Every year a great amount of unaccompanied children flee their homelands without their parents or guardians. This means a journey filled with danger and difficulties. The difficulties don?t only exist during the road ahead but also when the children arrive to the new country. Even if Sweden?s work in receiving refugees is one of the best in the world, it still exist problems.

BACKGROUND: The relationship between physical activity and health versusphysical inactivity and poor health are well known. Ethnic minorities are generallyless physically active than the residence country's majority population andgenerally have a poorer health status. The study has a health promotion perspective.PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to describe factors that influencephysical activity among middle-aged and older persons, belonging to an ethnicminority. METHOD: The method used to answer the purpose is a literature-basedstudy. The searching for literature has been carried out in a systematic way.Scientific articles to base the results on, has been gathered from various databases.Included articles were analyzed with a qualitative content analysis and identifiedsimilarities and differences in the content were divided into themes and categories.RESULTS: Recurrent themes in the literature, that influence physical activity inmiddle-aged and older people that belong to an ethnic minority, was support, healthand illness, external factors, internal factors, community related and socioeconomicfactors and ignorance and beliefs.

The horses? natural behaviour is easier to satisfy in a loose-housing system than housed in a traditional box. Law?s and science suggest that we should house horses in loose-housing, which improve the horse possibility to perform natural behaviours, to interact socially with other horses and to have more possibility to movement. It?s more timesaving in a working population aspect and a economic gain in materials. We noticed that it?s different opinions about what people in the horse society thinks about having youngsters housed in a loose-housing system.

A substation must be properly protected against lightning and other external effects to the equipment in the station or staff, for that we use relay protection. They should also protect against internal errors which may occur as ground faults. There are different types of protection relays, but most common are overcurrent-, distance-, residual current- and differential protection.The purpose of this thesis was to deepen our knowledge of relay protection and to use the theoretical knowledge we got from the university studies in the work process. In the process we discovered which parameters were the most essential and calculated these for all relay protections on the substation. We also carry out a comparison between two brands of relay protection, ABB and Alstom.During our work we will test and simulate the over-current relays in a program called NEPLAN, the program will also calculate the fault currents.

The purpose to this study is to find an understanding of the effects of how sponsorship can affect companies and their business and at the same time get a better understanding of how sponsorship is or can be used as a marketing tool in today?s marketing. By using a quality research method we have chosen to use a half structured research method to make it possible to find out how sponsorship as a marketing tool can be used from a company perspective in relation to our chosen thesis. To enhance the readers understanding we describe the base of sponsorship and principals for sponsorship, after that describes a deeper perspective of sponsorship, what sponsorship is, and what factors are needed to be taken into consideration. Further on we illustrate the figure that later on will constitute the analysis with attributes like: association, exposure, relations and integrated communication.

Bakgrund: Yoga förklaras som ett tillstånd som förenar kroppen, själen och anden och fokuserar på harmoni och helhet i människan. Ashtanga är en kraftfull yogaform där förbestämda positioner knyts samman med hjälp av en återkommande rörelsesekvens, vinyasan. Yoga har visat ha effekt på psykiska förmågor såsom ökad koncentrationsförmåga, samt fysiska förmågor som ökad syreupptagningsförmåga och ledrörlighet. Syfte: Syftet med den här studien var att undersöka hur ashtangayoga fyra dagar i veckan under åtta veckor påverkade koncentrationsförmåga, syreupptagningsförmåga och rörlighet hos två friska individer. Metod: Två kvinnor, 25 och 29 år gamla tränade under åtta veckor ashtangayoga fyra dagar i veckan.

Examensarbetet är ett planeringsprojekt i direkt anslutning till Stockholms innerstad. Planområdet är ett avvecklat stations och spårområde, där framför allt gods har hanterats under det senaste seklet. Den ursprungliga användningen av området har successivt avvecklats, och ersatts av andra verksamheter i de gamla magasinsbyggnaderna i området. Spårområdena har omvandlats till parkerings- och uppställningsplatser. Sedan SJ lämnade området har planer tagits fram för en förnyelse av området.

För effektmatning av den elektrifierade järnvägen krävs att spänningens frekvens omformas från kraftnätets frekvens på 50 Hz till 16,7 Hz. Detta sker i dag med två olika metoder. En metod där frekvensen omformas på mekanisk väg då en motor på gemensam axel driver en generator som genererar elkraft av rätt frekvens, detta kallas för en roterande frekvensomformare. Den andra metoden ändrar spänningens frekvens med hjälp av kraftelektronik, detta kallas för en statisk frekvensomformare. Gemensamt för båda dessa metoder är att de har värmeförluster.

The purpose of my study is to describe how educators think about the play environment, the nature and its importance for the children's development and learning in preschool. The study is based on qualitative interviews with four active educators. The results of the study show that the teachers regarded the children's interests to a great extent when the different play environments were structured. They are also based on different themes that they have seen that the children were interested in, such as the fire station, hair salon or shop and café. Educators designing not only these play areas for different types of play for the children, but the different environments also have a learning purpose. The outdoor environment however attracts greater interest from children, to where they have more space to move freely in and outdoors, there are no limits to the children.

This paper is concerned with surveying the possibilities of implementing a futures market based on the valuation of non-commercial real estate in Sweden. We base our survey on a theoretical speculation of how such a market would operate and what instrument would best suit the marketplace. After reaching our solution we survey key experts to receive their feedback on our suggested solution. Their feedback includes, who are potential operators on this market and their motives, possible effects of such a market on the real estate market and other aspects of society..

Jämtkraft AB has recently modernized its hydropower station at Hissmofors by replacing four older worn out units with two new units. The generators uses a concept with sliding stator feet to deal with the thermal movements that occur in the stator during operation when the unit is operating intermittently. At other sites, this method revealed shortcomings in the reliability. This has made Jämtkraft AB feel uncertainty about its function and therefore want to investigate it during an early stage. The generators have a built-in monitoring system for the sliding stator feet and by using data from there the function of the sliding stator feet has been investigated. The study focused on how the different stator feet move relative to each other and how the eccentricity and deviation from roundness changed during operation. The results show that there are several indications that the function of the sliding stator feet is not satisfactory.

Studiens målsättning var att utvärdera kvalitén hos hingstsperma selekterad med hjälp av Single Layer Centrifugation (SLC), med huvudsyftet att studera den mitokondriella membranpotentialen (??m) och förekomsten av reaktiva syreföreningar (ROS) hos hingstspermier före och efter SLC. Ett insemineringsförsök med SLC selekterad och rutinspädd sperma genomfördes även på ett litet antal ston, men inga slutsatser kunde dras av resultaten. Humanstudier har visat att spermier med låg ??m mer frekvent har återfunnits hos män med fertilitetsproblem. Mätning av ??m har gjorts genom att tillsätta den lipofila JC-1, vilket i både studier på både humana- och ekvina spermier har visat sig vara en känslig metod för att särskilja spermier med låg respektive hög ??m.

Föreliggande rapport är resultatet av ett examensarbete vid Luleå tekniska universitet och Chalmers Tekniska Högskola utfört på uppdrag av Scania CV AB, Chassimontering av lastbilar i Södertälje. För att säkra långsiktig produktion i Sverige måste Scania ständigt arbeta med att effektivisera tillverkningsprocesserna och öka produktiviteten. Samtidigt ökar efterfrågan på lastbilar. Genom att hantera en högre produktionstakt utan ökad bemanning i produktionen stiger produktiviteten. Ett medel för att uppnå detta har varit att balansera flödet.

Svenska Högarna är en ö samling som ligger 70 km öster om Stockholm och tack vare dess centrala läge i Östersjön skulle en station kunna vara av strategiskt intresse för de stora fältstationer som redan finns i fastlandet.En inventering av den kustnära undervattensmiljön har tidigare skett där och enligt en rapport skulle ytterligare inventeringar behövas.Den är tillgänglig för forskning båda från hav och land. Det vill säga att forskarna ska kunna ta sig ute på havet med små motorbåtar direkt från stationen. En hanläggning som består av en pyr, bryggor och en inlastnings yta samt båtgarage är länkad till stationen.Byggnadens typologi och infrastruktur anpassas till öns kuperade topografi samt förhåller sig till det befintliga programmet på ön som består bland annat av tillsynsmans bostad, fyren och övriga lokaler i inre hamnen.Den ska hålla i tiden mot de hårda förhållanden som ön utsätts för under de olika årstiderna..

In this essay the aim is to look at difficulties in preservation of buildings in general, andespecially the ones of the modernist era. To navigate in this huge field the study is narroweddown to take place in Finspång, a small Swedish town. In Finspång there was a swimmingpool facility built in 1967. In 2003 the facility was closed down due to its unusable conditionsand then after seven years with discussions of different plans about what to do with thefacility it was demolished in 2010. This case is the base in the essay, and why it was notpreserved.The purpose of this essay is to look at what the people in Finspång think about preservation ofbuildings with the demolished swimming hall facility as base, and what impact materiality hason questions regarding preservation, cultural heritage, memory and history.
