Internet - and the website - has developed into an essential key for the relationship between enterprises and its customers. Today, a website might be the first or only impression a customer gets of a company. With this in mind we have focused our study on customer evaluations on websites. Social presence and its impact on people have so far mostly been given attention in the research of behavior in physical environments. However, in the electronic marketplace this has so far been overlooked, which is why our aim is to study how the presence of visitors impacts other visitors on the same website.

Abstract.

The purpose of our study is to examine whether stress among social workers is present, and ifso, what strategies they and their supervisors use to manage work-related stress. The study isbased on a qualitative method. The data consist of interviews, with six social workers andthree supervisors. The study?s theoretical framework is based on KASAM, SOC-sense ofcoherence by Antonovsky, demand- control- support model by Karasek & Theorell, stresstheory by Hans Selye and coping strategies by Lazarus.

The main purpose of this study is to examine and gain increased knowledge concerning the legal security of children taken into protective care. The purpose is also to enable contemporary social workers to reflect around phenomena in today´s social work, among other things how investigations are carried out surrounding children taken into protective care thought this historical study. To find out how social workers dealt with caretakings I have chosen to examine the personel files that the social workers compiled for each child and also interview a man who worked as a social worker at the time of the investigation. The paper is divided into two part studies were the first one studies legal security through Mattsson´s (2002) further development of KjÆnstad?s way to analyse legal security, namely through investigating the clarity of the law, procedural rules and the comtetenay of the social workers.

Occasionally the views of medicine and social sciences can collide. Doctors typically relate to a explanatory biological model, and social workers and psychologists seek social and historical reasons for neuropsychological diagnoses.A diagnosis is an obligation for medical doctors as well as other professionals within Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and a neuropsychological diagnosis is a prerequisite for treatment and more often than not for other forms of support from society.The aim of this study is to examine the function of a neuropsychological diagnosis with regards to the individual patient, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and society. A second aim was to examine how psychologists and social workers trained in the social sciences view neuropsychological diagnoses.Qualitative interview research methods have been used. Most of the interviews were recorded and transcribed in their entirety. The data has been organised into appropriate categories and the most relevant quotes have been selected.

Denna uppsats syftar till att ta fram potentiella nya marknader och skapa verktyg för att nå dessa, för företaget Westmatics produkt, Renaren. Den används idag främst i samband med fordonstvätt, i dess reningssystem där produkten renar avloppsvattnet innan det släpps ut i det kommunala avloppet. Produkten tros ha en större potential inom fler reningsanläggningar än fordonstvätt.I denna uppsats tas olika teorier upp som anses vara lämpliga i detta syfte för att sedan kopplas samman med de resultat undersökningen visar. Detta för att kunna ta fram och skapa betydande säljargument.Vi har undersökt och analyserat Renarens för- och nackdelar. Genom vidare analyser har vi kommit fram till produktens kärnkompetens och ?problem.

Corporate Social Responsibility has been defined as the responsibility towards stakeholders and the society in whole and the expression was founded in the 1950´s. Reporting in corporate social responsibility has been termed corporate social disclosure and has been divided into three areas: environment, ethics and human resources. The aim of this study is to explain variations in corporate social disclosure and the different media used by corporations to communicate these disclosures. A survey was conducted, which included all Swedish corporations listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, and all public-owned corporations. The results show that corporate characteristics such as size, industry and profitability can explain some of the variation in social disclosures and also have an effect on the extent and variation of the media used.

This study examines the link between the individual and social network, what social forces and social mechanisms involved in the interaction between individuals and groups and how we can explain and consider this relationship with the aim of understanding this connection. Through qualitative interviews, based on interviews of six active members in the organization Young KRIS (Young Criminal?s Return in the Society) examines the active social processes that the young members undergo, and motivates those who have been outside the expected conformed and regular society, to be included in the regular community and how this can be explained. The study shows that the organization through high availability, openness, knowledge of the needs of young people, good treatment, range of meaningful activities, has created a great venue for the young to develop and thus regain their place in the society..

Syfte: Syftet med studien var att beskriva sjuksköterskans upplevelser av att använda sig av hundassisterad omvårdnad i svensk äldreomsorg. Metod: Intervjuer gjordes med legitimerade sjuksköterskor som hade erfarenhet av sällskapshundar och utbildade hundar inom äldreomsorgen. Resultat: Sjuksköterskorna upplevde att hundassisterad äldreomsorg inverkade positivt på flera plan, både bland de äldre och för personalen. Sjuksköterskorna upplevde att en hund berikade vardagen på äldreboendet och att hunden var till praktisk nytta i sjuksköterskans omvårdnadsarbete, framförallt i arbetet med patienter drabbade av demens. Hundassisterad omvårdnad upplevdes medföra ett ökat välbefinnande, minska stress och aggression, ge ökad glädje och matlust samt stimulera aktivitet, både fysiskt, mentalt och verbalt.

Syftet är att få insikt i vad som motiverar företag till att använda Social CRM, och hur de arbetar med detta för att kommunicera med sina kunder med hjälp av sociala nätverk. En kvalitativ ansats har använts där tre företag inom olika branscher har blivit intervjuade; Röda Korset, Komplett ASA och Ving Sverige AB. Intervjuer har genomförts med två olika personer på varje företag. Studien visar att företag som är verksamma i Sverige har börjat anamma de möjligheter som arbetet med Social CRM i sociala medier innebär. De möjligheter företagen tar upp är att de kan nå en större målgrupp på ett mer kostnadseffektivt sätt, underlätta dialoger och skapa en informell och personlig kontakt vilket kan leda till ökad varumärkeslojalitet och värdefulla konkurrensfördelar.

Bakgrund och problem: Ett bolags intäktsredovisning är centralt för ett företags välmående. Olika problem uppstår för olika branscher och flera redovisningsskandaler har uppdagats under de senate åren, men genomgående har ?revenue recognition?, alltså att bestämma när och hur intäkter ska tas upp i sin helhet, varit en av de största utmaningarna inom intäktsredovisning. Hur har intäktsredovisningen utvecklats genom åren?Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att ta en närmare titt på intäktsredovisning inom svenska företag och hos aktiva revisorer för att få djupare förståelse av problematiken som fortfarande finns kvar efter år av förändringar, då speciellt frågan om när en intäkt ska tas upp.

The aim of the study is to describe social workers discretion when it comes to the relation between children placed away from home and their biological parents.The study describes how the social worker designs the contacts with the biological parents, for instance the extension for the actual meeting. The results are based on six interviews conducted with social workers who work with foster children. They have responded to questions related to the contact between children and their biological parent. The questions are based on eight vignettes. The contents of the vignettes show different conditions that affect the contact, for example age and foster care attitudes The results of the study have been compared to other previous research in discretion of the social worker and contacts between children and their biological parents.In summary the study shows that there is  high degree of independence for the social workers designing their work and that their level of discretion.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the use of social media by the Swedish Police for democratic purposes. The idea of citizen empowerment is closely related to the development of new communication technologies such as social media. Yet many studies indicate that governmental institutions rarely make use of the assumed potentials of social media.In this study, the democratic potential of social media is derived from Habermas normative concept of deliberative participation. Operational definitions emphasize discursive equality, interactive reciprocity and external impact. The analytical framework is combined with qualitative text analysis to highlight the conditions of interaction between representatives of the Police and citizens.In conclusion: the democratic potential of social media, from a Habermasian point of view, is to a significant extent neglected at the expense of its strategic advantages.

The aim of this study is to look how the Social Service has handled custody issues. The study has a legal and social aspect with a purpose to investigate how the law affects the social administration as well as the family. During a period of one year a quantitative and qualitative study was performed within the social administration in a nearby community. The study focus is partly on the relationship between the law, family and society. The main questions have been: Which one of the parents, mother or father, did in fact get the custody and why? How has the children?s point of view been reported in the inquiry? A child needs a well organized everyday life in a preferably conflict free environment.
