In Sweden there are laws and recommendations from The National Board of Health and Welfare about the importance of a user's involvement in and possibility of influencing services directed at them. Even with such good intentions the same board reports that it is hard to know if people experience that they do. The purpose of my study was to examine how professionals can use their knowledge to help users increase their sense of influence in services that they use. My focus has been on adults with neuropsychiatric disabilities within the autistic spectra, such as Asperger syndrome, and on the professionals working with them. The specific problem among people with neuropsychiatric disabilities is a lack of social skills.

The vizualisation and creating of places is an essential part of physical planning. The notion of places as placeless, is likewise of importance for the creating of places. Some tendencies concerning architecture like modernism, as well as constructions whome don´t fit in their landscape, have contributed to the benaming and experience of places as placeless. Phenomenon as globalization and post-industrialism have in some cases conduced to the withering of the sense of place. With starting-point in litteraturestudies, observations of places and interviews, this is a lucubration concerning the means of placelessness in physical planning.

The purpose of this study is to conduce to the understanding of what challenges the HRdepartmentfaces in the work with the psychosocial work environment in nonprofit organizationsin Sweden. A particular focus in the study is on how the certain features of the nonprofit sectoraffect and tend to contribute to these challenges. In both Swedish and International research thereappears to be a lack of studies that deal with the psychosocial work environment in the nonprofitsector, which is one of the main reasons for this study. International research show, among otherthings, that employees in this sector have a higher degree of work satisfaction than in othersectors. Especially, they value the sense of making a contribution to the society, to get feedbackon their work performance as well as they expect a high level of co-determination.

Finns det böcker bara för flickor och bara för pojkar? Den frågan har ställts till en barngrupp för att deras åsikter ska synliggöras i en debatt om könsroller som bara förs av vuxna. Genom samtal har barnen fått berätta sina tankar om skönlitteratur relaterat till pojkar och flickor. Gruppen har varit enig i sin åsikt om att det inte finns pojk- respektive flickböcker. De menar att var och en själv bestämmer vad den vill läsa om.

Syfte med denna uppsats är att öka förståelsen för hur man kommunicerar visuellt för att attrahera segmentet 50+. Metod : Undersökningen har gjorts ur ett hermeneutiskt synsätt med intentionen att undersöka och beskriva vilka visuella attribut i reklam som tilltalar en 50+-marknad. För att få en djupare förståelse för problemet har vi valt att göra djupintervjuer med tre fokusgrupper där respondenterna alla tillhör 50+-marknaden. Som referensgrupp har vi valt ungdomar i åldern 20-30 år. Djup-intervjuerna kompletterades med enkäter för att få en bättre bild av de enskilda respondenterna och deras intressen och mediavanor.

The topic of this essay is how art exhibitions can be made available for - and conveyed to ? a visually impaired audience. Two visual impairment-displays and one available museum will be analyzed in this essay. They will be shown during the time period 2006 ? 2007 and focus on exhibitions in Sweden.Complex of problems that arises when art exhibitions are to be conveyed for those without eyesight is how you choose what can be conveyed and how this shall be conveyed.

The purpose of this essay was to find out whether the students, which had moved from the school of Gustaf Adolf to the school of Elineberg, had been integrated into their new environment. We chose to analyze the degree of integration concerning their schoolwork, how they interacted with the students from the new school, the school of Elineberg, and their level of wellbeing in their new school. We have used two methods, surveys and interviews, to be able to obtain the general picture of how the integration of the students has succeeded.Our conclusions are that the student has adapted well in their new school despite many obstacles along the way. Our essay shows that the students get along well with their new school friends during class, but they don´t socialise in their spear time. Although they seem to have accepted the closure of their old school some students express that they wish the school would be reopened.

This thesis discusses the existential consequences for the human being in creatio ex nihilo, where the main subjects of discussion are contingency, freedom and identity. The starting-point of the discussion lies in the presentation of the history of the doctrine of creation, especially the doctrine of creatio ex nihilo. Once the historical and philosophical importance of the doctrine of creation is clear, the anthropological and theological consequences are obvious; creation is contingent and at the same time deeply dependent upon God. The contingency of creation may bring a sense of non-necessity among people, and therefore it makes the question of human freedom and identity in the doctrine of creation utterly important..

This thesis tries to describe the use of mathematics in some workplace tasks. In particular the math corresponding to subjects of high school math courses B, C and D, is identified. Furthermore, the study attempts to analyze the nature of the way in which this math comes to use. This is represented by six different competences. Interviews with five (5) professionals, within different areas, are the main sources of information for this study.

Bakgrund: Oro och ångest är ett återkommande fenomen som kan visa sig hos patienter inför små och stora behandlingar, som operation. Ångest beskrivs som en stark känsla av oro och fruktan med fysiska och psykiska yttringar. Oron och ångesten patienter upplever före operation kan påverka patientens tillstånd och finnas kvar efter operation och ge en försämrad återhämtning. Syftet: Syftet med litteraturöversikten var att beskriva vilka metoder i omvårdnadsarbetet sjuksköterskan utför, som visat sig ha lindrande effekt för patienters preoperativa oro och ångest. Metod: Litteraturöversikten baserades på 15 kvantitativa artiklar som bearbetades genom manifest innehållsanalys.

För att säkra patientsäkerheten krävs att kommunikationen mellan vårdpersonal främjas, de har visat sig att kommunikationen har ett samband med de misstag som sker i patientvården. Ett speciellt behov av vidare forskning på kommunikationen mellan sjuksköterska och läkare finns, detta för att professionernas kommunikation sinsemellan är en stor del av patientens vård och säkerhet. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att belysa faktorer som påverkar kommunikation mellan läkare och sjuksköterska relaterat till patientsäkerheten. Studien utfördes som en litteraturstudie. Resultatet visade att C-HIP och SBAR ansågs vara användbara för att främja en god kommunikation mellan professionerna och för att främja patientsäkerheten.

Arbetets syfte har varit att få fram de orsaker, som skapar eller kan skapa motivation och inspiration för eleverna i skolan idag och för deras fortsatta utbildning, samt vad jag som lärare kan göra för att möjliggöra/skapa denna motivation. Genom elevintervjuer och genomgång av litteratur har jag sökt svaren på mina frågeställningar. Resultatet visar att kompisar står som den största motivationskällan, men även framtida utbildning och yrke motive-rar eleverna. En del elever känner sig dock inte motiverade alls utan hävdar att det enda skälet till att de går i skolan beror på att"man måste". Det som påverkar elevens lust att lära är, förutom ovannämnda orsaker, läraren och dennes personlighet och undervisningssätt, ämnet i sig, lektionsupplägg, miljö samt elevens egen dagsform.

Aim: To describe nurses' experiences providing end of life care to patients. Method Descriptive literature study, 15 articles were included. The search was made in PubMed, CINAHL and by manual search. The articles were reviewed, analyzed and summarized. Results: For newly graduated nurses? experience in end of life care proved to be something new, developing, difficult to manage and frightening, but expected in the profession.

In modern, Swedish political science there are different ways of looking at ?democracy?. A very common distinction is that between three groups of democratic theories: electoral democracy, participation democracy and deliberative democracy.The nowadays frequently used concept of electoral democracy is often used as synonymous with the older concept of repre­­­­sen­tative or indirect democracy ? frequently regarded as a contrast to the direct democracy of ancient Athens. However, there are also important differences.
