Människor kommer i kontakt med vägledare vid olika tillfällen i livet, när de vill eller tänkt genomföra en förändring. Min nyfikenhet gav upphov till hur vägledare själva ser på hur de arbetar och om det finns likheter och skillnader inom den. Syftet med examenarbetet är att studera vägledare från olika verksamhetsområden och deras upplevelser av sitt arbete. Som undersökningsmetod används kvalitativ metod, där fem vägledare inom olika verksamheter intervjuats. För att analysera studiens empiriska material har begreppen habitus, handlingshorisont, brytpunkt, self-efficacy och personlighetstyper använts.

Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att visa att teoretikernas användning av McDonald's som paradexemplet för globak standardisering av marknadsmixen inte är helt rättfärdigat. För att illustrera detta har jag använt mig av McDnald's i Frankrike. Jag har ställt mig två huvudsakliga frågor; Vilka kulturella barriärer har McDonald's mött i Frankrike och hur har de använt sig av standardisering respektive anpassning av marknadsmixen? I en diskussion om kultur, kulturella skillnader och internationell marknadsföring skapar jag en grund för ett resonemang runt standardisering och anpassningsstrategier av marknadsmixen. Jag förklarar i min analys med hjälp av mitt empiriska material hur McDonald's har anpassat sig efter den franska kulturen samtidigt som de behållet ett standardiserat koncept världen över.Jag avslutar uppsatsen med fria reflektioner om frågeställningar som dykt upp under arbetets gång samt en kort slutsats som sammanfattar min analys om McDonald's anpassningsstrategier som jag alltså hävdar motsäger teoretikernas påstående..

Uppsatsen behandlar den flygtaktiska stabens anpassning till CJTF konceptet i samband med förändringen av Försvarsmaktens högkvarter 2007. Erfarenheter visar att förändring av en komplex offentlig organisation till struktur och arbetssätt tar lång tid och att strukturen är enklare att förändra än arbetssätt. Utifrån erfarenheterna om det svåra att förändra arbetssätten har en hypotes formulerats för att undersöka om den flygtaktiska staben endast förändrats till struktur. Syftet med undersökningen är att pröva hypotesen utifrån ett teoretiskt perspektiv på organisationsförändring, ett instrumentellt perspektiv. Förhoppningen är att kunna bidra med kunskap inför framtida förändringar.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva personalledares erfarenheter av främjade motivationsfaktorer sett ur ett psykosocialt arbetsmiljöperspektiv inom Samhall. I studien var inklusionskriterierna för informanterna att de var anställda som personalledare inom Samhall, med minst ett års arbetslivserfarenhet. Antalet informanter bestod av åtta personalledare, anställda på Samhall i två kommuner i norra Sverige. Studien genomfördes genom semistrukturerade intervjuer i lokaler i anslutning till Samhall eller Luleå tekniska universitet. Med inspiration av en kvalitativ innehållsanalys analyserades intervjuskrifterna.

Following is a study of fathers 'experiences of balance between work and home life. The method the researchers used was based on qualitative interviews aimed at describing father?s own experiences and values, which affects them. The researchers chose to specifically study situations where the fathers were faced with situations where their children needed to be cared for in the home because of a cold or similar illness since this is a situation that directly affects the time that was meant for work, but now risk being moved to areas of life that the researchers define as home life. This is to see whether the respondents felt that this situation affected the balance between work- and home life.

Ethical competence is an important precondition when people are to respond to moral problem situations as efficiently as possible. In these situations it is not easy to make choices and decisions, especially when many stakeholders are involved with various opinions and interests.The purpose of this thesis was to generate a web-based support tool to train and promote ethical competence of the users of this tool.We first created a theoretical basis by studying the major theories of ethics in general and ethical competence in particular. The importance of ethical competence and its main subject, namely, the autonomy in the theoretical part described and specified. In addition has the practical ethical reflection over morality preferred and characterized to the classical ethical passivity over morality. We have also preferred and characterized the autonomous thinking to the heteronomous one.Based on the theoretical base a prototype tool to support the training of ethical competence was designed and developed.

In 1998 years' curriculum for the preschool stands it those children under school age will get possibility that? communicate with the aid of differently expression shapes? and an example that is mentioned in the governing document is song and musical.  The purpose with this study is to examine how the song and the music are used from a language development perspective in three different preschools' activities. In the essay, I review to earlier research around the music?s' and the song's possibilities for the child's linguistic development. In the essay, it is discussed about some important factors that obstruct music situations in the preschool that the curriculum for the preschool (Lpfö98) not specific describes what expression shapes as song and music will contain and that deficiency on musical education at pedagogues.  The method for the study was to collect empirical materials through observations on three different preschools.

The purpose of this essay was to enhance the understanding and knowledge about phenomenon access support. Access support means that a third person (contact person) must be present during access visits between a child and its parent, if it is necessary for the child?s security or because the child needs support. The study was based on qualitative interviews with four contact persons and two professional social workers, whose main task have been to support and, partially, coordinate the work of contact persons. During the interviews I put the focus on participant?s experiences and thoughts about the phenomenon access support.

Syftet är att få insikt i om skärmfångad video kan vara ett komplement till undervisningen? Vad kan det erbjuda eleverna i form av anpassning av undervisningen till varje elevs förutsättningar och behov? Hur kan det utformas för att komplettera undervisningen? Detta arbete beskriver vad forskning och undersökning på området kommit fram till och vad regelverken i skolan säger. Jag har med hjälp av sex utvalda elever genomfört kvalitativa intervjuer för att bringa svar på mina frågor. Sammanfattningsvis kom jag fram till att skärmfångad video är ett utmärkt komplement i datoriserade hantverksmässiga kurser som webbdesign, men det krävs att lärarrollen utvecklas. Eleven erbjuds en individuell studietakt och anpassning till dennes förutsättningar och behov. Skärmfångad video skall utformas efter elevernas krav på god bild och ljudkvalité.

Syfte: Studien syftar till att undersöka förhållandet mellan standardisering och anpassning. Detta genom att undersöka prestationen för olika marknadsstrategier beroende på anpassningsgrad samt omvärldsfaktorer.Problemformulering: Hur korrelerar anpassningsgraden för marknadsstrategier till prestation?Metod: Kvantitativ och kvalitativ metod har används i första hand för att angripa vår problemformulering. Valet av ansats är viktigt för att kunna avgöra lämplig analysmetod. Det finns sedan två sätt att mäta hur verkligheten ser ut och det är genom induktion och deduktion.

The aim with this essay is to investigate the attitude that employers have towards conflicts at the workplace and how this affects their way to prevent and deal with conflicts among employees. Another part of the essay is to discuss pedagogical issues related to learning through conflicts. With this aim and these questions of issues, we have found out which attitude employers have towards conflicts at the workplace as well as how they prevent and deal with them. We have also investigated which opportunities for further development employers sees in situations of conflict. This study is based on qualitative interviews with six women who are head of units within the communal area.

The aim with this study is to examine how students and teachers value source criticism. Partly, this regards how teachers practice this in their teaching and how students work with it during lessons ? but also how students value source criticism in situations where the teacher not has pointed out that this topic is part of the actual assignment. Moreover, there is a focus on investigating how students who are critical of the sources take this into account in their daily lives; for example, when they surf on the Internet or when they discuss news articles or other media. This essay is based on interviews with students and teachers, using a qualitative method. The results of this study show that both students and teachers find source criticism to be of major importance.

Background: The description of different characters in soapoperas are often exaggerated to catch the viewers interest and to present an exiting content. The phenomenon that takes place in soapoperas can often relates to every-day- life-situations. The viewers should recognise them selves in the content, the imaginary situations and the characters should be normal but at the same time exaggerated and twisted to catch the viewers attention. This means that the characters in Rederiet should have connections to the real world and this makes it interesting to study how the different styels of leadership are descibed.Purpose: The purpose is to analyse and compare three choosen characters in the soapopera Rederiet, from existing leadership thoeries. To identify leadership on three hierarchical levels ? head of machinery, superintendent and captain ? and to analyse how leadership are descibed in the soapopera.

Therefore this thesis will look at two different situations, the Structural Funds and the establishment of Ikea in Norrbotten, to try to find out if and how these two situations affect the intention among potential entrepreneurs to engage in entrepreneurial behaviour. Method: A qualitative method is used, since this thesis aims at getting an understanding of a specific phenomena; the intention to entrepreneurial behaviour.
