AbstractDigital media in general and social media in particular are becoming more and more important to businesses across the globe. It is an effective way to reach out to consumers and establish a good relationship with existing customers. Most companies today use digital media in order to market themselves and to establish good public relations. A lot of those companies have also realized the enormous marketing capabilities that social media provides. However, in spite of the plethora of possibilities that comes with social media it can also, in some cases, hinder the companies ? success.

This study aims to further Work-family conflict research for Social Workers by providing insight into what kind of impact the job role of social workers in Sweden has on their private lives and how they deal with it. The study operates from a qualitative approach and is based on three focus group-interviews and three semi-structured interviews with people working in different fields of social work. The empirical material has been analyzed through the Dramaturgical Perspective and Frame concept of Erving Goffman. The results of this study show that the job role impacts the psychological well-being of social workers, their family life and their social life to varying degrees, mainly due to organizational and client-based aspects, often resulting in role-conflicts and a lack of energy in their private lives. The primary strategies were found to be conversing with colleagues, spending time alone, embracing hobbies and having a clear understanding of individual responsibility. .

Family centres are established to serve families with children and the personnel usually consists of units of social-workers, preschool staff, paediatric nurses and midwives. The purpose of the study was to examine the social-workers preventive work with families at the family centre. To fulfil the purpose, a qualitative interview with five social-workers was conducted. The theoretical framework referred to attachment and empowerment theory. The results of the study showed that the main part of the work consists of giving advice and support to parents.

Som alla vet och som alla läst har användandet av Internet ökat explosionsartat de sista tio åren vilket har lett till att mängden information som nu finns tillgänglig på några sekunders avstånd in i framtiden är gigantiskt. Då fler och fler företag vill nå ut till den breda publik som Internet har, måste de skapa webbsajter på ett sådant sätt att de fångar besökarnas intresse snabbt och får dem att göra återbesök. Detta gör givetvis konkurrensen om kunderna stenhård. Hur kan man då fånga intresset hos besökare för att få en större chans att påverka dem positivt och det snabbt? Den här rapporten riktar sig framförallt till utvecklare av webbapplikationer som vill se vad som är avgörande för att försöka locka till sig fler besökare och för att behålla de som redan finns.

Inledning och problemdiskussion: Det ställs allt större krav på intern kontroll idag till följd av flertalet företagsskandaler, däribland Enron som har uppmärksammats världen över. I Sverige var den senaste i raden HQ-bank, detta trots att tydligare regler för bolagsstyrning införts både internationellt och nationellt de senaste åren. Kraven på banker ökar allt mer i samhället då de förvaltar privatpersoners och företags pengar. Då kunderna är i fokus är det viktigt att bankerna och deras personal är medvetna om vikten av att göra rätt. God intern kontroll är en förutsättning för en pålitlig bankverksamhet och det är styrelsen som ansvarar för att förmedla den interna kontrollen till övriga organisationen.

Forskning kring moderns upplevelse av förlossningen är väl täckt men faderns upplevelse är ett inte lika utforskat område. Idag närvarar fadern i stor utsträckning vid förlossningen vilket väcker behovet av att identifiera och beskriva hans upplevelser eftersom dessa utöver fadern även påverkar modern, barnet och familjen som helhet.Syftet med denna studie var att belysa faderns upplevelse av förlossningen.Studiens metod var systematisk litteraturstudie med sökningar utförda i databaserna Cinahl, PsycINFO, Science Direct och PubMed/Medline under åren 2003-2008. Sammanlagt inkluderades sju artiklar vilka granskades och kvalitetsbedömdes utifrån granskningsmallar för kvalitativa och kvantitativa artiklar. Resultatet i artiklarna kodades, kategoriserades och sammanställdes för att sedan nedskrivas under den slutgiltiga rubriken ?faderns upplevelse av kontroll? med subkategorierna: ?innebörden av förlossningsrelaterad rädsla hos fadern?, ?faderns upplevelse av delaktighet under förlossningen? samt ?faderns helhetsupplevelse av förlossningen?.Resultatet visade att fadern upplevde mycket rädsla relaterat till förlossningen och rädslan berörde främst partnerns och/eller barnets liv och hälsa.

Social insatsgrupp är en strukturerad samverkan mellan i första hand polis, socialtjänst och skola med målen att förhindra nyrekrytering av ungdomar till kriminella grupperingar samt att underlätta avhopp från kriminella grupperingar. I examensarbetet har jag undersökt vad begreppetunga i riskzonen innebär för professionella från polis och socialtjänst i social insatsgrupp i Södertälje kommun. Södertälje kommun är en av de tolv kommuner där Rikspolisstyrelsen inrättat pilotverksamheten social insatsgrupp på uppdrag av regeringen. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur representanter från myndigheterna polisen och socialtjänsten i samverkansprojektet social insatsgrupp i Södertälje kommun definierar unga i riskzonen. Detta med målet att försöka förstå vilka ungdomar som blir selekterade att ingå i projektet..

The aim of this study was to describe how male social workers who work in the section for children and family in one municipality in southern Sweden, experience that their gender influences their daily work. The main focus is to understand what it means to be a man in the social services department. The first research question was how the male social workers experienced how their gender influenced their contact with children and parents in terms of possibilities and obstacles. The second research question was how the male social workers experienced how their gender influenced their working place in terms of possibilities and obstacles. The third research question was how the male social workers experienced that their gender affected the work with women colleagues.

The purpose with the essay was to study the school and the social welfare personnel respectively along with their perspectives and views on their collaboration in the work with socially exposed children and how the collaboration was formed.To get answers to my questions, I interviewed three teachers and three social welfare secretaries. The questions and the analysis were divided into themes: the collaboration between school and social services now and in the future, development of collaboration, and facilitation and difficulties.When analysing the interviews I found a consensus in some questions. All interviewed agreed on the importance of collaboration for the welfare of the child through continuous meetings. The relationship and dialogue between school and social services was vital. Both teachers and social welfare secretaries found it essential not to be seen as a hidden authority.

The purpose of this essay was a follow-up of four female drug abusers with several mental problems ten years after my initial meeting with them at Korsaröds Behandlingshem. Using a qualitative method and interviews with the women, knowledge was obtained regarding their current vital conditions and their subjective experiences of the treatment at Korsaröd. Their perspective on the ethical as well as their desired relationship with staff within social services was also accounted for. When contacted the women lived a content and drug free life in their own flats. The women stayed at Korsaröd approximately five years, and they said that without the treatment they would not be alive today.

This study discloses the responsibility of social work for the Swedish welfare state respective deacons in the Swedish protestant church, which roll the Swedish protestant church have in the existent welfare and also if deacons experience any expectations and how these expectations in that case are expressed.The aim of this study was to investigate the relationbetween deacons working within the Swedish protestant church and social work, as it appears for professional deacons. The method of investigating the questions raised by the aim of this study has been qualitative analysis of answers derived from six deacons working in different workplaces. The data derived from these interviews was then analysed through the theory of Gösta Esping-Andersen about welfare states and also through background research and earlier science research about the social work within the Swedish protestant church and other social work. The result of the study show that the welfare state in Sweden has the comprehensive responsibility for the citizens. Deacons working within the Swedish protestant church does not have the same responsibility.

We live in a society that has changed rapidly in recent years. The Swedish welfare state identity consisted of structures that had been formed from an emancipatory project. Today, these structures seem to have been erased and replaced by a different form of society. When a society is changing it affects the political, social and economic levels.In this social change Social Democracy seems to have lost its hegemonic position in society and describes itself as standing in a crisis. An effort to modernize the party has therefore begun.

Stressrelaterade problem i arbetslivet anses vara den vanligaste orsaken till arbetsbesvär. Inomgruvsektorn kan ökad stress leda till psykiska symptom. Studien utgår från QPSNordic (GeneralNordic Questionnaire for Psychological and Social factors at work) + 34's enkätmaterial ochundersöker skillnad i skattning mellan en grupp anställda och entreprenörers (n=25) psykosocialaarbetsmiljö av relevans för stress. Analysen utgår från enkätmaterialets itemnivå. En signifikantskillnad påvisades där gruppen LKAB - anställda skattade högre inom kategorinorganisationskultur samt förutsägbarhet i arbetet och entreprenörsgruppen inom kategorinarbetskrav.
