Arbetet är ett examensarbete i högskoleingenjörsutbildningen, inriktning datateknik, på Linnéuniversitet. Växjö kommun är just nu mitt i ett nytt projekt för att sammanställa hela IT-organisationen för att göra servicen för anställda och medborgare bättre. Detta projekt kallas ?Ett IT? och ska sammaställa IT-organisationen till fyra huvudavdelningar. Dessa avdelningar är Servicedesk, Service, System och Utveckling.I samband med dessa förändringar har önskemålet om ett enklare sätt att söka efter personer inom IT-organisationen kommit upp.

Konfigurationsprotokollet Wi-Fi protected setup (WPS) har vissa brister idess design gällande hur autentiseringen av den PIN-kod som används för attansluta en enhet till ett trådlöst nätverk är implementerad. Dessa brister kanutnyttjas av en attackerare för att utföra en bruteforce-attack som på enrelativt kort tid kan identifiera den korrekta koden. Detta arbete har tagit frammetoder för att motverka eller fördröja attacker mot WPS-protokollet sommed relativt enkla medel kan implementeras i befintliga nätverk. Genomutförda praktiska experiment där en fristående server upptäckt en attack ochgenomfört olika försvarsmetoder har de mekanismer som presenterats utvärderats.Slutsatsen är att den effektivaste metoden för att avbryta en bruteforce-attackmot protokollet är att automatiskt byta ut PIN-koden då en attack upptäcks..

Fo?r att a?stadkomma detta fo?renas teori och empiri vid utformningen av det metodologiska verktyget. Den teoretiska utga?ngspunkten fo?r uppsatsen a?r Habermas kritik mot teknokratisering av politik i nyhetsrapportering.

Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka tidshantering hos personer med lindrig utvecklingsstörning som bor i kommunalt boende med särskilt service. Frågeställningar; Hur hanterar denna målgrupp sin tid? Om målgruppen hanterar sin tid självständigt gör de det med säkerhet eller osäkerhet?Metod: En kvantitativ studie genomfördes i form av en enkätundersökning. Studien genomfördes i ett län i Mellansverige och riktades sig direkt till personer med lindrig utvecklingsstörning som bor i kommunalt boende med särskild service. Enkäten bestod av fem frågor med fem svarsalternativ.

During year 2007 ClaraHälsan Ltd bought the company health service Solstahälsan in Karlstad. The wide merger of the two health services the problems arose around the employees? employment agreements when certain parts of the agreement differ. At a transition of a company, in this case a health service, the rights and obligations for the employees will pass on to the new employer according to directive 2001/23/EG who came in force in the swedish legal system in year 1995. The former employer is only responsible vis-à-vis the employees ?for economic obligations related to the time before the transition, the code of protection of employment 6 b §.

Detta examensarbete utfördes på avdelningsnivån CCS på avdelningen PDU Platforms på Ericsson. Avdelningen ville förändra sin nuvarande arbetsprocess genom att övergå från Daily Build, att bygga och testa en gång om dagen, till ett mer kontinuerligt byggande och testande. CCS hanterar och tillhandahåller kontrollsystemtjänster för RNC applikationer och äldre RBS. Målet med detta examensarbete var att automatisera testprocesser för att kunna utföra kontinuerliga tester. Första steget i arbetet var att ta fram ett specifikt användningsfall, ett use case, att arbeta mot. Detta skedde genom analys av felrapporter och detta ledde till att nodomstarter definierades som ett första användningsfall.

This study examines from a gender perspective how the gender distribution is viewed in the content of Göteborgs-Posten's sports pages and the short and long term effects of the the newspaper's gender equality plan that was introduced in 2005. It is a quantitative study for two sample periods, 2005 and 2009, that investigates how many articles in the newspaper which is about women's sports and male sports. Michel Foucault's theory of discourse is central to the study, his view of identity in society and how these are represented fit well on gender issues in sports journalism. The results show that women's sport is greatly subordinate to man's sport in terms of number of articles. The gender equality plan has not had any noticeable effects on Göteborgs-Posten's sports pages. This is due to a variety of factors ? economic aspects weigh heavily in this problem. .

Every year the Swedish government invests capital in different projects. In recent years the Swedish government has chosen to invest in design. The reason for this is that the government wants industry to use design as a competitive source. Two organizations, Svensk Form and Stiftelsen Svensk Indistridesign, have been assigned to improve industry and society?s under¬standing of design.

The aim of our master thesis is to study the way valuation of real estate is conducted by real estate companies. Furthermore we want to identify the factors that affect the relevance and reliability of the valuation. The reason for this is the introduction of IFRS, in 2005, and the application of the IAS 40 rules stating that real estate are to be recognized at fair value on the balance sheet. To do this we have performed a case study on 10 Swedish real estate compa-nies listed on the Stockholm stock exchange, OMX, Large Cap and Mid Cap list to see how the share value has performed in relation to the reported net asset value since 2005 and how they value their collection of properties. We also studied the assumptions made by real estate company analysts.

This is a qualitative study that includes participants that are in connection with a non-civic organization in Sweden. The study aims to capture the participants? subjective experiences regarding human service organizations. The starting point is to catch both their positive and negative experiences, and then try to concretize what directed their perception in both ways. Is there any specific organization that is represented in positive and the negative column? Is it possible to explain the experience by looking at the organization and the organizational goals? Is it possible to see variables that might explain the perception?The study has a narrative focus that seeks the answers in the organisational context rather than in the stories themselves.

I started from a curiosity about how and if unit managers within social services use the concept reflective approach in their leadership role, and how their organizations look upon this and what the consequences are. If in the long term, this affects the individual receiving assistance. All the interviewed persons come from different places, services and organizations. The study is qualitative, with a number of interviews conducted with unit managers.

Webbaserade tillämpningar och kopplingar mot olika programsystem har blivit allt vanligare i och med det så kallade IT-samhällets utbredning. Tidigare har de flesta webbsidor varit statiska sidor där information ej kunnat påverkas av användaren. Numera bygger webbtjänster allt mer på dynamiska lösningar där information genereras ur en databas vid det ögonblick den efterfrågas. Detta examensarbete har bestått i att hämta information från ett ekonomi/tidrapporteringssystem och dynamiskt skapa rapporter av denna information i ett webbaserat gränssnitt. Ett antal rapporter har fördefinierats och användaren kan styra vissa urvalsparametrar för att hämta informationen.

In December 2004 the Jewish congregation Judiska Församlingen i Malmö wrote to Lund University regarding the cranium of a Jewish man, which had been in the University's possession ever since he committed suicide while in custody in Lund in 1879. The congregation requested that the remains be given to them and buried according to Jewish custom. In February of 2005 Lund University decided to appease the request. This essay examines the debate which followed.The main focus of the study is on which kinds of arguments were used in the debate, who participated and which aspects of the human remains were considered important by the debaters.The study has shown that clear differences exist regarding the types of arguments used by those in favour of the repatriation and by those who opposed it. There were also differences in who took a stand in favour of it and who was against it.

This essay investigates whether there?s logic behind the sanction system regarding the penalty imprisonment in the swedish penal code. The focus is in general on crimes against the person and crimes against the state, but in particular on crimes of serious fiscal offence and crimes of serious assault. The idea with the essay was also to explain the wording purpose behind the punishment ranges in these selected crimes. The essays focus is on the public unawareness on how the punishment ranges is used.

Syftet är att undersöka om och i så fall hur den psykosociala hälsan i arbetslivet förändrats i Örebros, Västmanlands och Värmlands län mellan år 2005 till 2011 genom att studera skyddsombudsstopp, intervjua Arbetsmiljöverkets inspektörer och regionala skyddsombud samt studera SCB:s statistik.De frågeställningar som besvaras är:Har det skett en förändring av antalet skyddsombudsstopp som rör psykosociala frågor mellan år 2005 till 2011?Har det, enligt Arbetsmiljöverkets inspektörer, skett en förändring av den psykosociala hälsan och hur beskriver de i sådana fall denna?Har det, enligt regionala skyddsombud, skett en förändring av den psykosociala hälsan och hur beskriver de i sådana fall denna?Har det, enligt statistik från SCB, skett en förändring av den psykosociala hälsan och på vilket sätt syns det i sådana fall i statistiken?Frågeställningarna besvaras med hjälp av att dokumentation studerats och intervjuer har genomförts. Teorin som använts i studien är krav-kontroll-stödmodellen.Skyddsombudsstoppen och intervjuerna med inspektörerna visar inte på någon förändring av den psykosociala hälsan. De regionala skyddsombuden anser att den psykosociala hälsan försämrats under de senaste åren. Bemanningsföretag, flexibilitet, brister i kommunikation och för lite stöd är några av de psykosociala arbetsmiljöproblem som finns idag enligt intervjupersonerna.
