Background: Communication allows people to gain understanding of themselves and their surroundings, which is a prerequisite for good health. The nurse may in her communication help patients develop a feeling that they are not alone in their situation. If the patients cannot express themselves and make themselves understood, it can lead the patients to feel left out which emphasizes the suffering at having aphasia. Aim: The aim of this study was to identify the components which affect nurse?s communication with patients with aphasia.

Bakgrund: Cirka 1-2 % av befolkningen har Borderline personlighetsstörning. Patienter med borderlineproblematik upplevs ofta som en frustrerande patientgrupp. Det är därför viktigt att bygga upp en kontaktrelation mellan patienten och vårdpersonalen. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att belysa de faktorer som påverkar mötet mellan vårdpersonalen och patienten med Borderline personlighetsstörning. Metod: En metod enligt Graneheim & Lundmans kvalitativa innehållsanalys har använts. Resultatet har framkommit genom nio stycken kvalitativa artiklar som svarar mot syftet.

Syftet med denna studie är att belysa psykoterapeuters erfarenheter av psykoterapi med äldre patienter. Kvalitativa intervjuer har gjorts med fem äldre legitimerade psykoterapeuter. I intervjuerna låg fokus på följande frågeställningar, förekommer specifika drag hos en äldre patient, hur ser den  psykoterapeutiska processen ut med äldre patienter och har psykoterapeutens egen ålder och livserfarenhet betydelse för psykoterapi med äldre patienter. Resultatet visar att åldras är ett nytt livsskede i en människas liv, som innebär förluster, sorger men också utveckling och fördjupad självkännedom. En tid av försoning och integritet.

Tillit i det vårdande mötet är något som har uppmärksammats mer och får en större betydelse i vårdandet. Tillit är många gånger något som upplevs som självklart att den bara finns där. En semantisk analys av begreppet tillit gjordes för att finna de synonymer som bäst beskriver begreppet. Syftet med arbetet var att belysa hur tillit kommer till uttryck i vårdandet. Studien bygger på en litteratur studie som efter ett urval resulterade i fyra artiklar.

Allt fler människor i samhället dör på sjukhus. Detta gör att sjuksköterskan får ett större ansvarsområde i sin yrkesfunktion i relation till patientens döendeprocess. När patienten kommer till insikt om att livet är på väg att ta slut aktiveras en av de mest grundläggande försvarsmekanismer som människan har, ångest. För att sjuksköterskan skall kunna stödja patienten i upplevelsen av oro och ångest i döendeprocessen är det av betydelse att öka kunskapen inom omvårdnadsvetenskapen. Därför var syftet med denna litteraturstudie att beskriva patienters upplevelse av oro och ångest i döendeprocessen.
