Problem: Which factors affect customer satisfaction in a non-physical bank relation? Purpose: The purpose with this thesis is to study what creates customer satisfaction in a non-physical bank relation. We look at this by conducting a case study in which we studied the opinion of customers who uses the e-bank at FöreningsSparbanken. Method: We have used a qualitative data method through which we have received answers from our respondents, these we have interpreted to form information, which we have used in our analysis. In our empirical study we have used a case study in which we have chosen to interview both customers and co-workers to get an answer to our problem.

Metadonunderhållsbehandling : en gråzon för kvinnor?

The aim of this thesis has been to investigate women's experience of the Methadone maintenance treatment and what help they believe they need to be able to recover and to improve their social life and whether the medical- and social workers share the similar view.Our method of investigation has been qualitative interviews with four women in the program, two nurses and a counsellor at the methadone clinic and two social workers, who have female clients in the program.The questions at issue were:* how did the women describe their life situation during treatment, compared to the situation they had while they were addicted to narcotics,* did the women experience that the treatment they get in the methadone maintenance program is giving them a better social life situation,* did the employees at the clinic and at the social office share the similar view about the treatments as the female patients?Main problems seemed to be; meeting new non-addictive friends and finding something to do. We could se that, in different ways, they need more support. It wasn't always clear to the people who work with them whose responsibility it was, depending on workplace and/or personality..

Attityder till skolans förebyggande arbete mot kränkande behandling : En jämförelse mellan utsatta och icke-utsatta gymnasieelever

This study aims to examine how social workers, in the Swedish social services, perceive and interpret LVU § 3 from a gender perspective. In total eight social workers participated in the study, attending interviews based on a vignette. From a gender perspective we wanted to found out how the social workers define "other socially destructive behaviour" and understand their thoughts about this subject. Moreover, we aimed to see if social workers perceive any differences between boys and girls behaviour. Based on several theories, two gender theories and concepts we have analysed our result from the interviews.

Konflikter på arbetsplatsen och deras hantering inom socialtjänsten

The purpose of this essay was to inquire how workplace conflicts are managed at a number of public social services offices in south-western Skåne. This essay's main research questions were: What organizational factors determine how conflicts arise and are managed in a work environment? To what extent are such factors prevalent at the above-mentioned social services offices? Are certain conflicts typically prevalent in the public social services? If so, what are they? How does the workplace in question manage the conflicts that arise? The inquiry was conducted among the staff of three public social services offices, applying the vignette method. According to previous research, certain system conflicts are typically prevalent in public sector organizations, which adversely affect the work conditions of social workers at the organization's professional level. Two examples each of this conflict type and of interpersonal conflict were included in the inquiry.

Rörelser i den mediala offentligheten - En studie av de nya sociala rörelsernas mediebild under protesterna i Göteborg juni 2001.

This thesis highlights the complex relationship between social movements and the mass media. The new social movements really have to struggle to get access to the media sphere, often enforced to use spectacular media strategies, and at the same time maintain their political messages. This struggle gives us reason to question the liberal notion of the media as a neutral arena for political communication and debate. In fact we argue that the media industry should be seen as a powerful actor and that the mass media serves to maintain and enforce an ideology that serves the political and economic elites in the liberal capitalist democracy. The Social movements that seek to question these elites and present an alternative, as they did during the EU-meeting in Gothenburg 2001, quite clearly gets far from neutral media image of the political actions taking place instead the are portrayed as violent or associated with violence and not presented as legitimate or believable political subjects..

Samverkan mellan skola och socialtjänst. : Ur de yrkesverksammas perspektiv.

The purpose of this study is to understand the collaboration between school and social services. The primary focus of this study is the subject of interaction. The study analyzes how confidentiality affects collaboration between school and social services and examines what effect the organizations? different roles have on collaboration. The method used is qualitative interviews and the gathered empirical data has been analyzed using theories of discretion and street-level bureaucracy.

Purpose: The purpose of this essay is to describe the social media usage of five European official national tourism organizations (NTO). The essay proceeds to discuss and evaluate the findings, whilst reflecting on the advantages of social media usage from the point of view of an official national tourism organization.Method: The authors used three different methods of research: one structured observation to study the national tourism organizations? everyday work in social media, one field stimulation to study if and how different NTO respond if a prospective visitor makes them a direct question via social media and finally an email interview to gain insight into NTO?s underlying strategies and policies about social media usage.Theoretical framework: The theories that have been used in this paper include the Uses and gratifications model, theories of one-way and multi-way communication, theories of social media and relationship marketing.Conclusion: By making use of social media the company releases some of its control to the customers as the latter can express their opinions freely in this type of media. One of the advantages of social media is that the platform favors dialogue and feedback. Social media can be used for traditional one-way communication, but works best as a supplement to the regular marketing activities, allowing the activities on social media platforms to focus on branding and building long-term customer relationships.

The aim of this thesis is to examine young adults? attitudes towards libraries marketing in social media. Libraries mainly use social media to reach out to young adults. Konstruktionen av ett socialt problem : en diskursanalytisk fallstudie av hur hedersrelaterat våld återges i dagspress och fackpress mellan åren 1997 ? 2007

The purpose of this paper was to describe how a phenomenon is constructed into being a social problem, by studying articles on honour killing in the Swedish daily press and in the technical journal Socionomen. The main questions were: can different discourses on honour killing be identified, and if so, have they changed over time, and are there differences between the discourses identified in the daily press and in Socionomen? The method used was a qualitative analysis of discourse influenced by Faircloughs Critical Discourse Analysis. The main conclusion was that honour killing has been textually constructed as a social problem in the studied media. There was one main discourse which clearly pointed out groups as bearers and victims of the social problem.

Ordningsskapande i den semioffentliga sfären : En studie om hur ordning skapas och upprätthålls i gallerior

Detta är en kvalitativ studie som har sin utgångspunkt i problematiken med galleriornas framväxt, vilket leder till att mycket människor vistats på liten yta. Byggnationen av gallerior har tagit raketfart under 2000-talet, vilket tyder på att denna konstruktion är ett vinnande koncept. Med syftet att förklara hur ordning skapas och upprätthålls i gallerior förhåller sig studien till en teoretisk referensram bestående av Foucaults teori om disciplin samt Goffmans teori om offentlig interaktion. Genom denna teoretiska referensram att förhålla sig till genererades det empiriska materialet bestående av observationer och intervjuer. Resultatet visar hur infinnande av ordning främst kan förklaras genom tre bidragande faktorer.

Lärares strategier i klassrummet att stötta, anpassa och skapa ordning

Syfte: Syftet är att öka förståelsen för lärares strategier i klassrummet, genom att ta reda på vilka kommunikativa strategier lärare använder sig av för att underlätta undervisningssituationen för alla elever i klassen, samt vilka strategier de använder sig av för att hantera mångfalden av elever och anpassa undervisningen till varje elevs förutsättningar och behov.Teori: I inledningen av mitt teoriavsnitt redogör jag kort för de olika perspektiv på specialpedagogik som ofta framhålls. Utifrån en sociokulturell forskningsansats, har jag angett en syn på kunskap och lärande, som ett socialt fenomen, vilket sker i interaktion med andra. Ur ett sociokulturellt perspektiv spelar läraren en viktig roll för elevers lärande, i rollen som den mer kompetente vägledaren. Genom att läraren tar reda på vilken kunskapsnivå eleven befinner sig och stödja just där, kan läraren ge ett stöd i verklig mening. För att i teorin fånga in lärares strategier som inte bara har med lärande att göra redogör jag också för teorier om social ordning, vilka hör ihop med lärarens roll som ledare i klassrummet.Metod: Metoden är etnografiskt inspirerad och den insamlingsmetod jag har använt mig av är deltagande observationer, vilka jag har dokumenterat med hjälp av att skriva fältanteckningar.

Företag på Facebook : Hur de sprider information och interagerar med sina medlemmar

Social media on the Web has become more common over the last decade and in recent years it has grown immensely. The social media with the highest amount of members is Facebook, where not only private persons are found - companies started to establish their profiles on the network in 2006. However, little is known about how these companies succeed and reach their audience with information dissemination and interact with them. The aim of this study is to contribute with information to local companies on how they can manage to maintain their activity with different approaches and strategies. This study examines how three different local companies chooses to spread information and maintain relationships with their members on Facebook.

Riskfylld livsstil och relation till föräldrar - en studie av interaktionens betydelse för ungdomsbrottslighet

Studien syftar till att studera interaktionen mellan riskfylld livsstil och relation till föräldrar vid förklaring av ungdomsbrottslighet. Forskningen kring interaktionen är otillräcklig men lämnar vissa indikationer på att interaktionen kan ha en inverkan på ungdomars brottslighet. Studien testar hypotesen om att en starkare relation till föräldrar minskar livsstilens effekt på ungdomars brottslighet. Studiens resultat och slutsatser baseras på kvantitativ data från en enkätundersökning utförd i Halmstad (N = 1003) år 2005. Fyra blockvisa multipla linjära regressionsmodeller beräknas där den beroende variabeln brottslighet förklaras av fem variabler: kön, invandrarbakgrund, relation till föräldrar, livsstilsrisk och interaktionen mellan relation till föräldrar och livsstilsrisk.
