In a logistics organization this flow of information is equally important as in any other kind of organization. In this paper we have explored information flows in logistics organizations by applying, boundary spanning and the mobile-stationary divide perspective. In boundary spanning the main goal is to erase or relocate some of the boundaries within an organization, in our case to make the flow of information internally as well as externally better.

Detta examensarbete syftar till att undersöka de olika teknikerna som lämpar sig för attkommunicera med en dräneringspump. Behovet av att kunna kommunicera meddräneringspumpen är i dagsläget växande. Detta då det inuti dräneringspumparnabörjar finnas allt mer smart elektronik som övervakar pumpen men ännu ingen klarlösning för hur denna smarta elektronik ska kunna nå ut med sin data. I dag måstedräneringspumparna öppnas upp för att data som den smarta elektroniken samlat inskall kunna läsas ur. Att öppna dräneringspumpen tar tid och packningar måsterengöras eller bytas p.g.a.

Groups may have difficulties to move from the phase of inspiration to the phase of ideation, if information and ideas aren?t defined in the team.The authors claim that this process can be helped by providing practical tools that are adapted and tested for the purpose. This transition has led to changes in existing rules and standards regarding dimensioning area in Grids and has forced a need for updating to structural Engineers.The new calculation system has caused time-consuming studies of the new rules and a proper understanding of all the advice and regulations for the entire profession.This study has been carried out in cooperation with the firm "Knut Jönson Ingenjörs AB i Stockholm?, that has been affected by this transition as all other consulting firms. The firm has requested for a calculation method of wall beams according to Eurocodes. The study's focus is therefore to clarify the rules and guidelines regarding the design of wall beams according to the new regulation.

Dessa delar i kombination ger oss bl.a. säker e-handel. Som plattform för detta ligger PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), vilket är samlingsnamnet för lösningar där man med hjälp av en speciell krypteringsteknologi skapar system för identifiering, kryptering och integritetskontroll (Halvarsson & Morin, 2000). Systemen kan användas för att till exempel skapa elektroniska signaturer för olika typer av avtal, säkra elektroniska transaktioner, identifiering av användare, säker e-post, och olika typer av säker kommunikation över publika nätverk.Tekniken lovordas till stor del, men även dess brister förs fram av kritikerna.

Gestamp HardTech AB, dotterbolag åt Gestamp Automoción, tillverkar presshärdade delar och system åt biltillverkare. Avdelningen för verktygskonstruktion inom Gestamp HardTech har sedan år 2000 konstruerat presshärdningsverktyg i CAD-systemet I-deas. Eftersom mjukvaran är på väg att fasas ut av Siemens, så måste denna mjukvara ersättas och Gestamp HardTech vill därför undersöka möjligheterna med CAD-systemet NX. Syftet är att inför övergången till NX utreda och ta fram en enhetlig, systematisk och därmed även tidsbesparande arbetsprocess för konstruktion av presshärdningsverktyg. Målsättningen är följaktligen att hitta en modelleringsstrategi där kunskap och standard på ett smart sätt finns inbyggt i CAD-systemet.

Smartmobilens användande har successivt ökat och blivit en central del i vår vardag. I och med detta har antalet olika applikationer ökat och numera finns det en mängd olika typer av applikationer som tillfredsställer användarens behov. I den här studien har vi därför försökt ta reda på om träningsapplikationer har förmågan att motivera användaren vid träning. Vi har observerat fem kvinnor och tre män, med varierande erfarenheter av träningsapplikationer, som har deltagit i en fyra veckor lång studie bestående av två faser. Under Fas 1 har respondenterna laddat ned två valfria träningsapplikationer som de testat och under Fas 2 har de använt en specifik applikation.

In autumn in 2010 the project group came in contact with the travel company Golf Joy in Halmstad. They had been briefed on the problems of their customers had when they travel with their golf bags and contacted Halmstad University for help in solving this problem. When we heard about this idea, we became curious and contacted the company. After a successful meeting, we took the problem with us to the school and began to brainstorm to see how we could solve the problem. The goal was to produce a stylish and functional travel golf bag with the cart and bag in one and launch it in the golf season in 2012.

I en målstyrd verksamhet är det av största vikt att målen är rätt utformade för att verksamheten ska fungera så effektivt som möjligt.Vägverket har sedan år 2000 använt sig av styrkortsmodellen. Syftet med vår uppsats är att undersöka hur Vägverket arbetar med framtagande av styrkortsmål. Vi utvärderar denna process genom att titta på vilka konsekvenser som kan uppstå beroende på vilken nivå i organisationen styrkortsmål utformas, samt hur Vägverket kan säkerställa att optimala mål formuleras. För att kunna svara på dessa frågeställningar har vi intervjuat nyckelpersoner på tre av sju regioner och på Vägverkets huvudkontor.Vår slutsats är att Vägverkets ansvarsfördelning i styrkortsmodellen är en blandning av top-down och bottom-up, vilket vi anser är en bra fördelning. Huvudkontoret är de som har en helhetsbild av vad som är viktigt för hela Vägverket och utifrån detta formulerar de övergripande mål.

This has for many companies resulted in an increased interest to explore the possibilities of mobile platforms and how they can be integrated in various business areas. As the usage of mobile platforms in industrial applications is a new area, it is difficult for companies to estimate their potential, and what contributions the different platforms can give.This master thesis investigates the possibilities and limitations for the consultant firm Combitech when integrating mobile platforms and handheld devices in industrial applications. This is accomplished through a comparison between the platforms and by considering the possible areas of use for the mobile platforms based on experiences from companies and research in the area.For a company with the intent to deliver services that use mobile platforms, it is important to be able to combine expertise and resources to effectively attract customers. The mobile platforms will, if applied right, give great possibilities in industrial applications as a cost-effective alternative for both hardware and software solutions for businesses, which provides an opportunity to sell services to both established and new clients.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka och förstå hur nyanlända barn samspelar med andra barn i leken när de inte talar språket och hur börjar de lära/utveckla majoritets språket (svenska). För att genomföra min undersökning har jag gjort kvalitativa observationer under två olika perioder: förstudie, minietnografisk studie. Efteråt gjorde jag stimulated recall intervju där jag hade samtal med pedagogerna och jämförde mina upplevelser angående barns beteende och utveckling med deras. Jag har spelat in samtalet med hjälp av en smart phone och sedan transkriberade. Resultatet visar att nyanlända barn i början oftast använder sig av kroppsspråk, blickar, mimik, imitationer och olika ljud för att göra sig förstådda när de samspelar med andra barn i leken. Jag kom i min undersökning också fram till att det tar tid för att nyanlända barn ska utveckla sociala relationer med andra barn och det beror mycket på hur mycket stödd de får från vuxna. Vidare visar resultatet att språkutvecklingen hos nyanlända barn beror mycket på pedagogernas engagemang, respekt till barnets språk, bakgrund och erfarenheter samt pedagoger som behärskar barnets språk och kan kommunicera med barnet på ett mer betydelsefullt sätt..
