Syftet med vårt examensarbete har varit att ta reda på hur erkänt duktiga lärare arbetar med kommunikation som en del av det pedagogiska handlandet, samt vilken syn de har på eleven både ur ett kunskapsperspektiv och ur ett rent mänskligt perspektiv. Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ studie där vi valt att observera tre av de lärare som medverkade i Tv-dokumentären Klass 9A på Dvd. Innan vi gjorde vår observation skaffade vi oss en utökad förförståelse genom att ta del av vad både forskning och annan relevant litteratur tar upp inom området kommunikation, skolan som demokratisk arena samt lärarens yrkesroll.Resultatet av vår studie visar att det finns några saker som är viktiga för att skolan ska bli en plats där elever känner trygghet och lust till lärande. Kommunikativ kompetens, ett genuint intresse för eleven och ett personligt engagemang bildar den helhet som enligt oss, behövs för att lärarna skulle kunna skapa goda relationer med eleverna. Dessa relationer anser vi vara mycket betydelsefulla för att elever ska utvecklas både kunskapsmässigt och på det personliga planet..

Vi gör i vår uppsats en samläsning mellan kritisk diskursanalys och diskursteori för att undersöka hur medvetenheten om diskriminering och stigmatisering av riskgrupper artikuleras i den svenska hiv/aids diskursen. Genom att utgå från ett kritiskt socialkonstruktivistiskt perspektiv, frågar vi oss hur denna medvetenhet konstitueras av intersektionen mellan ?ras? /etnicitet, kön, klass och sexualitet. Vi är intresserade av att söka förändring i diskursen och avgränsar oss därför genom att närläsa två offentliga dokument, AIDS-delegationens informationsbroschyr från 1986 och en SOU-rapport från 2004. Vi kommer i vår studie fram till att medvetenhet artikuleras genom ett konstruerande av riskgrupper, där genus och sexualitet inledningsvis står i fokus, men som senare lämnar en allt större betydelse för kategorin ?ras? /etnicitet i diskursen.

The aim of this study is to understand the collaboration at a child investigation and the actions that may be encountered as a result of the investigation, based on the Social Secretaries experiences of collaboration with other agencies such as schools, police, health visitor and child psychiatry. In the study, eight social workers from different municipalities was interviewed at a total of six occasions. One of the occasions was a group interview with three social workers at the same time. Through the interviews, it appears that the collaboration has an important role in social work and the necessity is something that manifests itself in the social secretaries stories but also in the earlier research done in this area. The results show that social workers extensively want to interact but that the purpose of interaction varies depending on the nature of the matter.

Syftet med undersökningen var att försöka se om elever lär sig mer genom en praktisk lektion med hundar eller genom att spela memory. Två lektioner, en praktisk och ett memoryspel, utarbetades utifrån kursmål i gymnasiekurserna Etologi och Hundar, med bakgrund i aktuell forskning kring hundens sinnen, signaler och sociala beteende. Elevunderlaget i undersökningen bestod av en SP-klass, en NV-klass och två naturbruksklasser. Undersökningen visade inga påtagliga skillnader mellan vilka som lärde sig mest, dock fick memorygrupperna ett något bättre resultat än de som fick en praktisk lektion. Viss skillnad mellan elever på teoretiska program och praktiskt inriktade program kunde ses på enskilda frågor.

This study focuses on the use of animals in social work from the perspective of social workers. The purpose of this study is to examine social workers? experiences of animal assisted social work and how social workers view the integration of animals in various fields of social work. The research is based on a qualitative method and four semi-structured interviews were conducted with social workers. The theories incorporated in the study are Attachment Theory and Sense of Coherence (SOC).The following results are presented: Social workers are considered to have a more comprehensive understanding of clients compared to their associates who do not hold a degree in Social Work.

Syftet med undersökningen var att beskriva hur väl vi lyckats motivera eleverna till eget skrivande genom varierade och kreativa skrivövningar. Denna undersökning har bedrivits vid två olika skolor med elever i årskurserna 3?4 och vi kallar dessa för A och B. Klass A bestod av 20 elever och klass B av 24 elever. Vi har använt oss av både kvantitativa och kvalitativa metoder, i form av enkäter och intervjuer.

Our purpose with this study was to look at the connection between social capital and integration. Particularly if meetings between people from different cultures can increase social capital and in that way affect integration. We start by identifying the social integration perspective we are going to use through out the study and then we introduce social capital theory as a way of narrowing down the field even more. The study was done through six semi structured interviews. We interviewed three women that was established in the Swedish society and three women that had immigration background.

"En människa som ingenting vet om döden eller endast känner fruktan inför den förstår inte heller att leva, eller lever i ständig omedveten ängslan inför framtiden. ? När hon tar itu med ämnet och inför sig själv vågar bejaka dödens existens och integrera denna visshet med sitt eget liv växer hon både psykiskt och andligt.?I skolan bör man prata om döden så snart en fråga dyker upp, t.ex. om någon anhörig, vän eller ett husdjur till ett av barnen i klassen har dött. Man kan också jobba med döden under temaarbete om livsfrågor eller om den kristna påskhögtidens mysterium.

The purpose is to examine social workers view of vulnerable children and their needs. We are also interested to know how social workers think and discuss concerning the help these children are given. Our main questions in our study are; How do social workers define vulnerable children? Which needs do vulnerable children have according to social workers? Which opportunities and difficulties might there be in the decision making when trying to help these children? Which public authorities do social workers cooperate with? Which opportunities and difficulties do social workers find in the cooperation?This study is based upon interviews with ten social workers in the social childcare division in different municipalities in Skåne region, Sweden. Our results are explained and analyzed with a qualitative approach through different aspects of power- and Human Service Organization theories.

Social media has become an important marketing and communication tool worldwide, mostly through the largest social platforms Facebook and Twitter. With two-way communication via Internet companies has gotten the opportunity to interact and communicate directly with their customers. Facebook has been the focus point through the study because it has shown to be the most efficient and frequently used platform for communication. Our study aimed to confirm how communication via social media actually looks like. To be able to reach the best results, we have conducted the study from a phenomenological approach, which means; usage of qualitative semi-structured interviews to reflect the respondents experience on the phenomenon social media as a communication tool. Social media has shown to be a great way of communicating externally for companies who are willing to spend time engaging in the platform.

Från det att jag började första klass har jag förutom de första två veckorna fått gå eller cykla själv till skolan. Innan man började fjärde klass fick man inte cykla, så efter att jag började just fjärde klass cyklade jag dagligen. Min dagliga resa till skolan gick genom två olika radhus- och villaområden med lite trafik. Tills jag behövde komma över en riksväg med tung och vältrafikerad trafik. Här fanns reglerade övergångställen och vid det övergångställe som ledde till min lågstadieskola stod det alltid skolpoliser.

This Master's thesis examines segregation between Swedes and immigrants in school, and more specifically segregation between the two elementary schools Vikingaskolan and Tunaskolan in Lund. This case provides a particularly interesting puzzle, since Lund doesn?t have any pronounced immigrant districts, and was also recognized nationally as best municipality for its schools (2004). In this thesis we try to understand the segregation between the two schools in Lund as an implementation dilemma.The theoretical framework applies a model designed by Lennart Lundquist, which includes three potential causes for implementation problems: the implementer doesn?t understand the decision, the implementer can?t apply the decision, the implementer doesn?t want to carry out the decision.

This theises focus on how a ideal parentship can be reproduced and established in an organization that is incorporated in the familycourt, provided by the social institution. The organization provides help for parents and children during and after a divorce or separation, the organization also provides help for families where violence has occured or in cases when parent and child doesn´t know one another. When a custodial dispute arise´s and one of the two is granted soul costody of the child, the guardian in most cases is the mother. Therefor this organization mostly handels fathers and their children. The study shows that gender, class and possesing of the right will are the three main aspects that have an effect on who ends up at the organization.

Social enterprises make up one of the groups of participants that provide welfare services financed by public funding. The object of this study is to describe and analyze from a theoretical point of view which conditions, in what fields, by which division of responsibility and finally through what decisions these social enterprises are allocated a place in the market for social welfare services. The company that has been the object of study offers services in the field of social welfare and in employment. In the study a triangulation of qualitative methods has been used: studies of literature on the subject, recurrent interviews and observations and also reviews of documents. The results have been analyzed from theories on the space available on the market for social services, on social economy and on social capital in the form of strong, weak and bridging bonds.

The purpose of this essay is to explore the social services work with crime victims in Sweden, according to Chapter 5, § 11 of the Social Services Act. The study examined how social workers define the victim and assessing and prioritizing victims' needs. It has also been central to study how social workers interpret and understand the regulation of social services responsible for crime victims.Qualitative interviews with 18 social workers is the basis for the study. The analysis of the social services work with victims based in the above-mentioned interviews. The interviews analyzed using the sociology of law theory.
