SAMMANFATTNING Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om det finns något samband mellan dialekter och åhörarnas förväntningar på identitet hos den dialekttalande. Är våra förväntningar så hårt inpräntade av tidigare erfarenheter att vi analyserar en person, och dömer den enbart med hjälp av personens dialekt? Frågeställningarna blev följande: hur ser intervjupersonerna på sin egen dialekt? På vilket sätt påverkas intervjupersonen av de olika dialekterna samt vilka förutfattade meningar, sedan tidigare erfarenheter, om dialektbrukarens identitet går att finna hos dessa intervjupersoner? Metodologiskt användes en semistrukturerad intervjuform som åtföljdes av en ram som fångade in olika huvudteman. Urvalet bestod av tolv intervjupersoner i åldrarna 20-30 år. Intervjuerna varade mellan 30-40 minuter.

Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka hur ett projekt med klassikerläsning i en årskurs åtta går till. Frågeställningarna är hur och varför läraren väljer att lägga upp undervisningen på ett visst sätt, hur eleverna upplever läsningen och lärarens undervisning, samt om det finns några skillnader mellan killar och tjejers läsning. Undersökningen är kvalitativ och har ett didaktiskt och ett receptionsteoretiskt perspektiv. Resultatet visar att läraren konstruerar svenskämnet utifrån ett erfarenhetspedagogiskt perspektiv med skönlitteraturen i centrum och att hon använder sig av litteräranalytiska redskap som beskrivning av tid, huvudperson och handling. Tjejerna är generellt mer positiva till läsning än killarna.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att öka förståelsen för hur organisationer som utsätts för negativ publicitet bör kommunicera med medarbetarna, för att bibehålla deras förtroende för organisationen. Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ fallstudie där vi samlat in vår empiri genom semistrukturerade intervjuer. Upprättandet av en dialog är det effektivaste kommunikationsmedlet för att kommunicera med medarbetare. För stora organisationer är det svårt att upprätta en genomgående dialog på alla nivåer, och även om den i viss mån förekommer i den dagliga kommunikationen, så uppstår svårigheter när negativ publicitet ska kommuniceras på ett internt plan. Trots att begränsade resurser kan hindra optimal kommunikation vid negativ publicitet, är det viktigt att ledningen inte tiger, utan kommenterar det inträffade.

Systematic quality work in preschool ? How preschool teachers thinking and working with systematic quality work The purpose of this study was to investigate how Swedish preschool teachers thinking and working with systematic quality work. All Swedish preschools are required to work systematically with quality. This involves several steps that follow each other in a specific order. It includes following up, documenting and evaluating preschool activities.

The system tungsten-oxygen has potential of being suitable for decorative coatings since ceramic coatings are often hard and wear resistant, and since modulations in oxygen content or incorporation of small ions could give bright colours. The aim of this report was to investigate the relationship between process parameters and  the properties of the films, with the wear resistance being of special interest.Samples with tungsten to oxygen ratios in the range of 100:0 to 25:75 at% were made using reactive sputter deposition, either with constant gas flow, or gas flow controlled by optical emission of the plasma. The hysteresis of the system, which means that a certain gas flow will cause different pressure and/or target voltage depending on in what way the flow is reached, makes it interesting to control the process where the system makes the steep change from metallic tungsten to ceramic tungsten oxide. This is difficult and thus requires precise control equipment.The samples were analysed using X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and an empirical wear test suitable for small components like cell phone cover for example, in order to characterize the structure, composition and wear resistance of the coatings. The results could be divided into three groups: (I) tungsten-like, with very low oxygen content; (II) mixed phase and (III) tungsten oxide like, with oxygen content close to 75 at%.

The number of blogs, from weblogs, are increasing every day. Blogs are also becoming more visible in the public debate as well as the awareness of their existance is rising among politicians and citizens. The aim of this thesis is to answer the question what democratic potential blogs can have. This question will be answered by initially studying the research that exists today about weblogs and democracy. The second part of the analysis consists of a selection of texts from weblogs that touches this subject.

This thesis concerns the Swedish credit card market to a younger public and specifically Nordea as a card editor. The purpose is to investigate whether a Swedish bank can, and want to build long term relationships with a young public through credit cards, and if so, how they do this.The theoretical background formulated by researchers Bendapundi and Berry consists of four key factors of relationship maintenance; trust, dependency, dedication and constraint. These key factors are also assembled in an analytical framework. The empirical findings mainly consist of interviews with three employees at Nordea. They describe a recent segmentation of the bank?s customers with the issuing of a new credit card; Mastercard Silver.

Den insulinlika tillväxtfaktorn II (IGF II) är ett proteinhormon som reglerar cellers proliferation, tillväxt, migration, differentiering och överlevnad. Den utövar sin biologiska funktion via IGF I-receptorn. Dess tillgänglighet för bindning till IGF-1R regleras av en familj bestående av sex IGF-bindarproteiner (IGFBPs). IGF II kan också inducera mitos via en alternativt splitsad variant av insulinreceptorn (insulin receptor isoform A (IR-A)). De cirkulerande nivåerna av IGF II kontrolleras genom IGF II-receptorn, som saknar signalfunktion och är homolog med mannos-6- fosfatreceptorn. Tystad prägling av IGF II-genen är en återkommande observation vid en utvecklingsrubbning kallad Beckwith-Wiedemanns syndrom, vilket innefattar okontrollerad tillväxt och i många fall en njurtumör hos barn, Wilms? tumör. Tillväxthämning ses vid mutationer i genlocuset hos IGF II och den närliggande genen H19 vid en annan utvecklingsrubbning, Silver-Russells syndrom.

Sporttextil som luktar illa är ett utbrett problem och något som de flesta motionärer är bekanta med. En enkätstudie som genomfördes visade att mer än hälften av respondenterna någon gång upplevt att deras träningskläder luktat illa även efter tvätt. Även om lukt i sig inte är något farligt eller skadligt kan det ändå leda till obehagskänslor hos individen och det finns därför ett önskemål om en lösning på problemet. Lukt i sporttextil kan delvis härledas till bakteriers metabolism av utsöndrad svett. Dessa doftämnen tros kunna ackumuleras i textilen vid tvätt och användning.

Probiotics is a special group of health products on the market. The most common type of  these is live cultures of lactic acid fermenting bacteria from raw milk . These include, among others, yogurt and various trademarks such as Hälsofil ®, Acidophilus ®, Dofilus ® and Kefir ®. Such products are often used by patients who are treated with antibiotics to combat the intestinal flora eliminated, thus causing digestive problems. The present work deals with yet another type of health product, viz.

Most scientists believe that in the good times the peasant had the opportunity to follow fashion. Virestad parish does not follow fashion. My purpose is to try to understand something of the mechanism that made Virestad do so: that I will do by analyzing the results in relation to the concept of status. My main source is estate inventories. Here I examine the status markers and differences in what they invested in clothes and jewelry in relation to the estate's proceeds.The lower the balance, the more percentage they need to put on clothes.

The Sami people are a national minority in Sweden, but are also considered as native citizens of Sweden, Norway, Finland and Russia. The world has however a very limited knowledge about the Sami?s and their cultural background.The aim of this proposal is to examine six different history schoolbooks which depict the Sami people in Sweden. In addition, one of the key elements of this proposal is to understand how the selected literature represents the Sami people.Lastly, the proposal also seeks to review if the literature in the schoolbooks represents the elementary curriculum goals (Lpo94).The selected method was to do a text analysis of the literature and to illustrate that is presented in the reviewed schoolbooks. The text analysis is completed with an analysis of the illustrations and pictures that are presented in the selected schoolbooks.The key findings were that the review in majority of schoolbooks has stereotypical descriptions of the Sami people. The Sami people are generally depicted with the hut and the reindeer management in majority of the reviewed schoolbooks.The research about the Sami people is inappreciable in majority of the reviewed literature. In addition, the Sami people are often presented in connection with ?other? history, such as the silver ore in the mines or the territory dispute with settlers from the south of Sweden.

The purpose of this thesis is to describe and to increase the understanding of the negotiation process between the public- and the private sector in a Public-Private Partnership (PPP). I have chosen to explore the first ?real? PPP project in Denmark, the construction of Vildbjerg compulsory school in the municipality of Trehøje.This case study is based upon a qualitative method consisting of interviews with the leading negotiators from both sectors. Two different theoretical perspectives are used to construct the basis of the analysis - The Theory of Public-Private Partnership and Negotiation theory - and serve as a concept instrument.The result of the analysis indicates that the negotiators from the different sectors have problems to get out of their traditional roles as purchaser and contractor ? in PPP they should act like partners.

Toxic metals contaminate soil worldwide and thus serve as sever environmental threat. Therefore the purposes of this study were to investigate in which soil fractions that different heavy metals (Fe, As, Cu, Zn and Pb) could be found in contaminated soils and if it is possible to use sieving as a method for decontamination. Soil samples were collected from three different locations, the Nasa silver mine, the Blaiken-mine and Svalget environmental station. The samples were oven dried and later on sieved into six different fractions 8mm, 4 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.250mm, 0.063 mm and <0.063 mm. The fractions 4 mm, 0.5 mm and <0.063 mm from each location were analyzed in an x-ray fluorescence detector.

Tacit knowledge refers to the knowledge that is located inside individuals; it is not expressed or written like explicit knowledge. Inherently, tacit knowledge is often limited solely to one person and consequently individually based. Project based companies need to acknowledge the importance of transforming tacit knowledge into explicit in order to preserve the knowledge inside the organisation. If the knowledge is not transformed, there is a great risk of losing the knowledge when a key individual leaves the organization.One way of transforming the tacit knowledge is through Nonaka?s and Takeuchi?s knowledge spiral.
