Utveckling av Vobbla Racing Produkters försäljning på internet
Vobbla Racing is a racing team who has an online sales department that is in need of an upgrade to be more efficient and easier to use. Before this study their present homepage was anything but structured. The products were sorted in an illogical order which made it difficult for the customer to find a wanted product. The customer had to summarize the products, transport sums and other costs. The order had to be e-mailed or phoned in to Vobbla Racing Produkter.

The increased competition in e-commerce puts pressure on e-businesses which makes it even more important to influence the visitors on their e-commerce sites. An often overlooked marketing tool is atmospherics. With the increased focus on e-commerce from both traditional and new e-businesses this marketing tool becomes even more relevant. The aim of this thesis is to investigate how the atmosphere on an e-commerce site influences the customers' thoughts, emotions and behaviors. We examine the effects the level of stimulus on a website has on the customer's emotions, attitudes, intentions, behaviors as well as the relationship between these variables.

The aim of this study is to investigate where and why the fitness clubs, Sats and Friskis & Svettis in Stockholms county, choose to locate their facilities in certain places and which their primarily targetgroups are. Furthermore, the aim is to gain knowledge of people?s health status in areas where the facilities are located, in order to see if they are located where exercise is most needed. Interviews were conducted with members of the fitness clubs but also with non members, i.e. people who lived in areas with an absence of fitness facilities.

In todays' society e-commerce is growing at a rapid speed. 4,6 % of all retail sales on the Swedish market are done on the Internet. In the makeup category, which will be the category of focus in this study, 9 % of all the sales were done on the Internet during the last quarter of 2011. As it is today many suppliers do not have enough knowledge about e-commerce and instead of focusing on the development of the channel the focus should instead be on the development of the users of the channel.The purpose of this study is to understand the buying process with respect to the existing theories. The focus will be on the two stages information search and evaluation of alternatives.
Shoppingbeteende inom mode : En studie avseende skillnader och likheter mellan män och kvinnor
Forskningsfråga: Vad finns det för skillnader respektive likheter i beteende mellan män och kvinnor när de shoppar kläder och skor?Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att genom observationer, intervjuer och fokusgrupper undersöka samt skapa förståelse för vilka skillnader och likheter i shoppingbeteende det finns mellan män och kvinnor.Metod: En deduktiv ansats har använts där vi tagit fram hypoteser. Vi har observerat män och kvinnor när de shoppar och sedan, med tester i SPSS, bevisat hur verkligheten ser ut samt accepterat eller förkastat hypoteserna. Testerna har genomförts i statistikprogrammet SPSS. En kvantitativ metod har använt då vi observerat och en kvalitativ metod har använts då vi även genomfört fokusgrupper samt en intervju.Referensram: Uppsatsens fokus ligger i könsskillnader i shopping då vi framförallt utgått från Paco Underhills teorier och observationer.

Syftet är att se vad köpcentrum i allmänhet och Baronen Köpcentrum i synnerhet kan göra för att få kunderna att stanna kvar längre i köpcentrumet genom att underlätta deras shopping.Vi har studerat den forskning som råder inom området samt att vi valt att genom ett kvalitativt tillvägagångssätt samla in data till vår uppsats. Valet av en kvalitativ ansats var självklart då avsikten var att ge våra intervjuobjekt möjlighet att uttrycka sig fritt inom området samt spegla sin syn på det hela.
