In the process of globalization, identity has become one of the central factors.An understanding of the difference that makes up our society has made thequestion of weather is it possible to envision a society where difference is thecommon ground, one that has been up for contest. To answer this we need to seeif this kind of democracy is possible at all. For this I?m turning to the socialmovments who while they are working close to the reality also can give us somereal answers. Therefore I have looked at how social movements adress identity,difference and conflict and concluded that three things are crucial in organizing ongrounds of difference.

Det ?r en kvalitativ studie vars syfte ?r att ta reda p? mellan- och h?gstadiel?rares tankar kring dialogisk undervisning och hur l?rare anser att speciall?rare med specialisering mot matematikutveckling kan hj?lpa dem att implementera mer dialog i deras dagliga matematikundervisning. Begreppet dialogisk undervisning ?r f?rankrat i sociokulturell teori enligt vilken l?rande sker i en social praxis och spr?ket ses som det viktigaste, men inte det enda redskapet i kunskapsmediering. Denna studie har en fenomenologisk forskningsansats i och med att den unders?ker matematikl?rares f?rst?else och levda erfarenheter av ett dialogiskt undervisningsfenomen.

I Sverige bera?knas 130 000 ma?nniskor leva med en medelsva?r till sva?r demenssjukdom. Demens a?r en o?vergripande diagnos fo?r en samling sjukdomar da?r kognitiva nedsa?ttningar a?r utma?rkande och kommunikativa fo?rma?gor pa?verkade. I tidigare studier har det underso?kts hur personer med demens kommunicerar med en samtalspartner utan demens, men hur personer med demens kommunicerar med varandra a?r fortfarande relativt outforskat.Syftet med fo?religgande studie var att underso?ka och beskriva hur personer med en demensdiagnos samtalar med varandra och hur de hanterar samtalsa?mnen och a?mnesbyten.

This study examines the connection between social capital and urban and rural areas. The study divides the environments into two categories; metropolises and rural areas. Metropolises are defined as any of Swedens largest cities Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö. The study also examines if there is a difference between these groups in how high social trust they have to people living in the same areas as themselves versus people who live in other areas. The studie also focuses on the urbanization that the world is going through, where people move from rural areas into the cities for work and education.

Social workers in this study describes various experiences of the assessments of interventions for children and adolescents. Social workers experience of the many different situations where an assessment of best effort must be made on the basis of BBIC, which is the Social Services investigation records. To make this assessment, the Social workers need social assistance and support of their colleagues and manager. Knowledge mixed with experience is also an important part when it comes to being professional and not let emotions control that could otherwise be happened when the social worker meets and builds relationships with clients. Social workers are also those who will decide which achievement the client needs from the needs.

Kognitiv beteendeterapi (KBT) avser att hjÀlpa personer med problembeteenden sÄ att fokus ligger pÄ nuet och framtiden, vilka mÄl som bör sÀttas upp sÄ att en positiv förÀndring kan ske. KBT syftar till att mÀnniskor ska kunna leva i samhÀllet utan begrÀnsning och med bÀttre livskvalitet. Denna kvalitativa studie visar hur KBT kan anvÀndas för social fobi och depressionsproblematik. Fem deltagare intervjuades, tvÄ psykiatrisjuksköterskor och tre psykologer. Alla arbetar utifrÄn KBT och studien visar deras upplevelser av metoden samt hur behandlingarna kan se ut.

In order to broaden the understanding of work motivation the aim of the study was to compare how three different teams within the same organization constructed motivation. The three teams consisted of post sorters, team leaders and mailmen. Three focus group interviews were conducted with three men and eight women. The interviews were transcribed verbatim and thematically analysed with QSR NUD*IST. The result showed both similarities and differences in the construction of work motivation in the three teams.

VÄrt syfte med den hÀr uppsatsen Àr att undersöka hur personalrekryterare ser pÄ begreppet Social Kompetens i samband med rekrytering, framförallt vid rekrytering av mÀnniskor som i sitt yrke arbetar för mÀnniskor, tillika serviceyrken. Innan vi pÄbörjade uppsatsen antog vi att den Sociala Kompetensen var viktig för att kunna fÄ anstÀllning. Vi har i studie 2, som Àr vÄr huvudsakliga studie, genomfört sju intervjuer med mÀnniskor som i sitt yrke rekryterar och genomför anstÀllningsintervjuer. DÄ det existerar liten forskning kring förekomsten av Social Kompetens i platsannonser valde vi Àven att göra en sÄdan undersökning, studie 1, som till viss del Àven lÄg till grund för urvalet av intervjupersoner till studie 2. I platsannonser efterfrÄgas Social Kompetens frÀmst för tjÀnster dÀr man arbetar för mÀnniskor, vÄrd/omsorg/lÀraryrken, men Àven inom serviceyrken.
