Idag finns hälsoskillnader mellan könen, vilka delvis beror på ojämställda förhållanden i samhället, som uppkommit av värderingar för hur kvinnor och män ska vara. En förändring av värderingar kan ske i skolan där läraren har en betydelsefull roll. I lärarutbildningen förekommer ingen kontinuerlig undervisning kring hur lärarstudenterna ska integrera ettgenusperspektiv i sin framtida yrkesroll. Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka på vilket sätt lärarstudenter anser sig kunna arbeta med jämställdhet i skolan ur ett lärande- och hälsofrämjande perspektiv. Datainsamlingen har skett genom tio intervjuer med lärarstudenter.

För att företagen skall kunna bevara sin konkurrenskraft har en hög motivation hos deanställda fått en allt större betydelse. Jag har i denna studie studerat motivation och vad somkommer att påverka motivationsgraden hos de anställda mest. Detta med utgångspunkt fråntre olika aspekter, vilka är; ledarskap, lärande organisation och utvecklingssamtalet. Somteoretisk bas har jag använt mig av fyra olika klassiska motivationsteorier. Alla dessa teorierhar som utgångspunkt förklarat vad som gör individer motiverade, däremot saknade jag enbeskrivning hur en ledare skall agera för att skapa motivation hos sin personal.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze how the ongoing controversy surrounding the Internet, the phenomena of digitalization and file sharing will affect the music industry in the form of the ?big five? labels. Furthermore the thesis aims to present a recipe of strategies for the companies? survival by studying their situation through a theoretical perspective in conjunction with a comparative analysis with industries facing the digitalization challenge. The theoretical contribution lies in the strategic perspective at an industry level.

Today, Sweden has about forty companies owned by the government. These are active on markets with variable competition. Some have been given special areas of responsibility that in a practical notion make them monopolists. The period when most public companies where formed (and with that the following subjection to competition) during the nineties and early 2000's, forced the formerly protected businesses to act on the terms of the open market. Parallel to this development the brand has for the last twenty years evolved into something great strategic importance for the business, including the business-to-businesses (B2B).

The company is today strongly decent­ralized and there is a minimum of collaboration between the 20 business units. This is why the questions were raised; how could the business units coordinate outbound logistic activities and what effects would that provide. The obj­ect­ive of this final thesis is to provide basic data for a future decision-making which desc­r­ibe these effects.The report has mapped out the factors that are important to ABB in an evaluation of their logistic activities and how the outbound logistics work today. The four factors are cost efficiency, delivery service, environmental impact and logistics capability.

Biodiversity is essential for human well-being and it is defined as the genetic variation within species and the variety of species and ecosystems. Biodiversity provides several ecosystem services which are necessary for human beings but there are different threats towards the biodiversity. The biodiversity linked to the forest in Sweden are threatened, about 50 % of the red-listed species in Sweden are associated with forests. This is linked to the commercial exploitation of the boreal forest in Sweden which started 200 years ago. The forestry the last 50 years, with clear-cuts, have contributed to a fragmented forest landscape.

Vi är intresserade av att studera ?vad som styr ekonomistudenternas val av arbetsgivare? eftersom vi själva är ekonomistudenter och har börjat fundera på framtida arbetsgivare.Det är även intressant för företag och organisationer att veta vad som styr ekonomistudenternas val av arbetsgivare eftersom det kan gör det lättare att locka till sig passande arbetskraft. Men när företagen och organisationerna väl har hittat rätt medarbetare gäller det att behålla dem och genom att veta vilka behov de anställda har kan arbetsgivaren tillfredsställa dessa behov, vilket resulterar i nöjda anställda.Vårt syfte med uppsatsen är att undersöka vad som styr ekonomistudenterna val av framtida arbetsgivare utifrån deras motivationsfaktorer och om dessa motivationsfaktorer stämmer in på befintliga motivationsteorier. Vi är dessutom nyfikna på om företag och organisationer vet vad som intresserar ekonomistudenterna samt vad som kan få studenter att vilja bosätta sig i Gävle efter avslutade studier.Vi använde oss av mailintervjuer för att samla in material till vår undersökning eftersom vår första idé om att ha fokusgruppsdiskussioner inte gick att genomföra på grund av lågt intresse. Mailintervjuerna genomfördes med nio stycken ekonomistudenter vid Högskolan i Gävle och tre stycken organisationer i Gävle som är med i NU!, Näringslivsintegrerad utbildning.För att få djupare insikt i vad som motivera människor har vi valt att fördjupa oss i ett flertal motivationsteorier.

Vilka föreställningar finns det om kulturarv? Syftet med detta arbete att undersöka vilken plats frågor om kulturarv intar i den kommunala planeringen samt hur kulturarvsfrågor hanteras i planeringen. Syftet är även att öka förståelsen för de konflikter som kan uppstå kring kulturarv och föreställningarna om detta i planeringen. Arbetet består av en empirisk undersökning av två fallstudier. De båda fallstudierna ligger sedan till grund för en jämförelse mellan två detaljplaner, Kvarteret Axel och Stadsmarinan från Karlskrona kommun, Blekinge län. Båda har hanterat kulturarvsfrågor i planprocessen.

Detta examensarbete behandlar dagens trafikproblem och den planering som vi tror krävs för att nå en hållbar utveckling. Med hållbar utveckling menar vi bl.a. ett hållbart resande ? ett resande som inte begränsar mobiliteten men som ökar möjligheterna att förflytta sig mer miljövänligt. Mer konkret vill vi att folk ska kunna lämna barnen på dagis på väg till pendelparkeringen, ta tåget/ spårvagnen/bussen till jobbet och sedan efter jobbet kunna uträtta sina ärenden, i samband med att barnen hämtas på vägen hem.

Higher demands of competitiveness and efficiency have led to increasing sizes of farms, with more land, more capital and more comprehensive logistics. The aim is to gain benefits of scale economies that reduce the production cost per unit. However, a greater extent of the business exposes the farm of increased risk where small deviations rapidly can erase the benefits. A modern dairy farm thus put high demands on the farmer?s ability to coordinate, plan and manage the forage production through the whole process until storage to obtain silage of the desired quality and quantity at the right price. To support uniform and fair assessment of Swedish students? English language competences, mandatory National tests are provided both for secondary and upper secondary education. The current thesis may be seen as a contribution to the further development and validation of these tests, with regard to the likely introduction of computerized testing methods. The aim is to gain further knowledge from current research in the field, to study and elucidate international experiences of implementation, and to gather and analyze feedback from students and teachers. Based on my findings, some tentative conclusions will be drawn, and recommendations made concerning future developments.

Det pågår ständigt förändringar i samhällsstrukturen som får effekter på många olika nivåer. Det har skett en övergång från jordbrukssamhälle till industrisamhälle och till kunskapssamhälle. Industriarbetarnas andel av befolkningen minskar till förmån för kunskaps- och servicebaserad verksamhet. Parallellt med denna utveckling har industrin lämnat efter sig stora landsarealer som är välförsedd med infrastruktur. På många platser runt om är det idag vanligt att mark i staden blir tillgänglig på grund av industrins strukturomvandlingar.

Sammanfattning Detta examensarbete behandlar problematiken mellan en växande stad och strävan att nå hållbar utveckling, d vs hur vi skall minska vår negativa påverkan på vår miljö och omgivning, utan ?nna ett sett att nå sådana strukturer som inte urholkar naturens naturtillgångar, den ekonomiska välfärden, det demokratiska systemet eller vårt kulturella arv. Då en stad står inför behovet att expandera är det viktigt att fråga sig hur detta kan ske samtidigt som utbyggnaden skall verka för den hållbara utvecklingen. Detta är en mycket intressant men komplex fråga som jag i detta arbete försöker närma mig. Arbetet är dock inte skrivit med ambitionen att lösa denna stora fråga, utan är ett anspråkslöst försök att närma mig ett av de synsätt på hur vi kan skapa hållbara strukturer i en stad som expanderar. I sökandet har jag tagit fasta på hur vi genom infrastrukturen och bebyggelsestrukturen kan bidra till att skapa hållbara strukturer.

The political landscape is constantly changing and influenced by outside forces. The strong connection to the traditional media has evolved to include a new important part, social media. A good way for the politics to utilize social media is through their youth associations, whose main purpose is to engage young people and spark their interest in politics. Due to the increasing influence of social media, the politicians, parties and various actors have to adapt to its demands, to be able to gain visibility on these platforms. One way to adapt is to become more entertainment driven, because these platforms are a safespace where people find time to relax and have a good time. With a growing emphasis on simplified, engaging and more fun political massages, political communication has changed its form. This phenomenon is referred to as ?politainment? and encapsulates the merging of politics and entertainment. The purpose of this study is to examine and measure the frequency of politainment in Swedish political youth associations political communications.
