The purpose of this thesis is to outline an appropriate model in order for companies to successfully act and compete physically as wholesalers at the same time as acting on the virtual market by selling directly to the end consumer. The approach of this thesis is hermeneutical and abductive with elements of hypothetically deductive approach. Our research has a qualitative research strategy based on case studies and interviews as well as on secondary data. Interviews were conducted with the case company JaymJay Wear AB as well as with other companies, so called mini cases. The secondary data consists mainly of textbooks, web sites and journals.

AbstractTitle: Serial recall of two-voice lists: Words are not perceptually organized by voice.The present study examined how voice affects the perceptual grouping of words in short-term memory that are auditory presented. Three different voice-lists were used: single-voice, alternating-voice and split-voice. In single-voice lists all words were presented in the same voice. In alternating-voice lists words were presented alternately in a male and a female voice. Finally, in split-voice lists words were presented grouped four and four in a male and a female voice.

The aim of this thesis is to see if there are differences in how managers and other staff looks at goals for short-term accommodation. The results show that there is a difference in views on the goals. This is manifested, among other things, in the form of managers have their focus concentrated on the financial framework for the business. Other staff have their focus directed at targets that are more about the work of the resident. Syftet med den här studien var att få en bättre förståelse för hur arbetet med personlig försäljning kan beskrivas i små och medelstora företag. Syftet nåddes genom att undersöka försäljningsprocessen och de olika rollerna inom försäljning. För att nå studiens mål utförsdes fallstudier på fyra svenska små och medelstora företag inom livsmedelsindustrin. Personliga intervjuer genomfördes med representanter för Jonssons Chips, Bergnäsets Bageri, Polarica och Piteortens Chark. Resultaten från den här studien visar att existerande teorier inom personlig försäljning inte alltid passar för att beskriva personlig försäljning i små och medelstora företag.
