I 1994 Ärs införda mÄl- och kunskapsrelaterade betygssystem genomförs inte jÀmförelser sinsemellan eleverna vilket gjordes inom det tidigare betygssystemet. Bedömningen i det mÄl- och kunskapsrelaterade betygssystemet grundar sig pÄ bedömningar av elevers prestation i förhÄllande till kursplanens preciserade mÄl, vilka uppger vad eleven skall behÀrska inom ett sÀrskilt kunskapsomrÄde. I LÀroplanen för det obligatoriska skolvÀsendet, förskoleklassen och fritidshemmet 1994, Lpo 94, finns mÄl och riktlinjer angivna bÄde för bedömning och för betygssÀttning. Kunskaper som en elev skall utveckla finns angivna i kursplanernas mÄl för en kurs eller ett Àmne, en precision av vilka kunskapskvaliteter som Àr gÀllande för varje betyg finns beskrivet i betygskriterierna. I LÀroplanen för det obligatoriska skolvÀsendet, förskoleklassen och fritidshemmet 1994 stÄr att lÀsa ?Skolans uppdrag Àr att frÀmja lÀrande dÀr individen stimuleras till att inhÀmta kunskaper? (Skolverket, 2006 s.5).

Denna studie har som syfte att undersöka den svenska IPO-marknaden under Ären 1995-2005. Studien undersöker ett fenomen som Àr frekvent förekommande i samband med börsintroduktioner. The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether Sweden has the obligation to provide for freedom of conscience in health care. Furthermore, it must be examined, whose rights according to the law will go first, health professionals right to freedom of conscience or the patient right to equal treat-ment.

Syftet med detta arbete Àr att försöka fÄ en bild av vad det var som gjorde att kursen Estetisk verksamhet ansÄgs viktig nog att bli ett kÀrnÀmne 1994, och varför den inte lÀngre ansÄgs viktig och togs bort 2011. Med hjÀlp av kritisk diskursanalys undersöks argument för och emot kursen som de förs fram i texter frÄn regering, riksdag och media vid dessa tidpunkter, med betoning pÄ vad dessa sÀger om kursens status och position i gymnasiet och i den skolpolitiska debatten. Studien visar att nÀr Estetisk verksamhet infördes 1994 var det för att lÄta eleverna uppleva och sjÀlva skapa, baserat i en humanistisk diskurs. NÀr kursen togs bort 2011 var det för att andra Àmnen ansÄgs behöva mer utrymme för att ge eleverna en tydligare yrkes- eller högskoleförberedande utbildning, baserat i en marknadsekonomisk diskurs. Fokus för vad som var viktigt i gymnasieskolan skiftade under de sjutton Är som gÄtt dÀremellan, och i den nya lÀroplanens inriktning pÄ nyttobaserad utbildning fick inte Estetisk verksamhet plats. Den skolpolistiska synen pÄ kunskap förÀndrades frÄn en demokratisk tanke om att ge alla samma möjligheter, till ett differentierat ideal dÀr individens kunskap ska vara mÀtbar och samhÀllsnyttig. .

Repatriering Àr den process dÄ en expatriat ÄtervÀnder till hemlandet efter avslutat internationellt uppdrag och har fÄngat sÄvÀl praktikers som akademikers intresse. Denna uppsats Àr en litteraturstudie kring hur problematik kring repatriering har diskuterats i fyra högt rankade tidskrifter under de senaste 20 Ären. Syftet med studien Àr att kritiskt undersöka utvecklingen av forskningen kring repatriering för att skapa en djupare förstÄelse kring detta framvÀxande ÀmnesomrÄde. I vÄr textanalys identifierar vi sex teman med olika perspektiv pÄ problematiken kring repatriering som var och ett behandlas i uppsatsen. Slutsatsen Àr att temana kan utvecklas genom att undersöka nya kontexter och metodval och pÄ sÄ sÀtt skapa en ökad förstÄelse kring komplexiteten kring reptriering. .

This paper attempts to survey the debate in the Swedish parliament on state surveillance on the Internet, from 1994 to March, 2007. With a discourse analysis inspired by Foucault, we follow how the idea of state surveillance is viewed by politicians during the period. By focusing on the Internet, we expect to find how politicians in the parliament regard the idea of an unregulated forum for citizen communication and interaction, and how the need for state surveillance on the new arena that is Internet, is expressed and argued for. Theoretical framework is given by Foucault?s theory of the Panoptic state, as well as his thoughts on discourse, power and governmentality.

The purpose of this essay was to research the level of condition and requirements of democracy which faces states applying for a membership in the European Union. The focal point was to research the levels of democracy requirements on two set enlargements which are the cases of the 1981 and 1986 enlargements together with the 2004 and 2007. The states that did reach the goal of becoming member states had similar political backgrounds that made them suitable for a most- similar system study. By using my theoretical framework which consists of democracy theories, together with the chosen method was I able to find answers to my research questions when examining the material. The result of the study is that even though the condition might have been quite similar but the reality of them was different.

Different methods for shelterwood cutting have been used in differ-ent parts of Europe since the middle ages. The use of shelter wood cutting in Norway spruce (Picea abies (L.) Karst.) forests in Sweden met a revival in the early 1990s as an alternative for the dominating clear-cutting system when silvicultural costs increased dramatically for the latter. Shelterwood cutting systems involve some possible problems but also a lot of positive effects. Among the problems are increased risk of wind throw and damage of the remaining shelter trees caused by the cutting operation. Positive effects are for example a valuable growth in the remaining trees and increased biological di-versity. This study is based on a total of 79 trees from 4 different treatments in a spruce shelterwood, cut in 1994, in the middle of Sweden (62,4Âș N).

This is a qualitative textual analysis of curriculum for primary education in 1962, the curriculum for primary education in 1969, the curriculum for primary education in 1980, the curriculum for the compulsory school system in 1994 and the curriculum for primary school 2011th. Purpose of this thesis is to see how the government through the curriculum specifies directives for how teachers should be more or less authoritative. The boundaries of the essay are to only look at the claims against the teacher in elementary school. The questions are what is required of the teacher directly or indirectly from the curriculum 1962,1969,1980,1994 and 2011, focusing on the concept of authority and what change has taken place? To answer these questions, I have read the current curricula and other research publications in the field.

The purpose of this thesis is to present a number of examples of how the debate concerning same-sex marriages in Sweden was conducted in religious media between the year of 2005 and May 1st 2009. I intend to examine if and how these debate articles can be descibes as examples of religion taking part in the public sphere according to JosĂ© Casanovas theory of deprivitization and public religion (1994) and JĂŒrgen Habermas theory of religion in the public sphere (1964, 1989, 2006, 2008). I will apply the theories to the material by using four criteria for public religion, based on Casanovas and Habermas two theories, designed by Marta Axner. I also intend to compare the arguments used in the material to the arguments found in Marta Axners dissertation Public Religions in Swedish Media (2013). To identify these arguments a textanalysis containing seven argumentschemes, designed by Gunnar Björnsson (1994), is applied.
