The main objective of this study has been to explore how art therapists experience the visual art´s that can be used in the promotion of health among people with depression - and anxiety disorders. The concept of SOC- sense of coherence has been a central term and a link between imaging and SOC were identified in the study. The underlying method in the study was a qualitative form, where semi-structured interviews were used. Through a strategic- sample five female art therapist were contacted, who all came to participate in the study. The study is essentially based on hermeneutical method and the analysis of interview material has been analyst by using thematic analysis.

The competition between brands on a market has led to a differentiation of the product range and the brands shape is more and more important to take consideration to. As a company and as a leader, you must understand the importance of working with a brand building-process int he organization. Aaker describes that a clear brand identity can help communicate both intern the organization and out to extern costumers, it could help bring clarity to what the brand stands for. The aim of this study was to create a greater understanding of apostates, by analyzing narratives of five ex-members regarding their exit from Jehovah?s Witnesses. I conducted interviews to gather descriptions from specific individuals in relation to their experiences, mainly focusing on the role of an ex-member of a specific group. The informants in the study were 38-73 years old, three women and two men. The empirical data I collected was later coded through qualitative content analysis, where central topics and themes formed the basis for the analysis of the results.

Vi valde att göra en kvalitativ studie med en deduktiv ansats. Teorierna vi har valt behandlar skapande av mer-värde och outsourcing.I undersökningen kom det fram att företagen, i jämförelse med teorin, gör det som krävs för att bibehålla mervärdet vid outsourcing.Undersökningens slutsats blev bland annat att faktorer som att inte lägga ut sin kärnverksam-het och att ha rätt relation till sina leverantörer är relevanta för att fortsätta skapa mervärde vid outsourcing..

Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka vilka faktorer som påverkar compliance vid diabetes typ2. Vår frågeställning är: Vad är viktigt för sjuksköterskor att tänka på vid information / utbildning av patienter med diabetes typ 2? Modell: Vi använder oss av Carnevalis (1999) modell för krav och resurser som referensram. Metoden är en systematisk litteratursökning via databaser. Artikelgranskning och kvalitetsbedömning är gjort enligt Polit, Hungler et al ( 2001).

The aim of this thesis is to contribute to increased knowledge concerning students? information seeking in an electronic environment. Using a qualitative approach; focus groups interviews, a total of nine nursing students were interviewed in two groups. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed with an analysis tool based upon Lucy Kuntz?s, Gary Marchionini?s and Carol C Kuhlthau?s models of the information seeking process.

Denna uppsats syftar till identifiera och förklara sambandet mellan belöning, inre motivation, yttre motivation och arbetstillfredsställelse med teamprestationer vid produktinnovation. För att kunna uppnå vårt syfte har vi utfört en surveyundersökning genom telefonenkäter med 69 företag. Vi fann ett positivt samband mellan teamarbete och teamprestationer vid skapande av innovationer. Vi fann också att belöningar ökar chansen för en individ i ett team att bli arbetstillfredsställd vilket leder till en framgångsrik innovationsprocess. Om företag ska lyckas skapa framgångsrika innovationer måste de ge innovatörer incitament i form av belöningar vilket ger upphov till arbetstillfredsställelse och en mer framgångsrik innovationsprocess..

Blast furnace is the heart of every steel plant. Steel production is based on the blast furnace process, as it is where the iron is extracted from the iron ore and turned into liquid iron, which will subsequently be used to make liquid steel. Therefore, without hot iron, steel can not be produced. Blast furnaces in this process are supplied among others with pulverized coal. Raw coal should be prepared for the blast furnaces in the form of fine coal powder.

This report aims to suggest recommendations that will increase the efficien¬cy in theconstruction process of a construction project. Through interviews, studies of budgetcalculations and examples given by the project management at the construction sightsan understanding of some complications have been gained. These complications havebeen tracked back in an attempt to find the source of the problem, and at the end ofthe report some suggestions have been presented with the pur-pose of preventingthese complications. Through the interviews it is suggested that many complications re-late to lack ofcommunication and motivation due to poor planning be-fore and during theconstruction process, a suggestion that is supported by the study of the budgetcalculations. The examples from the project management also points out someshortages in planning, but also coordi-nation related complications due to lack ofcommunication. To prevent these problems the recommendations suggested at the end of thisreport aims to improve the planning process through a properly fulfilledwalkthrough-planning of all of the construction activi¬ties during the time needed todo so. It is also suggested that the company uses experience from previous projects inorder to reduce costs, and that the qualifications of the employees is being appliedwhere it is needed.

Det råder statlig och politisk enighet om att barn och ungas läsfärdighet har försämrats vilketär alarmerande. Att skapa gynnsamma lärmiljöer kring böcker ses enligt forskning sombetydande för barns intresse och utveckling inom detta område. Barns förhållande till böckersamt läsning grundläggs tidigt och den uppfattning barn erhåller rörande böcker följer barnenupp i åldrarna. Det är därför av vikt att barn har tillgång till böcker, får möta böcker imeningsfulla sammanhang samt möjlighet till samspel i användandet av dem. Både densociala och fysiska miljön har betydelse för barns möten med böcker.

The Public Sector Scorecard (PSS) is a younger version of the balanced scorecard, created for public and nonprofit organizations. The latest model of PSS is divided into three main groups and seven perspectives, while the balanced scorecard consists of four perspectives. Organizations who use either PSS or the balanced scorecard are supposed to have a clear vision spread all over the unit. This study has sought differences between the two models of financial control in both theory and practice. The first part of the study is a theoretical comparison between the models? structures and terms used in them.

Introduction: How to implement and integrate cultural aspects in strategy making and planning in order for cities and regions to reap both social and economic benefits has been widely discussed in recent years. This method of working with culture, both as an economic, as well as an identity strengthening tool has come to be labeled as cultural planning. But in order for these ideas about cultural projects and institutions to become a reality, something has to be done. This is where the entrepreneur enters.The Glass Factory, a newly opened cultural establishment in the heart of the Glass Kingdom in Småland, Sweden, became the subject of empirical investigation for this paper. As this originally was an initiative from Emmaboda municipality the planning and start-up procedure could be viewed as a cultural planning process.

Denna studie handlar om temaarbete i förskolan där sagan är grunden i temat och det man arbetar utifrån. Syftet är att ta reda på hur språkutveckling kan ske hos de yngsta barnen med detta arbetssätt. Fokus i studien är förskollärarnas erfarenheter. De intervjuer som har genomförts har haft inriktning på vilka arbetssätt som kan vara givande för språkutvecklingen inom ett sagotema samt hur man kan synliggöra den språkutveckling som sker.Resultatet av undersökningen visar på en gedigen erfarenhet av förskollärarna och att de arbetar i miljöer där språkutvecklingen är ett stort fokus och där reflektion tillsammans med barnen tar en stor plats. För att nå målen med temat är drama och skapande vanliga arbetssätt.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att utifrån en receptionsanalys av Härskarringens bilder av män diskutera mediepedagogikens roll i skolan, samhället och i elevens skapande av en egen kulturell identitet. Jag har genomfört två gruppintervjuer med totalt sex respondenter, tre pojkar och tre flickor. Detta källmaterial analyserades med hjälp av annan vetenskaplig forskning och teori. Min undersökning visar att elevers kulturella identitet delvis är sammankopplad med hur man uppfattar medier. Respondenterna problematiserade även medias inverkan i skapandet av en kulturell identitet.
