This thesis was written by order of Rud Pedersen Public Affairs Company, a PR- consultancy firm located in Gothenburg. The assignment was to investigate social media in Pr- activities. The thesis is formed by three main categories:? What is social media?? Who are using social media?? How can you use social media in public relations?The information which is being presented in this thesis is based on academic reports, interviews and research on social media blogs and lectures. It is a qualitative approach since the purpose is to get a deeper understanding for the subject in question.

Income support is often described as the community?s farthest protection, as a last economic way out. From the clients perspective it´s very important to get possibility to an equivalent and correct assessment. Even if it´s an individual assessment the individual social worker´s assessment should not be different than other social worker´s, this from two aspects ? quality and the rule of law.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka och beskriva pedagogers uppfattning om integrerade funktionshindrade barn i förskolan. Ytterligare ett syfte var att undersöka och beskriva hur pedagoger anser att samspelet kan utvecklas mellan det funktionshindrade barnet och barngruppen, respektive pedagoger. Med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer, med fyra pedagoger på två olika förskolor och en specialpedagog, ställde jag halvstrukturerade frågor kring följande områden: inkludering, samspel, en för barnet anpassad nivå, barnens behov och utveckling av inkluderingen. Resultatet visar att de funktionshindrade barnen har behov av grupptillhörighet och samspel med barn och vuxna. Hur inkluderingen och samspelet fungerar, är olika på förskolorna och påverkas av omständigheterna.

Äldreomsorgen är en viktig del av välfärdssystemet och är i fokus för samhällsdebatten. De frågor som är aktuella handlar om vårdkvalitén, tillgång till vård och omsorg, ekonomiska medel samt vård i framtiden med allt det innebär. Arbetsvillkoren inom vården anses vara mer påfrestande än inom andra sektorer av arbetslivet. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka och analysera vad som är viktigt för motivationen och arbetstillfredsställelsen i ett påfrestande arbete med äldre och huruvida de anställda motiveras av dessa faktorer. Utifrån syftet formulerades följande frågeställningar: Hur ser arbetsmotivation och arbetstillfredsställelse hos anställda inom äldrevården ut? Vilka faktorer har samband med motivation och arbetstillfreds-ställelse hos personal inom äldrevården? Finns det skillnader mellan anställda i privat respektive kommunal regi? För att få en generell bild av arbetsmotivationsfaktorer och arbetstillfredsställelse inom äldrevården valdes som forskningsstrategi med en kvantitativ metod, baserad på en enkätundersökning.

Många drabbas av social ångest. Vikt och kroppsuppfattning relaterar till social ångest men sambandet behöver tydliggöras. Syftet med studien var att se hur mycket av variationen i social ångest över tid som kan förklaras av vikt-, och kroppsrelaterade mått, samt undersöka könsskillnader. Studien var longitudinell och baserades på en enkätundersökning vid två insamlingstillfällen med ett års mellanrum (N=361). Resultatet visade att upplevd övervikt, felaktigt upplevd övervikt, kön och kroppsnöjdhet tillsammans förklarade 7 % av variationen i social ångest över tid.

Earlier studies and research on the subject of perception and social media during the working process resulted in a change of the problem. At first the focus of the study was to examine how social media affects the perception of a brand although later on the problem had to be developed to instead examine if social media reflects the perception of a brand. The purpose of this study is to figure out if social media reflects consumer?s perception of a brand. This will contribute to company?s knowledge on how important social media is in their branding and will give pointers on how many resources that is necessary to spend on branding in social media.

Unemployment and long term unemployment is a reality for a large number of people in Sweden. This may be the result of structural changes in the labor market, but involves a wide range of issues. Along with other actors, the social services are obliged to support the long term unemployed to find a job. The aim of this study was to describe and analyze the work done by social workers towards the long term unemployed, 25-49 years old, in two municipalities. We performed altogether six qualitative interviews.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka om lärare ser sig ha det stöd och de resurser som krävs för att åstadkomma en inkluderande skola.Vi vill även undersöka synen på inkludering.För att möta elevers olikheter i en skola för alla krävs att lärare skapar goda relationer till elever och föräldrar. Läraren måste även ha goda kunskaper om arbetet med elever i behov av särskilt stöd. Det är också viktigt att resurser tillsätts. Våra frågeställningar har varit vilket stöd lärarna får i sitt inkluderingsarbete, vilka insatser som görs och vilka som skulle vara önskvärda. Ytterligare en frågeställning har varit vad skolpersonal har för syn på inkludering.  Klassläraren och dennes arbete med elever i behov av särskilt stöd står i fokus för vår studie.Undersökningen genomfördes genom intervjuer. Vi har intervjuat fyra klasslärare, två skolledare, en specialpedagog och en speciallärare på tre grundskolor i Stor-Stockholm.

The purpose with this essay is to take part of the process when a family is placed on the family-institution, Trollbacken. We want to know what makes the social welfare secretaries place a family in institutional care. Has Trollbacken lived up to the social welfare secretary expectations and are the social welfare secretaries following Trollbackens recommendation regarding the follow up treatment. We also want to know to what value the social welfare secretary assigns Trollbackens investigation and are they able to see changes in the family due to the placing on Trollbacken. The method is qualitative and is based on interviews from six social welfare secretaries that work around and in West Sweden.

Syftet med följande arbete är att undersöka hur gymnasieelever påverkas av att delta i den specialpedagogiska studioverksamheten på en större gymnasieskola i en mindre stad med avseende på upplevt resultat, självbild samt känsla av inkludering eller exkludering. Nio elever på olika program och i olika skolår på den aktuella gymnasieskolan intervjuades om sina upplevelser av att behöva och få stöd av en specialpedagog i den specialpedagogiska studioverksamheten. Elevernas erfarenheter och upplevelser kategoriserades, analyserades och jämfördes för att utröna om och hur de påverkats av att lämna klassen och få stöd i studion. Resultatet visar, att flertalet elever anser sig ha fått bättre kunskaper och klarat kurser bättre med hjälp av specialpedagogernas stöd. Ingen verkar ha fått en försämrad självbild av att lämna klasskamraterna och få undervisning i studion, men flera av eleverna beskriver hur deras självbild istället förbättrats eftersom de blivit sedda och mötts av förståelse och acceptans på ett annat sätt i studion än i det vanliga klassrummet. Ingen av eleverna verkar känna sig exkluderad på grund av att de lämnar klassrummet ibland, men flera av eleverna har känt sig exkluderade i det vanliga klassrummet när läraren inte tar hänsyn till deras behov..

The purpose with our essay was to increase our knowledge about what social workers, with experience from working with drug addicts, perceive as the explanations to a person stopping the abuse and succeed in staying drug free. Our framing of the question was:- How do social workers define the term drug free?- How big a roll do the social worker believes she/he has in the process in which a person stops abusing drugs?- How do the social worker work with a person towards getting that person drug free?- What do the social worker believe to be the reason why a person stops abusing drugs?- What do the social worker perceive as helpful for a person to stay drug free?We did qualitative interviews with six social workers. Our main conclusion was that it is difficult to define the term drug free. The reason for stropping the drug abuse can vary, it can be the family situation, "hitting rock bottom", finding love or tiring.

This paper examines how recruiters use social media during their recruitment process. The paper focuses on the staffing industry and will further examine how recruiters are handling jobseekers personal privacy when they are using social media in a recruitment process. The paper are trying to understand the meaning of what personal integrity means and how or if recruiters show consideration to this in a recruitment process when they are using social media as a recruitment tool. Our result demonstrates that, today recruiters use social media daily to conduct background checks on job applicants. There are no clear instructions and rules on how recruiters should handle background checks through social media. Recruiters believe that job seekers are responsible for the information contained on the their social media.

The aim of this study is to examine physical education teachers? and students? views on the thesis and its part in the physical teacher education program at The Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences.Does the view on the thesis differ between techers/students and the program with its curriculum and other policy documents?What does students/teachers value in a thesis?Does teachers/students have a mutual habitus concerning the thesis in the form of essay writing and how is this expressed?The study is based on a qualitative survey in which the respondents mainly answered open-ended questions with written answers. These answers have been categorized and analyzed with the aims of the study and the previous research in mind. The views on the purpose of the thesis differ, both within the group teachers/students and to a certain degree in relation to policy documents. The value of the thesis differs within the group.
