Abstract Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka den vilda lekens betydelse för barn, ur barns perspektiv. Syftet är även att försöka förstå pedagogers bemötande och förhållningssätt gentemot den vilda leken. Orsaken till att vi väljer att lyfta barnens perspektiv är för att vi vill ta del av barnens tankar kring deras egen lek, samt sätta oss in deras lekvärldar vilket vi hoppas ska leda till en större förståelse för de vilda lekarna hos oss samt andra pedagoger. I vårt arbete tar vi upp den forskning kring barns vilda lekar som existerar och analyserade vårt resultat utifrån den. Metoden vi använt oss av innefattar både intervjuer samt observationer i en förskoleklass i Skåne och på en avdelning i en förskola i Blekinge.

AbstractThis thesis is a qualitative study that provides an insight into the Nordic offshore market, focusing on the North Sea and investigates indications of how the near future may develop in the area and how these developments may affect the Nordic seafarers. Questions central to the work are aimed primarily at how shipping companies, agencies and seafarers active in the offshore industry look at future activity in the North Sea, Nordic seafarers' status in the global labor market, and how today's employment conditions look like for seafarers in the global offshore industry. The majority of the information was collected through interviewes and questionnaires. The purpose of this study was to examine whether and how the expected development in the North Sea, in terms of availability of oil and gas, may have effect on the Scandinavian seafarers' future work prospects and employment conditions in the global offshore labor. The conclusions that have been drawn are that competition among seafarers in the offshore industry is higher 2015 than previous years (2000-2014) and are expected to increase.

ABSTRACT The persons whom the authorized nurse encounters in hospital wards and nursing homes are in great extent elderly persons. According to Wasserman (2000), about 30 to 40 percent among these, show signs of depression. To be aware of the signs of depression, and how an authorized nurse can support the patient is therefore of great value. The introduction to this study describes the symptoms of depression and how depression in elders is expressed. It also describes treatment possibilities and nursing aspects of concern. The aim of this study is to illustrate what possibilities the authorized nurse has to detect and to support the depressed elderly patient.

Abstract Examensarbetet handlar om lärares tankar kring koncentrationssvårigheter och om miljön eleverna vistades i har någon betydelse för elevernas koncentrationsförmåga. Vi ville även se om lärarna ansåg att det hade någon betydelse för eleverna med koncentrationssvårigheter, var de befann sig, om koncentrationssvårigheter visade sig mer eller mindre eller inte alls. Följande huvudfrågor användes för att försöka ta reda på lärarnas syn kring ämnet. Vilka likheter och skillnader finns det i olika lärarkategoriers beskrivningar av koncentrationssvårigheter? Har den fysiska och pedagogiska miljön enligt lärarna betydelse för hur koncentrationssvårigheter kan yttra sig? Vilka är lärarnas uppfattningar om på vilka olika sätt den fysiska och pedagogiska miljön gynnar respektive försvårar koncentration? Den metod vi använt oss av är kvalitativ intervju där vi intervjuat lärare som har olika lärarkategorier och jobbar på samma skola.

The owner of hallmark can only open a dispute trough ATF and try to win and attain a transfer of that registered domain name to itself.

AbstractIdrott och hälsa uppfattas ofta som ett roligt ämne p.g.a. att det är ett praktiskt ämne. Ämnet Idrott och hälsa har låg status i mångas ögon och därför är vi intresserade av att hitta ingredienser som legitimerar ämnet Idrott och hälsa. Syftet med undersökningen var att undersöka vilkauppfattningar lärare och elever har om ämnet Idrott och hälsa som bildningsämne.Undersökningen genomfördes genom en kvalitativ intervjumetod där åtta personer deltog, fyra lärare och fyra elever, från två olika skolor i västra Sverige. Resultatet visade att Idrott och hälsaär ett bildningsämne, enligt lärarna, eftersom det handlar om livslångt lärande och att koppla ihop teori med praktik.

Abstract Tripeptidyl-peptidase II (TPPII), is present in most eukaryotic cells. It cuts tripeptides from the N-terminus of peptides and is especially important for degrading peptides longer than 15 amino acids. TPPII also tailors long peptides into suitable substrates for the enzymes which transport and produce the peptides that MHC I present. Increased levels of TPPII have also been found in certain cancer cells, thus it is of interest to determine if TPPII could be used as a tumour marker.The aim of this study was to optimise and evaluate 3 different methods for quantifying TPPII. Western blot, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and fluorophore-linked immunosorbent assay (FLISA) protocols were optimised regarding incubation times and antibody dilutions.

AbstractFokus för denna uppsats är våld i lesbiska parrelationer och hur man teoretiskt kan konceptualisera detta våld. Mitt övergripande syfte har varit att öka förståelsen för denna form av våld och därmed bidra till ett relativt outvecklat forskningsfält. Ett ytterligare syfte har varit att undersöka om den könsmaktsanalys som haft stor betydelse för tolkningen och förståelsen av mäns våld mot kvinnor i heterosexuella relationer även kan förklara våldet i en lesbisk parrelation. Fokus för min analys har dels varit om och i så fall på vilket sätt kön är en faktor som kan förklara det lesbiska relationsvåldet, dels om en förståelse av våldet inom en könsbaserad teori kan innebära en viss problematik. Jag har även undersökt andra faktorer som heterosexism och homofobi och dess betydelse för våldets uppkomst och former samt mer individrelaterade förklaringsmodeller.

Abstract Thou there are much written about management, are there, according to Mintzberg no simple definitions regarding how managers should operate towards other co-workers or employees. This essay outlines a perspective for study of managers, from an employees point of view. The study was preformed at one private company, and the empirical data was gathered from five employees. The methodological approach contained qualitative methods based on semi-structured interviews. By using this method, a deeper understanding regarding the questions was desired.

AbstractThis paper discusses how system development methods today support communication between system developers and their customers and end users. Today there are many system development methodologies with different aims and emphases. It is difficult, however, to find among these methods those who promote good and effective communication with customers because so many of these are very technically rooted and not as much directed towards the soft aspects of systems development - i.e. Human aspects. Our own experiences tells that a simple interview can be initialized without us having an idea what to ask the customer about or how to structure it up - nonetheless it?s done, but the outcome is just chance.

AbstractThe main purpose of this essay is to examine if media-sport influence pupils in their physical education and if the teachers understands it. At the same time the aim has also been to investigate how the teachers can get along with the media influence in their teaching. We have also investigated what teachers in physical education think about the curriculum and if there is space for a teaching method that respect the pupils will.The essay is an empirical qualitative study built on open-ended interviews with 3 respondents from two schools in the county of Värmland, Sweden. The range of qualified teacher is restricted at this school. We asked 5 teachers to join, but only 3 were accepting to join our study.
