Sammanfattning SyfteSyftet med förbättringsarbetet var att erbjuda de äldre på särskilt boende en bättre kost i enlighet med Livsmedelsverkets rekommendationer.Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur förbättringsarbetet genomförts, upplevts och påverkat kosten till de äldre på särskilt boende och kostpersonal i Sävsjö kommun.MetodMetoden för studien av förbättringsarbetet har varit enkäter till alla äldre på särskilt boende innan och under förändringen. Semistrukturerade intervjuer med personal inom kostorganisationen har genomförts och sedan analyserats med hjälp av innehållsanalys. Ytterligare en metod för att utvärdera förbättringsarbetet har varit analys av statistik ur kvalitetsregistret Senior alert.ResultatMed utgångspunkt ur förbättringsfilosofin Lean och Livsmedelverkets rekommendationer har ett antal förändringar för äldre genomförts inom kostenheten i Sävsjö kommun för att skapa en effektivare, mer standardiserad organisation som erbjuder kunderna en kost som är mera anpassad efter deras behov. Vid intervjuerna med kostpersonalen framkom fem områden som har påverkats av förbättringsarbetet: renodling av köken, arbetsmiljö, de äldres upplevelse, matsedeln och Livsmedelverkets rekommendationer. SlutsatserSlutsatser som kan dras av studien är att de äldre redan innan förändringen var nöjda med den erbjudna kosten.

Bakgrund: Kinesiska bolag på den amerikanska OTC-listan är idag ofta associerade med bluffar och dålig kommunikation gentemot aktieägarna. Detta gör att den amerikanska marknaden inte har ett förtroende för dessa bolag. Denna opålitlighet från marknadens sida har resulterat i att många av de kinesiska bolagen blivit felvärderade. För de legitima bolagen leder det till att de blir undervärderade. Frågan som uppstår här är: Kan ett bolag få en mer rättvis värdering genom att noteras på en marknadsplats utanför USA exempelvis i Sverige?Syfte: Denna studie har till syfte att undersöka hur en övergång för ett kinesiskt bolag från en OTC-lista i USA till en senior lista på den reglerade börsmarknaden i Sverige påverkar värderingen av bolaget.Genomförande: Studien är utformad till en kvantitativ undersökning.

Every year, reports are published that shows how universities fail to meet the demand from companies who are looking to hire students with solid communication skills. At the same time, the importance of communication for effective leadership is constantly increasing. Today, many business schools around the world states that they strive to educate future business leaders and have therefore realized the importance of teaching the skills of communications to its students. The majority of Swedish business schools, however, have not yet made communications an essential part of their curricula. This indicates that most business students in Sweden today, do not receive the toolkit needed to take on leadership roles.

SammanfattningDenna studie handlade främst om fysiska aktivitetsvanor hos seniorer och hur de upplever möjligheterna till fysisk aktivitet inom sin kommun. Syfte och frågeställningarVårt syfte med studien var att undersöka hur mycket och på vilket sätt seniorer rör på sig i två olika Stockholmskommuner, samt hur de mår. Utöver detta ville vi även ta reda på om de hört talas om VillGott. Hur ser seniorernas fysiska aktivitetsvanor ut i Huddinge respektive Sollentuna?Hur upplever seniorer i respektive kommuner att möjligheten till fysisk aktivitet är?Har seniorerna i utvalda kommuner hört talas om projektet VillGott? MetodFör att samla in data valdes en kvantitativ metod i form av enkät. Insamlingssätten som användes var gruppenkät och hämta-och-lämna-enkät. Enkäten delades ut till 162 seniorer på seniorträffar, seniorcentrum och PRO-aktiviteter inom de båda kommunerna.

Seniorboende är en ny boendeform för äldre, från 55 år och uppåt. Vilka faktorer går att urskilja i offentliga debatten när det gäller tillkomsten av dessa boende? Varför flyttar människor dit och hur upplevs boendet? En stor förändring för äldre var när kvarboendeprincipen hade sitt intåg i Sverige under 1950- talet. Denna innebar att människor inte längre kunde tvingas flytta ifrån sina hem när de blev gamla och sjuka. Under våra verksamma år inom äldreomsorgen har vi sett ytterligare en stor förändring i form av ädelreformens införande år 1992.

Bakgrund: 1990-talskrisen och dagens finanskris har liknande uppkomst som härleds till alltför generös utlåning. Som följd uppkom stora kreditförluster i majoriteten av bankerna. För att öka riskmedvetenheten hos bankerna samt för att stabilisera den finansiella ekonomin finns myndigheter och kommittéer som övervakar och sätter regler för hur bankverksamheten skall fungera.     Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om, och i så fall hur, kreditgivningsprocessen mot privatpersoner har förändrats genom åren. Vi ville studera om Baselrekommendationerna och andra regelverk har fått en direkt påverkan på bankernas sätt att hantera dessa krediter. Genomförande: För att uppnå studiens syfte har vi genomfört semistrukturerade intervjuer med anställda på de fyra svenska storbankerna samt med en senior analytiker på Finansinspektionen. Den insamlade empirin analyserades sedan utifrån gällande teori inom området.Resultat: Majoriteten av bankerna har ändrat sin kreditprocess sedan 1990-talet och gått från pantbelåning med säkerheten i fokus, till att använda kassaflödesbelåning.

AbstractIn this master´s thesis I primarily investigate librarians´ and teachers´ conceptions of collaboration between libraries and schools and their conceptions of childrens´reading. Secondary I investigate the contents of laws concerning libraries and schools and also the school curriculums concerning the subject field of the Swedish language. My theoretical point of departure is that of social constructionism. I use two models in my analysis. One is a model of collaboration created by Patricia Montiel-Overall, called TLC (Teacher Librarian Collaboration), which grades collaboration from the lowest level (A) to the highest (D).

AbstraktHaving influence over questions that concern us is a part of the society that we live in, where every individual have the right to make her voice heard (Danell, 2006). For many decades, the school has had many different ways to give the students influence. Rönnlund (2013) is giving a historical overview of the history of students influence and enlighten us how the influence has changed over time. The influence from the students is very important and it is the students right to make their voices heard about things that concerns their work environment but also to affect their curriculum. The education in school should be fitted to every individual student (Danell, 2006).   According to Aaron Antonovsky (2007) our wellbeing is based on that we all can take part and deicide about the things we are meant to do.

This essay is a comparative research between pupils' experience of how the headmaster, teachers and other school staff interpret and apply the democratic education. The results are based on a survey carried out in senior high school, as well as interviews with the school staff. The democratic education charge has a long history of Swedish school system and is the basis for the maintenance of a democratic society. Both policy paper of state investigations and researchers in the field, regard to school as the primary and unique instance in order to promote and develop democratic skills in children and young people. However, it is shown that those who come out from school lack of knowledge and awareness of democracy and the will to speak their mind.

AimThe aim of this study is to examine the long term effects of e12 and how they have influenced the lifestyle and perceived awareness about nutrition and exercise in relation to factors from Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) that e12 took in consideration. The questions asked were; How has e12 affected the attitudes, skills, self-efficacy and knowledge relative to exercise? How has e12 influenced the individual?s habits of exercise? How has e12 affected the perceived awareness regarding the impact of nutrition and exercise on the body weight?MethodThe study is pursued by a qualitative method using semi structured interviews on six individuals between the ages of 16-18 years old that completed the project 4-5 years ago. A questionnaire regarding nutrition and exercise habits was also used as part of the study. All individuals from the year of interest were first contacted by the senior physician connected to the project.

Background: It is today common for companies to provide some sort of incentive for CEO's and senior management positions to motivate, retain and benefit employees within a company. This is in order to drive the goals of the CEO and management in the direction that is desired by the owner. Currently, the Swedish centre-right government has forbidden the use of such variable pay within state-owned companies. There are two different attitudes to variable pay, one that is in favour and one that rejects it. However most people agree on the fact that a well-functioning incentive scheme can be of great strategic importance for a company.Approach: has variable pay to CEO's had any effect on the company's profitability.Aim: the aim of the study is to compare companies who use variable pay to CEO's with companies that do not in relation to their profitability in terms of profit margins, yearly performance, returns on total capital and returns on equity.Method: the study uses a quantitative approach.

The Purpose of this essay is to seek an answer to whether or not a conflict exists between priests of the Assyrian Church, the Syrian Orthodox Church and the Coptic Church in contemporary Swedish society, as well as to examine the environment between the three. The theological dissimilarities will be studied (from a historical standpoint), along with the interviewed participants views on the division in Christianity which will be presented also. I choose to interview six priests/chorbishops who live and work in Sweden, and the result was analyzed according to the senior professor of peace- and conflict, Peter Wallensteen?s theories on conflict and conflict resolution, where important issues are laid out to identify the core problem, and theological differences are discussed and compared from a union perspective.The result of the interviews illustrate a clear response that the participants experience a lack of functioning collaborations (from the Assyrians Church view, a collaboration is absent from the Syrian Orthodox Church and the Coptic Church, and vice versa) and most of the participants experience negative consequences from the divide in churches, as they strive for unity in Christianity as a whole. The theological differences between the churches proves not to be as significant as expected, the actual predicament lies partly in language-and phrase division along with a general rejection of each other?s interpretations.

Denna uppsats är skriven på uppdrag av Peter Hellman, Senior Adviser på Hellman & Partners. Uppsatsen avser att visa att med hjälp av sociala medier som marknadsföringsverktyg kan företag interagera med kunden på ett nytt revolutionerande sätt. Dock är det långt ifrån alla turistföretag som insett potentialen med att använda sig av sociala medier i sin marknadsföring.Med vår undersökning hoppas vi kunna bidra till en djupare förståelse om varför turistföretag använder sig av sociala medier och på vilket sätt. Det finns mycket forskning om sociala medier som marknadsförings- och kommunikationskanal men det råder fortfarande brist på forskning om hur turistföretag kan utnyttja kanalen till sin fördel.Vi inledde undersökningen med att göra en litteraturstudie där vi studerade resultat av tidigare forskning. För att uppfylla syftet med undersökningen har vi använt oss av ett kvalitativt tillvägagångssätt och utfört fyra intervjuer med hotell och researrangörer.

SammanfattningDen demografiska förändringen som sker i Sverige har bland annat resulterat i en befolkning med fler personer i högre åldrar. Bristen på seniorboende i Sverige är betydande och den stora gruppen av fyrtiotalister har högre krav än tidigare generationer. Detta gör att fastighetsföretagen som erbjuder seniorboende måste tänka om vid utveckling av nya koncept på marknaden. Tidigare forskning, enkätstudier och intervjustudier av koncepten inom seniorboendemarknaden samt fyrtiotalisternas nya inställningar, har till viss del gjorts men området bör uppmärksammas betydligt mer. Syftet med denna uppsats var att utreda hur fyrtiotalisternas attityder och behov påverkar samt förändrar företagens koncept för seniorboende.
