It`s important that every person take responsebly for her own lifestyle to promote health.Today the individuel often knows the consequense of a certain lifestyle, but she doesn`t know how to change the negative behavior. Health profile assesment (HPA) is a method where you through conversation transfer knowledge and awarness about the member. The healthprofiler also motivate to a healthier lifestyle. Our purpose with this studie was to examine how individuels effects of a health profile assesment also illuminate which part of the health profile assesment the individuels have noticed and which way of living they change. To answer our purpose we used a quantitative transverse study in the way ofquestionnairexamination as we Shared to a selection (n=193) on different companies inOstergotland and Scania.

The degree project aims to gain a deeper understanding of how pedagogues are working with pedagogical documentation, as well as the significance of reflection in the educational work with children.The survey was implemented on two Reggio Emilia-inspired preschools and is based on a qualitative study using semi-structured interviews with open questions, where six pedagogues Shared how they view the pedagogical documentation.The study is seen from an epistemological perspective. The results show that pedagogues place great emphasis on reflection as a tool for a visibility of children´s learning and development. In this essay I reflect on a situation where I as a preschool teacher amworried about a child whose behavior I cannot understand nor recognize. The situation is characterized by the fact that I cannot explain my worries to my colleagues. I also discuss why different pedagogues understand the same situation differently, the importance of children´s play and how it creates opportunities to social interactionThrough my reflections I can understand my concern and show that it is justified.  I also discuss the act of reflection as a method. Reflecting is a way to increase or knowledge. But I also claim that reflection might be used collectively by reflecting together we might increase our Shared understanding and also find out how to proceed with our common work.The conclusion is that reflection is an important tool for us pedagogues when we want to increase our understanding and our knowledge.

Purpose: To evaluate the management development course held at FöreningsSparbanken in Ronneby during 2000. The evaluation aims to map and describe what effects the course has had on the participants. We will assess to what degree the effects meets the objectives of the course set by the manager of the bank (future management recruitment, leadership, change catalyst, aligning the strive towards a Shared organisational objective). Conclusion: Our conclusion is that all of the participants have as a result of the course increased their emotional intelligence in varying levels. Churches are seen as one of Sweden's most valuable cultural heritage. They bear witness to a living tradition and gives us knowledge of society at large and therefore people's lives at different times. The aim of this study was to examine consumers and producers view on beverages and it?s meaning for Skåne (a region in southern Sweden) and how to create a strong culinary region using beverages. It gets more common to connect food and tourism, where food and beverages can be used to attract visitors. The research methods used were qualitative and quantitative and the data was collected by survey and semi-structured interviews. The respondents weren?t aware of current beverage projects in the region.

In the church communion, there is a belief to the traditional and the repeteated behaviour. Our study is focused on how the public sector can collaborate with the private sector on a certain issue. The public sector wanted to create a project to increase bicycling in the municipality of Kalmar. Our problem was to develop a sustainable way to collaborate between the two parties. We managed to present a suggestion on how the public sector with communication could improve their Public Relations with the private sector and therefore letting the parties benefit from their differences, thus making it possible to release synergy.Using semi-structured interviews and a workshop, we could clarify the values and attitudes of the parties to bring forth the core values to develop a Shared vision. Where the identified differences were found, we used a dialog strategy based on intercultural conflict management as a communication tool.

The purpose of this study is to examine what creates motivation in the workplace of a small company with a high employee satisfaction index. The case study consists of qualitative interviews that help explain what the most important motivational factors are for the experienced IT consultants in a company that was founded by a circle of friends. The study concludes that the unique and equal pay model implicates an economic risk to the individual consultant but results in liberties, synergies and benefits. These appeal more than either self-employment or work at a larger IT consultancy that several consultants have backgrounds in. An expansion is ongoing since two years back, which threatened the culture but implicated opportunities for the individual consultants.

Theories about exposure and risk-taking in an everyday environment show a connection between parental strategies, parent-child relationship and exposure on the Internet. In the present study, the Internet is presented as an everyday activity. Negative exposure is seen as an outcome of risk-taking. The purpose of the study was to examine in what way parental strategies together with the parent-child relationship were related to the teenagers? negative experiences on the Internet, which consisted of three categories: 1) Exposure to pornographic sites, 2) Exposure to upsetting and violent material, 3) Digital bullying.
