Digital transformation. En rapport om regleringar och sanktioner kring hybridarbete
This thesis investigates the regulation of hybrid work environments by focusing on the implementation of rules by both management and employees. It examines the methods used to measure compliance and the consequences of non-compliance within organizations. The study also explores how flexibility in work arrangements and the balance between work and personal life affect employee well-being and productivity. Furthermore, it highlights the critical role of self-leadership in navigating the complexities of hybrid work, emphasizing how effective self-management can enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
We have adopted a qualitative research approach and interviewed employees, managers, and HR personnel with experience in hybrid work. The different perspectives are expected to provide insights into this area by including all levels within an organization
It is evident that organizations that have clearly established rules and guidelines regarding hybrid work have achieved the best desired results.
Sambandet mellan arbetstillfredsställelse, stressupplevelse och empati hos förskolepedagoger
Skadliga nivåer av stress och därtill relaterade sjukdomar är ett väl belagt fenomen bland svenska lärare. Dock finns det ingen likartad forskning om svenska förskolepedagoger. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka om arbetstillfredsställelse, stressupplevelse samt empatisk förmåga i arbetet uppvisade samband hos förskolepedagoger. En enkätundersökning gjordes där förskolepedagoger fick besvara frågor angående arbetstillfredsställelsen, stressupplevelsen och empatisk förmåga. För att mäta dessa tre variabler användes ett svenskt instrument Satisfaction with Work Questionnaires samt en empatiskala om vilka känslor de kände för ett barn i tre fiktiva berättelser.
Äldre kvinnors sexuella välbefinnande
Bakgrund: Sexualitet hos äldre är precis som hos yngre en viktig del av livskvaliteten. Den sexuella förmågan och de sexuella behoven fortsätter långt upp i åren. Ett aktivt sexualliv har visat sig vara bra för välbefinnandet.Syfte: Syftet var att undersöka vilka faktorer som har en positiv påverkan på äldre kvinnors sexuella välbefinnande.Metod: En kvantitativ metod har används på ett redan insamlat datamaterial. Detta material består av omfattande enkäter som samlades in under åren 2000-2003. Huvudvariabel sexuellt välbefinnande har testats mot flera relevanta variabler.
How do intrinsic and extrinsic motivation correlate with each other in open source software development?
Open source is growing outside the boundaries of hackers, amateurs and software
development, creating a humongous potential in many different areas and aspects
of society. The intrinsic and extrinsic motivations that drives open source
have been in the subject of much research recently, but how they affect each
other when paid and unpaid contributors come together is still hidden in
obscurity. In this study I investigate how intrinsic and extrinsic motivation
correlates with each other and how those correlations affect paid and unpaid
open source software contributors. The literature synthesis is based on of
systematic reviews through searches in library databases, identification of
articles by searching on the Internet and by reading relevant books. My results
indicate that intrinsic and extrinsic motivations continuously affect each
other and that paid contributors are more vulnerable since their extrinsic
motivation in terms of money is reached only when many other motivations are
fulfilled.
HUR NÖJD ÄR DU I SJÄLVA VERKET? : En studie om skattehandläggares upplevelse av arbetstillfredsställelse i relation till deras syn på myndigheten.
Skatteverket är en av Sveriges viktigaste statliga myndigheter då myndigheten på något sätt berör alla individer i samhället. Studiens syfte är att skapa en djupare förståelse för varför det finns en diskrepans i svaren från Skatteverkets medarbetarundersökning 2013, gällande upplevelsen av arbetstillfredsställelse, i relation till synen på Skatteverket som en attraktiv arbetsplats samt till synen på att rekommendera arbetsplatsen till andra personer. Studien tar utgångspunkt i begreppet arbetstillfredsställelse, som betraktas som attityder människan känner gentemot sitt arbete, och tillämpar ett kvalitativt angreppssätt. Genom 12 semistrukturerade intervjuer med handläggare på ett skattekontor i Västsverige, görs en ansats till att förklara diskrepansen utifrån en analys av medarbetarnas uppfattningar. Det empiriska materialet har analyserats genom fenomenologisk dataanalys och studiens slutsatser visar att det finns en viss grad av missnöje bland handläggarna gällande faktorer såsom löneutveckling, bristande karriärvägar samt upplevelsen av andra människors uppfattning om handläggarens arbete och arbetsplats. .
?Biblioterapi på sjukhus? ? en kvalitativ undersökning av sjukhusbibliotekariers syn på biblioterapi
The purpose of this thesis is to examine the role of bibliotherapy at hospitals and also what knowledge of and insights on bibliotherapy a few Swedish hospital librarians have. Questions investigated are: What role do the hospital librarians think literature has in the treatment of a patient? What is their view on their role as a hospital librarian and do they believe that they can have a part in the treatment of a patient? Is the concept bibliotherapy commonly used or is there another term in use? How important is the linkage between healing and literature? In this study, the view on bibliotherapy is limited to a hospital perspective. The purpose of the study is therefore to investigate bibliotherapy at the hospital. Six qualitative interviews with hospital librarians were performed at three general or combined general/medical hospital libraries.
Handledarens yrkeskunnande : Modell och verklighet
Denna uppsats tar sin utgångspunkt i frågeställningar som berör handledarens yrkeskunnande. Benämningen handledare syftar i detta fall på lärare som är VFU-handledare för lärarstudenter eller mentorer för nyutexaminerade lärare. VFU och introduktionsår för nya lärare befinner sig i gränsområdet mellan utbildning och yrkespraktik. Vilka är de kritiska punkterna i handledarrollen? Är det möjligt att följa en modell och vad fungerar i verkligheten? Vilka områden och frågeställningar är relevanta för blivande handledare? Hur kan man utbilda för att kunna hantera dessa områden?Det empiriska material som ingår i denna uppsats har bland annat arbetats fram med hjälp av dialogseminariemetoden.
Kultur - vad ska det vara bra för? : En studie av organisationskulturen på ett centrallager
Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka lagermedarbetares upplevelser och behov av organisationskultur på en specifik arbetsplats. Syftet är även att undersöka chefernas syn på organisationskultur och hur organisationskulturen kan användas som ett verktyg för att främja motivation och trivsel bland de anställda. För att uppfylla detta syfte använder vi oss av följande frågeställningar:- Vilka organisationskulturella aspekter kan vi identifiera i företaget?- Hur påverkar dessa aspekter lagermedarbetarnas motivation och trivsel på arbetsplatsen?Vi använder en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod för insamling av empirisk data. Med hjälp av sociologiska och socialpsykologiska teorier besvarar vi frågeställningarna utifrån sju intervjuer med chefer och lagermedarbetare på ett centrallager i Mellansverige.Resultatet visar att ledningens arbete med de organisationskulturella aspekterna vi identifierat visar likheter med de teorier där organisationskulturen är en del av en ledningsstrategi.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine and analyse which effects a service strategy has on the control system of an organisation. The thesis takes a service perspective, and it is assumed that a service strategy gains competitive advantage and that the goal of the service strategy is to increase the customers? satisfaction level. A qualitative in-depth case study was performed on a Swedish beauty company. The organisation?s vertical structure was examined, from central to local level.
Elmätarens roll i framtidens elnät : Ett samarbete med Sweco Energuide AB och Mälarenergi Elnät AB
The initial aim of the roll out of smart electricity meters in Sweden was to allow remote readings of the households? monthly electricity consumption for billing purposes. Since then the transition towards a smart grid has become a more prioritized matter. In the roll out of next generation smart meters more attention is therefore given to how the Distribution System Operator (DSO) can benefit from the meter through different smart grid applications. This study uses a qualitative research method to identify three general fields of application and 15 specific concepts corresponding to ways in which the DSO can create added value from the information provided by the smart meter.

The aim of this study was to describe how adolescents experiences their quality of life, and tocompare if there are any differences in how they experiences their QOL depending on wherethey live, big town or smaller town. The aim was also to examine how adolescentsexperienced their schooling. The study is empirically, quantitative with a descriptive andcomparative design. To measure quality of life a tried and tested instrument ? LifeSatisfaction Questionnaire (LSQ) was used.
Utveckling av snabbfäste och verktyg för byte av sågklinga
This thesis is based upon the work done at Westinghouse electric company (WEC)inVästerås during the spring semester of 2015 and describes the development of a quickcoupler with associated blade changing tool. These are meant to be used togetherwith a sawing tool that the company uses for the dismantling of nuclear reactors,which is performed under water.The aim of the thesis was to develop a complete manufacturing documentation withdrawings and related CAD models which Westinghouse later can use to manufacturethe tool and the quick coupler. It was also included in the assignment to, if necessary,modify parts of the saw tool to adapt these to the intended blade changing tool.A number of visits to the company's workshop was made during the time to study thesaw that the thesis is based upon. The purpose of these visits was to get a better ideaof the dimensions, construction and the field of use of the saw. On three of thoseoccasions various engineers and consultants accompanied us to discuss possibleproblems with different ideas.This was interspersed with information in the form of literature studies on quickcouplers to create a clearer picture of the nature of the task.When enough information had been gathered a functional analysis was made to dividethe main problem into subthis phase the idea and concept generating process took place.The methods used for this was mainly brain writing and brainstorming.

Event marketing has during the last decade become a wide spread marketing method. This is because the marketing clutter has increased heavily during the past years and brands are looking for new ways to reach their target audience. The previously well accepted marketing measurement "satisfaction" has shown tendencies no longer to be sufficient for success in today's competitive marketplace. Therefore, the research has somewhat moved to the measurement "brand love" to explain differences in strategic consumer behavior. That is the background to why this report examines and answers the question if a brand through event marketing can enhance brand love.

Meningen och innebörden i det goda mötet för vårdgivaren : En fenomenologisk intervjustudie med kvalitativ ansats
The purpose with this qualitative interview-study was to try, from the carer´s point of view, to describe the meaning and the essence of the good meeting. The participants were selectively chosen and were all women of varying life- and professional experience. They were interviewed with four interrogative forms that dealt with the experiences of the meaning and the essence of the good meeting. The analysis of the contents of the four interviews produced five themes: the meaning and the essence of aware presence in the good meeting, the meaning and the essence of the personal alliance, the carer's need of being seen and getting appreciation, the courage to bring up insulting behaviors while still preserving the relationship, personal qualities of the care. Aware presence was to be a main theme through out the meeting.
