AbstractThe aim off this study is to research social workers´ knowledge, use, risks and possibilities of social media in their work with clients. Because today the society is using social media networks in daily life and social media has become a tool in social work as well. How does social media and social work cooperate? And how does social media effect social workers? For example the website Facebook has grown huge and many people use it everyday. Where is the line between work and private life? To reach this knowledge in this study, qualitative interviews have been done with six social workers that work with children, youths and families.

This B.Sc. Thesis examines how Swedish Large Cap companies communicate CSR in social media. We describe the current state of CSR communication in four different social media channels, Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, and blogs. This research, supported by interviews with stakeholders and a quantitative survey, analyses the potential risks and benefits from communicating CSR via social media and provides concrete advice on the development of a CSR communication strategy for social media. Although some benefits have been realized, many companies have failed to truly reap the potential benefits from an effective social media strategy for CSR.

The main purpose of this study was to examine own and social influence on perfectionismwith individual athletes. The participants (n= 96) of this study represented ten different sportsand their ages was between 15 and 44. An interview with four of the participant wasconducted. The instruments used for this study was the Positive and Negative PerfectionismScale (Terry-Short et al., 1995) and for the interviews questions was based on own and socialinfluence. The results showed that there was a relationship between positive perfectionismand own influence, negative perfectionism and own influence, negative perfectionism andsocial influence.

Today the school is a given place for preventing social problems. The school struggles continuously to live up to the expectations of balancing preventive social work with pedagogy in a satisfactory way.The purpose of this essay is to get a picture of priorities of social work in school. I want to know what it is that affects and controls the principal's decision about what kind of social project they will accept and be a part of.This essay shows that only one of the eleven principals interviewed apply projects based on evidence when they decide about participation in a social project. Instead, the decisions are based on references from other schools. The reason why the principals do not base their judgement on projects which are based on evidence is because they consider the search for results too time consuming.When there is no requirement that a certain part of the social work in a school must be based on evidence, it leads to the children taking part in different social projects which we can not guarantee are good for them.One solution can be to guide the principals through a national social teachingplan, which can assure that social work based on evidence are being applied in the municipality schools as well as the independent schools..

Arbetslösa invandrare är en utsatt grupp, som av samhället ibland uppfattas som ett problem. På grund av detta, genomförs arbetsmarknadspolitiska åtgärder för att främja denna målgrupps integrering. Vårt huvudsyfte med studien, var att undersöka hur en grupp invandrarkvinnor upplevde att delta i ett projekt med syfte att integrera dem i arbetslivet och det svenska samhället. Vårt fokus låg på ett projekt som bedrivs i en mindre kommun i södra Sverige. Vi hade för avsikt att undersöka varför kommunen startade projektet, och varför just kvinnor valdes som målgrupp.

This Master's thesis examines segregation between Swedes and immigrants in school, and more specifically segregation between the two elementary schools Vikingaskolan and Tunaskolan in Lund. This case provides a particularly interesting puzzle, since Lund doesn?t have any pronounced immigrant districts, and was also recognized nationally as best municipality for its schools (2004). In this thesis we try to understand the segregation between the two schools in Lund as an implementation dilemma.The theoretical framework applies a model designed by Lennart Lundquist, which includes three potential causes for implementation problems: the implementer doesn?t understand the decision, the implementer can?t apply the decision, the implementer doesn?t want to carry out the decision.

This thesis investigates and analyses the social media strategy of eight companies. How the companies measure and evaluate their activity and investments in social media channels in general, and Facebook in particular is studied through qualitative interviews. The findings are then compared and analysed. Findings indicate that companies' social media presences to a large extent are dependent on individual employees with high levels of interest for the area and that companies that have integrated social media into their others operations see more value from their efforts..

Göteborg Energi has a surplus of district heating during spring, summer and fall. The heat surplus is due to a constant production of waste heat from oil refineries and heat from waste incineration over the year. It would be desirable to increase the demand for heat and the uptime for the newly built combined heat and power generation plant, Rya Kraftvärmeverk. One alternative could be to integrate Rya Kraftvärmeverk with a pellet production facility. By producing heat, electricity and pellet in a joint process the energy use can be decreased.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka en funktionell svenskundervisning där undervisning om språkliga strukturer integreras i undervisningen kring eget skrivande och analys av egna och andras texter. Fokus ligger på undervisningens relation till kontextuella aspekter av verksamheten, såsom sammanhang som har att göra med praxis i klassrummet, den enskilda skolan och yttre ramar på ett samhälleligt plan. Centrala begrepp är dialogicitet, processer, stödstrukturer, undervisning rörande språkliga strukturer, integrering, erfarenhetspedagogisk ämnessyn och text som socialt beteende. Såväl min analysapparat som den studerade undervisningen har inspirerats av ett sociokulturellt perspektiv på lärande, särskilt nydialogiska och genrepedagogiska teorier.Studien följer fyra undervisningsförlopp i grundskolans senare år och i gymnasieskolan genom observationer, samtal i fokusgrupper samt intervjuer med lärare och elever.Resultatet visar att den genomförda undervisningen värderas högt av lärare och elever, och lärarna menar att alla kategorier av elever tjänar på denna typ av integrerad undervisning. Den upplevs som effektiv och engagerande.

Syftet med det här arbetet är att beskriva och undersöka hur jag som lärare kan hjälpa och stödja elever med infantil autism och Aspergers syndrom i deras lärande i klassrummet. Genom en teoridel får läsaren en inblick i vad infantil autism och Aspergers syndrom är för något. Läsaren får också en inblick i hur eleven med dessa diagnoser fungerar och tänker i olika situationer. Jag har intervjuat personer med olika erfarenheter inom området autism och autismliknande tillstånd. I intervjudelen kan vi följa hur personerna arbetar med eleven och vad de tycker är viktigt i arbetet med eleven/barnet.

Jag har till syfte att genom mitt arbete få kunskap om Alfaskolan som projekt, dess verksamhet och syfte. Är detta en metod att använda sig av i den ordinarie skolan? Hur förhåller sig personal i den ordinarie skolan till Alfaskolan och dess metod? Jag har även valt att studera hur Alfaskolan förhåller sig gentemot integrering respektive särskiljning. För att ge en bakgrund till Alfaskolan som projekt har jag valt att beskriva huvudprojektet Barns och ungdomars bästa i vilket Alfaskolan är ett delprojekt. I min litteraturdel inleder jag med att redogöra för olika perspektiv på specialpedagogik.

Den här uppsatsen syftar till att ta reda på om det finns något samband mellan social kompetens och stress. I uppsatsen presenteras vad social kompetens är och vad stress är. Sambandet har undersökts med hjälp av enkät med 16 slutna frågor, 8 som handlar om social kompetens och 8 som handlar om stress och en öppen fråga på slutet. Urvalet, som var ett bekvämlighetsurval, var 60 anställda på olika arbetsplatser i Karlskrona, av dem erhölls 52 svar. Med hjälp av en Pearsonkorrelation och en fenomenologisk analys visade det sig att det finns ett samband mellan social kompetens och stress.

The aim of this essay was to examine what kind of help and support social services departement can offer gamblers and their relatives. We also want to examine what the relatives to the gamblers think about the help and support they have got from the social services departement. Central questions we asked were: What kind of help and support can social services department offer the gamblers and there relatives? What kind of help is there to get for children respectively adult relatives? Do the relatives consider that the social worker have enough knowledge about the problem? Do the social workers consider that they have enough knowledge about the problem? This is a qualitative study of three women relatives to the gamblers, three social workers and one specialist in this problem. We have delimited the study to one big city in Sweden.
