The purpose of this study was to examine the mediators' views on their work; mediation by reason of the breach. The starting point was to find out the mediator's approach and attitude in relation to the perpetrator and victim, and the prevailing regulatory framework. After review of the literature, we came to the realization that knowledge of this area was very limited and thus presents an unexplored topic. It emerged from the results that the mediators emphasize the importance of maintaining impartiality and neutrality in the process of mediation and that it is important to create a good relationship with both parties. The methods used by the mediators is not so different much about, but the mediators apply Crime Prevention Council handbook.

Thesis purpose: The purpose of this master thesis is to investigate the expectations of roles between supplier sales representatives and retailer store personnel in relation to in-store campaigns, this in order to enhance effectiveness of these functions creating an increase in consumer response. Methodology: The researchers believe that social phenomenon and their meanings are continually being accomplished by social actors, hence a study of individuals? expectations must have a point of departure in these people?s social reality. Store personnel and supplier sales representatives are to a certain degree affected by the structural power relationships within the organizational network, thus the researchers combine an interpretative and radical structuralist paradigm. Theoretical perspective: The researchers investigate expectations of roles through examining interaction between parties involved.

Syftet med undersökningen var att utvärdera metoder för hur landskapsarkitekter kan kommunicera med små barn (3-6år) kring planering av deras fysiska utemiljö så att barnens perspektiv framkommer. Tre kommunikationsmetoder: ?Tecken och karta?; ?the Insight Method ? och ?Stafettberättelse?, testades och dokumenterades genom metoden observation och loggbok. Observationerna analyserades sedan under rubrikerna: barns perspektiv och tidsåtgång. I studien framkom att metoderna inte entydigt nådde barnens perspektiv och att metoderna skiljde sig åt vad gällde tidsperspektiv.

The purpose with this report is to examine how the implemented energy efficiency measures on Bokelundskolan in Växjö have had impact on the energy use. The measures which have been implemented are, new ventilation system, new heating system, optimized adjustment of the heating system, new windows with U-value 1.2 and lower window height, insulation under windows and in the crawl space. The school's energy use before and after rebuilding has been calculated with the calculation program, Vip-Energy 1.5.5.Calculations of energy use for the school with windows on U-value, 0.9 and 0.7 have also been done. The replacement of windows has been studied from a cost perspective. The conclusion is that the exchange of heat and ventilation system was the biggest contributor to reduced energy use on Bokelundskolan.

Båda verksamma i USA.Jag har undersökt metoden bland annat genom att pröva den på fyra sceniska arbeten.

It will become very difficult to succeed to produce to a lower cost than these countries; this led to that Chinese companies must develop new strategies, according to Lee and Zhou (2000). This will put China in front of new challenges and new strategies can be needed to retain their strong competitive advantages.

En metod för detektering och kvantifiering av gamma-hydroxysmörsyra (GHB) i urin med gaskromatografi (GC) är framtagen på Sahlgrenska universitetssjukhuset. Metoden är relativt unik då den inte kräver upparbetning i form av derivatisering, indunstning eller extraktion. Urinen surgörs med koncentrerad saltsyra och internstandard, gamma-valerolakton, tillsätts. GHB övergår då till laktonformen, gamma-butyrolakton (GBL). Därefter injiceras provet direkt på en GC-FID med en kapillärkolonn för glykoler och alkoholer.

Background: Enterprises often refer to their employees as ?Our most valuable assets? in annual reports and other written statements. In reality, employees are seen as an expense rather than an asset in annual reports and the voluntary disclosure is often insufficient. Human capital disclosure has been discussed through decades and the latest topic in voluntary disclosure is called integrated reporting. Knowledge firms should disclose more about their employees than industrial companies due to the fact that the employees are a considerably more important asset to these types of enterprises.Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to study the disclosure of human capital, compare the disclosures between knowledge firms and industrial companies, and study the development of the human capital disclosures between the years 2003-2013.

Detta examensarbete dokumenterar arbetet med utveckling, införande och dokumentation av en nymetod för identitetsbestämning av farmaceutiska råvaror med röntgenfluorescens. Metoden ärutvecklad för att användas på laboratorier för kvalitetskontroll på AstraZeneca i Södertälje. Syftetmed arbetet var att utveckla en robust och effektiv metod samt att utbilda användarna i dethanteringssätt som krävs för att utföra snabba och korrekta analyser. Rapporten presenterarteknologin bakom röntgenfluorescensinstrument och vilka felkällor som kan påverka resultaten samtde pedagogiska teorier som använts för att beskriva det praktiska arbete som äger rum pålaboratoriet. Metoden och de försök som föregick metoden presenteras, och resultat och beslutdiskuteras.

Undersökningens resultat visar att det finns betydande kostnadsbesparingar att göra vid införandet av en ny metod för askåterföring. Den nya metoden medför betydligt mindre transporter vilket leder till ett reducerat utsläpp av koldioxid och andra ämnen som har en negativ miljöpåverkan.I den nya metoden utnyttjas i viss utsträckning timmerbilarnas lediga kapacitet för transport av aska ut till spridningsområdet vilket då ökar chansen till högre lönsamhet för åkerinäringen..

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur användningen av bedömningsmetoden cervikal auskultation (CA) ser ut hos dysfagilogopeder i Sverige. Våra frågeställningar var: Hur utspridd är metoden inom logopedkåren? Hur utspridd är metoden i landet? Vilka åsikter finns kring metoden bland logopeder i Sverige? Vilka undersökningsmetoder vid dysfagi används mest bland logopeder i Sverige? Totalt deltog 82 personer i studien. Data samlades in genom en webbenkät. Frågorna i enkäten var blandat öppna och slutna.

Fire is an important ecological factor, but its consumption of coarse woody debris, CWD, has hardly received any attention. In this study, I investigate the consumption in relation to the time of initial flame exposure and propensity for continued combustion of standing CWD of pine (Pinus sylvestris). This study examines how the stock prices are affected when articles, which negatively describe the companies? incentive programs, are published. According to the efficient market hypothesis, only new information should have an effect on the stock price. Furthermore, this study aims to examine whether this reaction is dependent of the economic climate. During the period of September 2005 to September 2009, stock price data was collected from the NasdaqOMX stock exchange and 75 articles were gathered from leading Swedish newspapers.
