rePULSE är en ny träningsmetod för personer som har problem med att kontrollera sina impulser, inte bara aggression och ilska utan även nedstämdhet, social fobi, depression och missbruk med mera. Bakom rePULSE står Gunilla Dobrin. Det praktiska genomförandet av själva kursen följer de principer som finns i den kognitiva terapin där man arbetar med att hitta de negativa tankar som dyker upp och påverkar personen i fråga. While studying at the landscape architect program in Uppsala I found stress to play a major roll in the education. To help myself and others to handle the negative stress within the profession and the education I choose to write my thesis about landscape architects' work cultures. Swedish Association of Architects is in second place in the SACO study on long-term sickness for fatigue syndrome, stress and depression. The issue needed to be addressed. My purpose with the thesis has been to study the work cultures in the landscape profession and training and to study and find ways to manage negative stress in the profession and in education.

För att företag ska lyckas med att vinna marknadsdelar och tillfredställa oss med rätta produkter och image, gäller det att gå på djupet och undersöka oss konsumenter och varför vi egentligen shoppar. Nivån av njutning och tillfredställelse vid shopping skiljer sig åt mellan konsumenter. Den shopping som inte är nödvändig för att vi ska kunna fungera i vardagen, som används för att öka livskvalité och njutning, kallas hedonic shopping. Vid den hedonistiska aspekten av shopping blir konsumenten motiverad av den emotionella och underhållande dimensionen associerat med inköpen. Den utilitariana shopparen, å andra sidan, handlar varor målmedvetet och effektivt och påverkas därmed inte av den underhållande delen på samma sätt (Babin, Darden & Griffin, 1994). För att kunna kategorisera och djupare förstå den hedonistiska aspekten av shopping har sex kategorier utvecklats: adventure shopping, social shopping, gratification shopping, idea shopping, role shopping och value shopping.

Renströmsgruvan ägs av Boliden och byggdes 1952. Ståltornet som står i laven är kraftigt angripen av korrosion och Knightec har fått i uppdrag att konstruera ett nytt och byta ut det. The purpose of this study is to examine what pupils in the ninth grade eats for lunch and also whether there is any connection between their lunch habits and perceived ability to concentrate and fatigue. A further aim was to study pupils' experience of dining environment in schools.The study is based on a quantitative method with questionnaires. The study was implemented on four schools in elementary school in themunicipalityofKristianstadand Tanum.Our results demonstrate, in accordance with several previous studies conducted in the same age group, that it is about half of the pupils who eats school lunch every day and that the majority are eating school lunch 3-5 days a week. Furthermore, our study shows that the pupils who rarely eat vegetables in school feel tired and distracted to a greater extent than the group of pupils who eat vegetables almost daily. Our result also shows that the group of pupils who eat the main course 3-5 days a week feel both tired and distracted to a greater extent than the group of students who eat the main course more rarely.In accordance with previous studies our study shows that differences exist between boys and girls regarding food that is eaten instead of school lunch.

By writing about good examples of how trees can add good qualities to a street I wish to inspire to more use of trees in future city-planning.
