explored. .

Syftet med mitt examensarbete Àr att undersöka om det finns nÄgra för- och nackdelar med samarbetet mellan grundskola och sÀrskolan hur detta samarbete ser ut och om informanterna anser att det gÄr att minska glappet mellan de bÄda skolgÄngarna. Arbetet handlar Àven om vilka konsekvenser det kan innebÀra, inför vidareutbildning och arbetslivet, för en elev som lÀser under sÀrskolans kursplan. Jag har intervjuat tre personer som alla arbetar inom skolan. En arbetar i grundskolan, en i sÀrskolan och en arbetar pÄ sÀrskolans inriktning trÀningsskolan. FrÄgorna jag stÀllde till informanterna handlar om för- och nackdelar med integrering av sÀrskoleelever i grundskolan.

The focus of this thesis is on social workers? knowledge in assessing and making decisions in child welfare cases. The primary aim is to identify what skills or knowledge social workers find most useful within child welfare agencies in Swedish municipalities. Six different types of knowledge, social policy and the approach of child welfare cases are perspectives considered in the analysis. The interviews with social workers were held in three agencies in southern Sweden, in 2014.

The purpose of this study was to examine knowledge within the social services. We narrowed the study down from general knowledge to scientifically produced knowledge and how the social workers relate to such knowledge. We aimed to see how the social workers perceive different knowledge and how they relate to the different sources of knowledge. We also examined the different factors that will enable and motivate social workers to stay updated with scientifically produced knowledge that is relevant to their work. We also examined what limits the ability or motivation for renewing ones knowledge.

AbstractThe purpose of my study is to find out how students who are going to special school feel about going to that type of school compared to going to the regular school. I also want to know what they know about integration and a school for all, if they even know about the research that has been done and still is being done. I chose to interview two students to find out what they think about the subject. The two students go to different programs of special school in high school. I chose the method of interviewing because I wanted to get a vivid conversation and to be able to do follow-up questions.

The purpose of this study was to examine social workers working process in social assistance with focus on the childÂŽs perspective. We were interested in learning about the existence of variations in approach and attitude between two municipalities. Question to be answered about what methods and approaches used by social workers to include the childÂŽs perspective in the process of social assistance. Another question to be answered about what the manner in which social workers took into account the childÂŽs perspective when the families apply for social assistance in relation to the operations and requirement. To fulfill the purpose, qualitative methods were used.

Purpose and Scope: To make an in-depth study about the role of nongovernmental organizations regarding corporate social responsibility in order to increase the understanding of corporate social responsibility.
