AbstractSkolor och utbildningsprogram behöver ständigt utvecklas. Ett steg många skolor tar är att organisera lärarna i arbetslag. Det samhälls- och yrkesliv eleverna utbildas för ställer allt högre krav på styrkor i att definiera och lösa problem i ett förändringsarbete, ofta i grupp. Regeringen betonar att entreprenörskap och entreprenöriella kompetenser är viktiga förmågor för framtidens samhällsmedborgare.Traditionellt har lärare utvecklat sin kompetens och undervisning självständigt. Att delta i arbetslag ställer nya krav på ett fungerande utvecklingsarbete.

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to examine what actually makes Russia an incomplete democracy, despite of all the formal democratic institutions and legal democratic rights.The research method used for this essay has been qualitative case study, which strives to answer two research questions: Which democratic principles are not respected in Russia? How does the executive power control the political arena? The theoretical framework used for this study consists of a model based on Dahls Polyarchy theory and the Rule of Law concept. The conclusions points out that very little have formally changed in Russia regarding democratic rights and the constitution. The democratic decline is due to political manoeuvres and undue political influence. There is no proper division of power and the executive powers are not controlled by a system of checks and balances.

Abstract:According to the curriculum of the Swedish school the pupils should develop their historical consciousness. The aim of this study was to find out which pupils develop this consciousness by listing to an historical novel, talking about that book and writing stories. The study went on for four weeks and the subject of the teaching was the Middle Ages. 28 pupils took part and a variety of methods were used: 1: questionnaire about the lives of the pupils, 2: Making observations of their attitude to the teaching and 3: story writing. The results show that the social background does not influence the development of an historical consciousness.

Syftet är att undersöka hur vårdlärare på komvux och gymnasiets omvårdnadsprogram ser på betygskriterierna i Medicinsk grundkurs.
Det gjordes sex djupintervjuer av vårdlärare verksamma inom omvårdnadsprogrammet.
Resultatet visar att lärare, både inom Komvux samt gymnasieskolans omvårdnadsprogram, som undervisar i medicinsk grundkurs tolkar betygskriterierna på skilda sätt.

AbstractWhen I, at the age of 20, started working in home care service, I had an idea of what it means to age, a view witch I quickly realized was not true at all. The essay begins with a search for the images of aging you come in contact with, when you do not have a deeper interest in the matter.I take a closer look at how aging is described and how the concepts of aging and dignity are often interconnected, and debate about which images of aging that is outdated and where from they originated.I also show that that image is in for a change, much is happening right now, and there are many like me, who want to change and broaden the view of what aging can mean.Finally I describe my sculptures ?Beatrice? and ?Rosmari?, and reflect on how they relate to the image of what old age looks like.As a sculptor, I want to create an alternative to a widespread image of old people as a problem or idealization of the olf lady as a kind, cute and cookiebaking creature, as well as an alternative to the traditional sculpture tradition, that often show men in positions of power, and sweet passive women/girls.I tell of the strong, stubborn, eccentric and absolutely ordinary lady.

AbstractThe aim of this thesis is to investigate how the Swedish political parties have been discussing gender politics since 1970 to nowadays, in order to see which problems and solutions that have been suggested by the parties to increase the representation of women and the equality between the sexes. The theoretical framework is constructed by theories of women´s representation, gender politics and women?s interest.To describe how the discussions about gender politics have been between the different parties, the methodological foundation consists of an ideology critical textual analysis of the political programs from the Swedish parties.The analysis confirms that the discussions about gender politics and the political representation of women increase over time. The most important issue of equality is the lack of women´s rights and possibilities in the labor market as a consequence of women´s responsibility of home and childcare. The analysis also shows that parties which discuss women as a category and the underrepresentation of women also point out the importance to increase equality between men and women..

ABSTRACTMusic and differences in knowledge ? a study of music teachers experiences with differences in musical knowledge. The purpose of this paper is to, out of a music teacher?s perspective, see if the differences in music abilities between 7th grade students are at all, or in some ways connected to the previous schools they?ve attended. I will also research in what areas, in the subject of music, students are differing more, as well as less, in their knowledge. The analysis is based on interviews with six 7th grade music teachers working in the Swedish nine-year compulsory school system.
Beaktandet av regionala utvecklingsmål i kommunala översiktsplaner : - En studie av situationen i Västerbottens län
AbstractThis study aims to describe and analyze how the 15 municipalities of Västerbotten County consider regional targets of development in their comprehensive plans. The study also investigate if there´s any need of improvements for the consideration of regional targets in comprehensive planning.This paper is based on studies of comprehensive plans in Västerbotten County and on three interviews with employers of different municipalities in the county. An thematic analysis were used to analyze documents and interviews.The result shows that a new comprehensive plan generally takes more consideration to regional targets of development than older plans. The consideration varies a lot between the municipalities of Västerbotten County and it can be explained by many reasons. The informant?s points out that lack of resources- and competence plus a deficient dialog between municipalities and regional organizations are the mainly causes.Keywords; regional development, comprehensive planning, strategy for regional development, regional development program, land-use planning.
Styrkor och svagheter med problembaserat lärande-en metastudie
AbstractProblem-based learning (PBL) was from the beginning developed in medical school, but is today used in education in other programmes as well. Investigations about PBL have been conducted in different disciplines and there is also metastudies. In this paper, a metastudy of 8 bachelor degree papers have been conducted. The questions answered were: which methods were used to investigate PBL in primary, lower secondary and upper secondary school,which advantages were found in working according to the PBL method, which disadvantages were found in working according to the PBL method and did teachers and students views about advantages and disadvantages about PBL as a method differ and if they did, how? The results showed that mostly qualitative methods were used to investigate the PBL as a method, mostly abilities of social qualities and independence were trained in working according to PBL, a disadvantage was that working according to the PBL method was considered more resourse consuming than traditional teaching methods and teachers and students views about PBL did not differ considerably.

AbstractArtikeln är en kvalitativ studie som syftar till att undersöka samverkan mellan organisationer sett ur socialsekreterares perspektiv. Den ämnar undersöka deras erfarenheter, åsikter samt attityder till samverkan för att kunna erhålla deras syn på arbetssättet. Samverkan som arbetssätt måste vara närvarande i människobehandlande organisationer för att säkerställa klientens bästa samt för att öka effektiviteten. Multipel problematik hos klienter gör det nödvändigt att organisationer samverkar. Socialsekreterarna i denna studie såg samverkan som nödvändig och de visar en positiv inställning till arbetssättet.

Pedagogers anmälningsplikt : - att anmäla barn som far illa
AbstractIn 1998 the Swedish legislation was sharpened, and active educationalists were legally bound to report any suspicion of child maltreatment. Nevertheless, there are a number of unrecorded cases of maltreated children, and research reveals that less than half of these children are reported to social services (Olsson, 2001). The purpose of the present study was to illustrate the problems with the mandatory reports in schools, as well as to study how educationalists proceed when they suspect that a child is maltreated. The method consisted of semi-structured interviews with five educationalists. The results revealed complex problems regarding educationalists mandatory reports.
En diskursanalys av bildämnet och Jan Björklund
Sammanfattning/Abstract
Syfte
Syftet är att undersöka och resonera om vilka diskurser som möjligtvis skapas eller är ursprung bakom utbildningsminister Jan Björklunds argumentation för och i samband med gymnasiereformen GY2011och vilka effekter det får på bildämnet i gymnasieskolan.
Frågeställningar
Vilka diskurser som möjligtvis kan vara i konflikt med en bildämnesdiskurs konstrueras i den argumentation om skolvärlden som uttrycks av Jan Björklund? Vilken identitet och status får bildämnet i dessa diskursers synsätt?
Metod och material
För att besvara frågeställningarna har analys av debattmaterial skrivet av Jan Björklund gjorts, främst boken Skolstart. Materialet har sedan analyserats med diskursanalytisk metod och jämförts med en uppfattning av bildämnet, som det är framställt i undersökningen nationell utvärdering av bildämnet.
Resultat
Resultatet visar att bildämnet har identitet som står i konflikt med Jan Björklunds diskursordning på många punkter.

Brutna Konventioner : Experimentell Film som Egen Genre
The focus of Broken Conventions is experimental cinema, that big body of film existing outside the limiting boundaries of the mainstream cinema industries. The goal is to provide a broad view of this abstract and hard-to-define area of film studies, by searching for an answer to the question; what is experimental cinema and can it be viewed as a genre of its own? In doing so, I will explore the theoretical discourse surrounding the topic, as well as provide case studies of several experimental films. I will also suggest a genre theory, as a way of determining whether or not experimental cinema can be seen as a genre, but more importantly to use it as a way of further examining the individual films and to deepen the understanding of this type of film. The topic at hand is however extremely subjective and there is no generally accepted definition, or term for that matter, concerning what experimental cinema really is.
Pedagogisk handledning i förskolan : En fenomenografisk studie av förskollärares och specialpedagogers uppfattningar om pedagogisk handledning
Abstract Ett examensarbete om verksamma pedagogers syn på pedagogisk handledning i förskolan. Syftet med arbetet är att ge en inblick i pedagogers uppfattningar om pedagogisk handledning samt få en indikation på om och i så fall hur förskollärarens uppfattningar liknar eller skiljer sig från specialpedagogens uppfattningar i frågan om fenomenet pedagogisk handledning. Studien består av halvstrukturerade intervjuer som sedan analyserats med fenomenografisk ansats. Intervjuerna har handlat om fenomenet pedagogisk handledning. Resultatet visar på fyra aspekter av förståelsen för fenomenet pedagogisk handledning: ? syftet med pedagogisk handledningen ? förutsättningarna för pedagogisk handledning ? svårigheter vid pedagogisk handledning ? förutfattade meningar om pedagogisk handledning I jämförelsen av förskollärarens och specialpedagogens uppfattningar så är tankarna mer individuella och inte professions bundna under syftet med och förutsättningarna för pedagogisk handledning.
