En av nyckelfaktorerna för framgångsrik affärsverksamhet är en nära anpassning mellan IT och verksamhet. Intresset för området har väckts i samband med att organisationer i stor utsträckning finner ett gap mellan IT-funktionen och verksamhetsområden. Flertalet åtgärder för att nå anpassning inom organisationer diskuteras och följande två perspektiv är mest förekommande i samband med anpassning -? formella och informella strukturer. Formella strukturer handlar om strategier, infrastrukturer och planeringsmetoder i organisationer.

The purpose of the study is to examine different situations and behaviors for students diagnosed with AD / HD and see if there are times where their diagnosis will be extra visible. This will ultimately see how and where these children may need support in their daily lives, and about the support they receive is relevant to their needs. Questions I intend to examine: Are there situations for students throughout the school day in which ADHD diagnosis becomes extra visible? If so, what situations? How is the diagnosis in these situations?It is estimated that about 3-6 percent of school children have AD/HD. It causes difficulties with concentration as well as impulse and activity control.

Ett överflöd av information gör att den information vi verkligen vill ha blir svårare att hitta. För att råda bot på detta har det gjorts försök att hjälpa användaren att hitta genom personlig anpassning av webbsidor. Meningen är att personlig anpassning ska göra det enkelt för användaren, och att systemet därmed har hög användbarhet. Att se om det verkligen är så är syftet med denna studie. Inom ett projekt som avser ge familjer med tonåriga diabetiker IT-stöd gjordes en heuristisk utvärdering och intervjuer för att undersöka ett antal funktioner för personlig anpassning ur användbarhetsperspektiv.

Empirical research shows that a possible reason why Swedish students mathematical knowledge deteriorates can be a too big focus on imitative reasoning, i.e. recalling solutions or follow algorithms, and a lack of creative mathematical reasoning, i.e. when a student construct his/her own solution and motivates its plausibility with mathematically well-founded arguments. The purpose of this study is therefore to examine if, and in what way, lecturers can provide students an opportunity to learn creative reasoning by simulating creativity in their presentations of examples. Six lectures were observed and 22 task situations were analyzed with respect to three aspects; reflection, plausibility and mathematical foundation, which are to be present in the situation if the reasoning will be seen as simulated creative.

För att kunna anpassa sig och hantera situationen använder de sig av olika copingstrategier. Syfte: Syftet med den här studien var att undersöka förhållandet mellan coping och anpassning hos föräldrar till cancerdrabbade barn och beskriva copingstrategier som var relaterade till bättre och sämre anpassning. This study examines working teachers? thoughts and views regarding multilingual children in assembly situations. The purpose of the study was to increase my knowledge and understanding surrounding the educators? approach when it comes to integrating multilingual children in common activities. By using semi-structured, qualitative interviews with six working educators in three different pre-schools, I examined their thoughts and approaches to working with multilingual children in assembly situations.

The aim of this study was to investigate which situations haemodialysis patients consider as the hardest for avoiding fluid intake. The data collection was performed with a questionnaire which was distributed to haemodialysis patients who fulfilled the inclusioncriteria. Of 158 haemodialysis patients 103 haemodialysis patients chose to participate in the study. The participants were chosen from different dialysis centres (n=12) in north and south of sweden, excluding the middle of Sweden. The questionnaire that was given out consisted of 32 situations, the response format included nine alternatives, that included different kind of difficultes.

Sweden adopted a new anti-discrimination legislation 2009, DiskL, which aim to prevent direct and indirect discrimination in matters of employment and occupation.According to directives and practices from EU, pregnant workers are entitled a special protection from discrimination during employment situations. The purpose of this essay is to study the legal protection for pregnant workers in employment situations and also analyze whether male workers have similar protection when they plan parental leave. Both regulations from the EU-law and the Swedish law are presented and discussed. This because Swedish discrimination legislation is largely influenced by the EU-law.The study confirms that pregnant workers have a strong legal protection against discrimination through directives from the EU and DiskL. Employers must include this protection in employment situations.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva långtidssjukskrivna kvinnors upplevelser av delaktighet i aktivitet. Åtta långtidssjukskrivna kvinnor mellan 44-58 år ingick i studien. Datainsamlingen skedde i form av ostrukturerade intervjuer och analyserades utifrån en komparativ analysprocess. Detta resulterade i en kärnkategori: ? Upplevelsen av delaktighet i aktivitet vid långtidssjukskrivning? och fyra underkategorier: ?Anpassning av självbild och värderingar?, ?Anpassning av tid och tempo?, ?Anpassning av aktivitetsutförande? och ?Anpassning av social miljö?.

Order and discipline seem to be important parts of the daily routines in school context and to maintain discipline a constant communication and dealing with pupils are in order. The purpose of our examination aims to study how teachers respond to boys and girls in situations like creation of order. The analysis is based on observations of the interaction that takes place verbally and none verbally between pupils and their teachers in creation of order situations.
