I en allt mer konkurrenskraftig marknad blir det allt viktigare för tillverkande företag av högkvalitativa produkter att erbjuda kunden kompletterande tjänster till produkter för att differentiera sig från sina konkurrenter. Genom att kombinera produkter och tjänster kan kunden erbjudas en funktion. Genom att endast köpa funktionen kan kunden fokusera på kärnverksamheten och uppnå bland annat högre utnyttjandegrad samt minskad risk då ägandet av produkten inte övergår till kunden. Litteraturen kring erbjudandet av funktioner har tidigare fokuserat på fördelar och nackdelar samt hur ett sådant system kan designas. Dock har litteraturen på senare tid börjat ifrågasätta kundens behov av att köpa funktioner och visat att det inte alltid är uppenbart att kunden värdesätter en funktion högre än produkten.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att ta reda på vilka bilder som har valts ut att representera judendomen i de tre läroböckerna. Jag vill visa på att läromedelsbilden bär på värderingar utan att vi kanske reflekterar över detta. Jag har även valt att analysera vilken funktion bilderna i läromedlen har. Två av läroböckerna jag kommer att använda mig av omfattar gymnasiets A-kurs i religionskunskap. The purpose of this paper was to examine social workers' experiences of integration of unaccompanied children. We aimed to study which factors in the individual and the community social workers experience affect the integration and how they, based on their understanding, work to promote integration. The essay has a phenomenological approach and focuses on the social workers' own experiences of the phenomenon. The empirical data was obtained from qualitative interviews conducted with five social workers, all administrators in cases involving unaccompanied children. The result shows that the social workers feel that the desire to integrate is the most important presumption that must be present in the unaccompanied children.

Syftet med uppsatsen var att ta reda på vad arbetsmarknadspolitiska åtgärder har för betydelse för arbetslösa ungdomar, både psykiskt och socialt. Frågor som vi ville ha svar på var varför ungdomarna går en arbetsmarknadspolitisk åtgärd och vad den betyder för dem. Hur det är att vara arbetslös och om deras situation förändrats sedan de började på åtgärden. Vi ville även se om det är någon skillnad mellan åtgärderna i Halmstad jämfört med Varberg.Vi har använt oss av kvalitativ metod genom att göra intervjuer med sju ungdomar samt personal från arbetsförmedlingen och arbetsmarknadsenheten. Fokusering har legat på den sociologiska visionen enligt Mills, Becks individualisering, Baumans arbetsetik och kontroll på den egna individen, social exkludering och Foucaults disciplineringsprocess.

What Places Adolescents and Adults, Respectively, in Need of Social Assistance? A Qualitative Study of How Social Workers Whom Administrate Financial Assistance for Adolescents and Adults, Respectively, Describe Reasons Behind the Need of Social Assistance Amongst Their ClientsThe purpose of this essay was to study and compare how social workers whom administrate social assistance for adolescents and adults, respectively, describe reasons behind the need of social assistance amongst their clients. This was done due to the use of qualitative interviews with a total of six social workers. Of these six, three administrated social assistance for adolescents while the other three did the same for adults. Prior research of poverty attribution greatly inspired this essay.

Abstract:Objective: This study aimed at describing the health concept in the Swedish follow up programme for cerebral palsy (CPUP), with main focus on how aspects of participation is expressed in the agenda of the programme. Design: Document analysis: The home-page of CPUP was searched for three types of written material; references to the nature and aim of the programme, protocols used for data collection and abstracts from articles and reports on the list of publications. Within these all expressions of health, with bio-psycho-social understanding of the concept, were extracted and condensed with manifest content analysis. The meaning units obtained were linked to the International Classification of Function, Disability and Health ? Child/Youth (ICF-CY).

The purpose with this essay was to study how the social work is shaped in the methadone programme and how the staffs treat and work with the social integration for the patients.We have studied the experience of a medical assisted treatment from two different treatment clinics and focused on their treatment programme. We have chosen to focus on the social aspect but we have also been taking part of the medical treatment - the methadone. In order to get a bigger picture of our problem area we also studied how Sweden's narcotic politic is constructed and how a narcotic life could look like before the entrance in the program. This thesis is a study of social movements and their possibilities to effect politics by infuencing values in society through framing. I've looked upon social movements from a functionalistic-structuralistic perspective, as if they were carriers of values from people that otherwise won't be represented in the political life. The values that the social movements are struggling for can affect both the opinion and the decision-makers since the social movements in an active way are trying ti influence the society. The thesis examines the political opportunities that social movements hav to mobilise and grow. I have looked at different factors that either improve or make the political opportunities worse.

The purpose of this paper was to discuss stigma and stigmatisation in relation to social policy and social work. By discussing welfare systems in social policy I wanted to see if there could be any connection between social policy and stigma. I used case studies of hearing impaired adults to give examples of how the stigma processes work. By connecting the stigma and the social policy theories with the case studies I wanted to see how the social policy could affect the stigma processes or vice versa.In the paper the concept of stigma has been described and discussed, foremost using the theories of Erving Goffman. I have also discussed the welfare system and the connection between residual systems and stigma.

För att vidareutveckla Volvo Aeros konkurrenskraft för stora fläktstrukturer undersöks nu möjligheten att integrera fläktutloppsledskenornas aerodynamiska och akustiska funktion med den lastöverförande funktion som konventionella mellanhus har. Som en del i detta vill nu Volvo Aero kunna skapa en första konstruktionsmodell, i ett tidigt konceptstadie, som har en låg vikt men som ändå uppfyller styvhetskraven som ställs på konstruktionen. Denna rapport avhandlar en optimeringsrutin för optimering av bypass-delen av mellanhuset i en jetmotor. Optimeringsrutinen är anpassad för Ansys och i de optimeringar som genomförts så har två av Ansys inbyggda optimeringsalgoritmer använts. Resultatet av användandet av dessa algoritmer visade att om man vill ha med modalkravet i analysen så måste man ha en god startkonstruktion för att optimeringen skall finna den bästa lösningen..

I uppsatsen intervjuas: samordnare, metodutvecklare och boendestödjare om sin syn på social dokumentation och om hur arbetet går till på deras arbetsplats. Social dokumentation handlar om att dokumentera vid handläggning och vid genomförande inom verksamheter styrda enligt SoL, LSS, LVU och LVM. Uppsatsens syfte är att visa på olika sätt att se på den sociala dokumentationen inom fältet boendestöd och att exemplifiera vad social dokumentation kan vara. Resultatet visar att social dokumentation sker i ett sammanhang och variationen mellan olika boendestöd är stor. How do you do co-operation between government agencies? It is a wide spread view that there can be quite a few hitches in co-operation between agencies. In later years this idea has spread to the media where there has been negative coverage of the social service agencies. This generally applies to cases where children suffer because the right assistance takes too long to co-ordinate or does not get co-ordinated at all between schools, healthcare and social services. The social welfare law dictates that it is the social welfare office duty to co-ordinate the government agencies for the child?s best interest.

Our paper is targeting mainly students, but also all other people interested in social work with children. The purpose of our study was to investigate how the social workers experience and handle their work with children, who have been exposed to sexual abuse, and what kind of support and guidance the social workers are offered, in order to handle their working situation. We chose to perform a qualitative study, by the use of interviews, since we found it to be the most appropriate way to gather the information. Our conclusion is that the work with these issues is emotionally burdensome and requires a great commitment, however it is essential for the social workers to maintain a certain distance to their work, in order not to influence their personal lives. It is through experience and knowledge that the social workers learn how to handle their working situation. We also learned that although the work with sexual abuse against children gave birth to different emotions of the social worker, the social workers feel satisfaction with their work, by helping the exposed children. We hope that our paper will inspire and encourage to further studies in the area, since there is still much to be explored. .

I dagens samhälle fortsätter inflyttningen till städer att växa och Stockholmsregionen fortsätter att förtätas. Detta medför att nya stadsdelar måste inkorporeras i redan befintliga. Arenastaden är en ny stadsdel som utvecklas i Solna som är en tätort i Nordvästra Stockholm.Att skapa nya stadsdelar för människan är viktigt för att uppnå en social hållbarhet. Det är även viktigt att ta hänsyn till omgivningens åsikter när nya stadsdelar inkorporeras i redan befintliga. För att uppnå en god stadsutveckling är en viktig faktor att det finns ett fungerade samarbete mellan de inblandade aktörerna.För att undersöka Arenastadens utveckling ur ett stadsplanerings- och samarbetes perspektiv har följande utförts.
