Författare; Jennie Andersson Nyckelord; Utbrändhet, Social trötthet, arbetsmiljö Syftet med undersökningen har varit att få fram vilka faktorer i service branschens arbetsmiljö som har betydelse för social trötthet samt undersöka eventuella samband mellan utbrändhet och social trötthet. Undersökningen är riktat mot vårdanställda och reseledare då tidigare undersökning påvisat samband mellan social trötthet och reseledare. Undersökningen är av en kvantitativ metod i form av en enkät. Denna enkät skickades ut till sammanlagt 110 personer i service branschen (vårdanställda och reseledare).

Today, we can see that social navigation is embedded in different kinds of websites, but there is still little support for social navigation in the web browser. Our main concern has been how we construct a tool that fills this hole in the web browser. By letting the theory, the prototype and the focus group serve as input/output to each other we could create a better overview of how the different pieces were intertwined. This has been a crucial mental model for us to obtain since it has helped us to understand how we could realize the theory through our prototype and thereby come to the conclusion of what aspects of the theory that we should put forward to further development. After constructing the prototype we thought that it would support social navigation, but realized after analyzing the discussion of the focus group that we are not there yet.

Att styra en ideell organisation föranleder många utmaningar. Många gånger skiljer sig målet för en ideell sammanslutning markant från exempelvis ett aktieägt företag där utdelning till aktieägare och vinst är i fokus. Den ideella organisationen håller oftast mindre konkret mätbara sociala värden för viktigare. Personer som jobbar ideellt har inte heller som främsta incitament att tjäna pengar, vilket gör styrningsfrågor, belöningar och påföljder extra intressanta. Författarna har i sin studie sökt belysa dessa särskilda förutsättningar genom att studera två studentnationer vid Uppsala universitet, nämligen Uplands och Västgöta nation.

What Places Adolescents and Adults, Respectively, in Need of Social Assistance? A Qualitative Study of How Social Workers Whom Administrate Financial Assistance for Adolescents and Adults, Respectively, Describe Reasons Behind the Need of Social Assistance Amongst Their ClientsThe purpose of this essay was to study and compare how social workers whom administrate social assistance for adolescents and adults, respectively, describe reasons behind the need of social assistance amongst their clients. This was done due to the use of qualitative interviews with a total of six social workers. Of these six, three administrated social assistance for adolescents while the other three did the same for adults. Prior research of poverty attribution greatly inspired this essay.

The purpose of this essay was to examine and compare what attitudes Swedish and Belgian social workers may have towards residential care and foster care for children and young people. To answer the purpose eight qualitative interviews with four Swedish and four Belgian social workers were made. The results were analyzed by theory of organization and professional acting space. The results of the study show that the social workers in both countries preferred foster care, especially for small children, and that the Swedish social workers had a more negative attitude towards residential care than the Belgian social workers. Even though the Belgian social workers preferred foster care, they found themselves forced to choose residential care due to lack of available foster care facilities, something that did not seem to affect the Swedish social workers.

The Swedish welfare organisation is built on the fact that the legislation gives the municipalities and social workers guidance and direction how to assess cases. Through out this the clients have right to be assessed both equally and individually. How is this done? The purpose of this paper was to examine the effect of the organisation referred to the social workers ability to discretion and the evaluation of the assessment in first time applications of social assistant cases. The purpose was also to look for variations in decisions and if these could be explained out of organisational and assessment effects.

The aim of our study is to explore social workers view on the importance of clothing. We want to know how and if social worker reflects on the importance of their clothing and how it may affect their clients. Dresses social workers differently due to different work situations? Play client`s clothes any role in the social welfare officers? Can client`s clothing affect the assessment of their problem?The study is based on a qualitative method. The data consists of two focus group interviews with four social workers in each group, containing three women and one man in each focusgroup, with a total of eight informants.The results of our study indicate that the clothes are important in meeting with clients and especially as to help create a relationship with the client.

Anton Lindberg och Daniel Lissert,studenter på programmet Innovation & Produktdesign vid Mälardalens högskola, har på uppdrag av SE AB genom Minst Innovation i Mälardalen utvecklat koncept på ett antal komponenter för en elektroniskt höj- och sänkbar vagn med användning inom begravningsbranschen.Examensarbetet bygger på tidigare produktutveckling med problemformuleringen ?att minska lyft inom begravningsbranschen?.Ett tidigare examensarbete låg även som grund för vidareutvecklingsarbetet.I detta projektbehandlas bland annat konstruktion, transportmoment i samband med dödsfall samt interaktion mellan produkt och användare med hänsyn till användningsområde.Projektet resulterade i ett koncept som uppfyller uppdragsgivarens kravspecifikation samt identifierade kundbehov. Resultatet presenteras som CAD-modell med tillhörande komponentritningar.Marknadsundersökning, kravspecifikation ochutvärderingsverktyg såsom FMEA, QFD och Pugh?s matris användes för att säkerställa kvalitet i konceptet som togs fram.Marknadsundersökningeninnehåller intervjuer, hantering och analys av omgivning.Intervjufrågor behandlade problem vid hantering av kistor och avlidna samt framkomlighet i närhet av kyrka, bårhus och äldreboende.Det insamlade underlaget möjliggjorde slutresultatet;en transportvagn med förenklade lastmöjliheter och ställbara lägen. Utvecklade delar består av lastplan, släde, handtag samt kontrollpanel.Idéer diskuterades med uppdragsgivare vid avstämningsmöten och kostnad för komponenttillverkning har tagits i beaktande.Något målvärde på kostnad har inte fastställts vilket leder till att tillverkningsmetoder och materialval kan behöva anpassas mot produktionsval.

The purpose of this study was to examine how modern information and communication technology influence collective action within the framework of social movements. By studying the protests in the Arab World 2011, and focusing on the social movements in Suleimanya in northern Iraq, by observation taken on place, the essay discusses that collective action is closely related to the use of technology, for example cell phones and Internet.Result shows that modern communication technology has enabled immeasurable access andconnection between individuals throughout the world, which seems to be different from previouscollective action. The new communication channels in the form of social media, has been used for the dissemination of information and news, documentation, organization and membership recruitment in the social movements in the Arab World and Suleimanya. The new social movements have the tendency to be decentralized and flattened organized, they are now self-organizing and that they only do a whole as global patterns, as evidenced by the social movements in the Arab World andSuleimanya..

 The main purpose is to investigate the main fea-tures of the discourse in the social medias about the legal view on cimes and criminals.                                                The special questions that are investigated are:1)    What specific features characterize the discourse in the social medias?2)    What are the legal restrictions for the freedom of speech on the Internet?3)    What attitudes can you find among lawyers towards the discourse in the social medias?4)    Are there grounds for presuming that the discourse in the social medias can effect the judgement in a special case?         .

 The aim of this study was to examine how social workers perceive and interpret the term ?barnets bästa? (?The best for the child?), within the framework of investigatory work and enforcement of Swedish law, which is carried out by the Social Services. We wanted to investigate if the interpretation of the term had any causal effects on the work carried out by social workers. Seven social workers from two municipalities participated in this study in which we used qualitative semi-structured interviews based around two vignettes. We focused on age, experience, legislation, and external circumstances to gain insight into how these factors alter social workers? perception of the term ?barnets bästa?. Our theoretical approach was based on two theories on social constructivism.

Uppsatsen avgra?nsar sig till sa?rskilda kvalitativa egenskaper som definieras av ISO/IEC FDIS 25010:2010 under kapitlet "Quality in use". Uppsatsen ga?r ut pa? att utva?rdera de kvalitativa egenskaperna och om SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) bidrar till dessa samt inom vilken aspekt av affa?rsnytta. Fo?r att svara pa? fra?gan var det relevant att utva?rdera begreppen Affa?rsnytta och Kvalitativ nytta samt definiera SOA. Resultatet fick vi genom kvalitativa intervjuer fra?n fyra respondenter som har deltagit i ett lyckat SOA projekt och har goda kunskaper inom SOA och dess koppling till affa?rsnytta inom olika aspekter. Utifra?n litteraturen och resultatet ser vi indikationer pa? att SOA bidrar till de utvalda kvalitativa egenskaperna.

Människan är till sin natur en social varelse och många sammanhang förutsätter en viss social kompetens. Att ha social fobi innebär en stark rädsla för att bli utsatt för andra människors kritik och iakttagelser. Denna fobi leder till problem med många aktiviteter i vardagen, som t.ex. att läsa högt inför andra människor, gå på fest eller äta tillsammans med andra. Syftet med studien var att, med stöd av en arbetsterapeutisk arbetsprocess, undersöka hur några arbetsterapeuter arbetar med personer som har social fobi.

Bakgrund: 1 januari 2014 blev det tvingande för mindre företag att tillämpa det nya K-regelverket i form av antingen K2 eller K3. Av den anledningen är det både aktuellt och intressant att identifiera och studera de kostnader som organisationer kan tänkas ha i samband med införandet av en redovisningsrekommendation. Vidare har det i media förts en debatt huruvida det nya Kregelverket är anpassat för bostadsrättsföreningar, varför det blir särskilt intressant och aktuellt att studera denna typ av organisation. Det saknas, enligt vår genomgång av tidigare forskning, studier som belyser kostnadsaspekten vid införandet av en ny redovisningsrekommendation för svenska organisationer. Med denna studie vill vi fylla den kunskapslucka som finns inom forskningsområdet redovisningsimplementering.Problemformulering: Vilka är kostnaderna för organisationer vid implementering av en redovisningsrekommendation och vad förklarar dessa kostnader?Syfte: Syftet med studien är att identifiera de kostnader som uppstår i samband med att en ny redovisningsrekommendation implementeras i organisationer.
