By doing this thesis I want to open up farmers and tractor drivers mind to see that there is several risks with their work. There is a number of risks that everybody probably already know about, and hopefully I will, with this work, help them to see a lot more risks, to make them be more careful in the future. I?ve interviewed seventeen farmers in middle and south of Sweden. I?ve also asked them for their opinion and what kind of changes they looking forward to.

Nordstrand Sara (2008). Den fria lekens betydelse inom förskolan. The meaning of free play within prescool. Skolutveckling och ledareskap, 90 högskolepoäng, Lärareutbildningen, Malmö högskola. Syftet med mitt arbete är att undersöka den fria lekens betydelse och se likheter och skillnader mellan två förskolor och förskolelärare som arbetar där och deras syn på den fria leken. I studien har jag valt att göra fyra djupintervjuer med fyra förskolelärare på två olika förskolor. Hagens förskola i Dalby och Pilängens förskola i Limhamn.

ABSTRACTDuring the last decades, environmental impacts have increased significantly, much due to the great traffic flows within cities. Therefore, to reduce these impacts and encourage a healthy way of living, it has in recent years become vital to generate safer and more sustainable and flexible modes of transportation. In order to do so, authorities and physical planners must work together to find viable solutions to incorporate in the infrastructure and offer alternative transport modes ? such as walking, cycling and public transportation. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the development of the cycling infrastructure in the city of Västerås and whether it is possible to expand bicycle commuting alongside public transportation. The thesis consequently aims to study how different physical planners within Västerås municipality work with traffic related questions.

Klimakteriet är något som alla kvinnor förr eller senare går igenom, och kännetecknas främst genom att menstruationerna upphör och att kvinnan slutar vara fruktsam. Syftet med studien var att beskriva kvinnors upplevelser av att genomgå klimakteriet. Totalt valdeselva kvalitativa artiklarur databaserna Cinahl och PubMed. Dessa analyserades med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Analysen resulterade i fyra kategorier; att uppleva okontrollerade förändringar, att kunna hantera och känna glädje över klimakteriet, att inte förstå eller bli förstådd, samt att uppleva åldrande.

Uppsatsens avsikt är att göra en värdegrundsanalys av tre skönlitterära verk som återfinns på högstadiet i klassrumsuppsättning. De verk som jag har läst är Ondskan av Jan Guillou, Ida slash Sandor av Sara Kadefors och Flugornas herre av William Golding. Utifrån ett värdegrundsperspektiv med utgångspunkt i Lgr 11 ska jag se hur begreppen demokrati, människolivets okränkbarhet, individens frihet och integritet, alla människors lika värde, jämställdhet mellan kvinnor och män samt solidaritet med svaga och utsatta synliggörs i verken. Uppsatsen har en kvalitativ ansats och metoden som använts är kvalitativ textanalys. Till uppsatsens bakgrund har lämplig forskning om begreppet värdegrund tillfogats samt hur denna kan tydliggöras i skolan.

Vi vill även se närmre på varför bloggen eventuellt har betydelse och om denna kan leda till en förändring i identiteten.Metod: Semistrukturerade intervjuer, innehållsanalys.Huvudresultat: Vi har sett att bloggens påverkan på identiteten kan bero på olika saker. Bloggen som socialt samspel, somarbete eller bara intresse, hur man visar upp sig i bloggen samt responsen och uppmärksamheten från läsarna är några av de saker som påverkar. Föräldrars inflytande i förskolan Vi har valt att skriva ett examensarbete där vi presenterar hur föräldrarna upplever sitt inflytande i förskolan. Syftet är att på ett trovärdigt sätt undersöka om föräldrarna är nöjda med inflytandet de har idag eller inom vilka områden de skulle vilja ha mer inflytande. Vi frågade också föräldrarna varför de valt den förskolan som deras barn går i idag. För att nå ett resultat började vi med att leta efter intressant forskning som kunde ligga till grund i vårt arbete och vi läste även annan litteratur. Efter det konstruerade vi en enkät som vi lämnade ut till föräldrarna på tre olika förskolor.

The number of smartphones are constantly increasing, 2010 approximately 200 million unitswere sold globally and the figure is predicted to increase to 1 billion in 2016. The increased useof smartphones also carries many risks, for example many smartphones are connected to theInternet. This is a possible way for hackers to gain access to user devices. Smartphones are wellrepresented in research on its safety, while research on its use and users? awareness often leavesmore to be desired.

This essay examines the way the recurring motifs in Karin Boye's poetry might be read as expressions of queer or subversive desire. The fact that the lyrical I is not gendered in the poems opens up for a queer reading. In adherence to Sara Ahmed's notion of desire lines and sexual orientation I discuss the spatial aspects of desire, and explore the positions and movements of the lyrical I in Boye's poetic landscape as deviations from the concept of the straight and marked path, into the queer and unknown.I trace desire in Boye's poetry mainly through the themes of nature and night, and the ways in which these phenomena deviate from the normative structures laid out by the poems. Usually the motifs of night (such as fog, shadows and darkness) are associated with the fading of the senses. The night obscures the vision of the lyrical I and wraps them in heavy silence, making them experience and desire in new ways. Through motifs related to nature Boye formulates a feminine, matriarchal myth.

Ämnets kärna är att studera hur muslimska elever kommer i kläm vid undervisningen i hem- och konsumentkunskap. Samt hur muslimska elever tycker och tänker i frågan om mat och matvanor men också hur jämställdheten ser ut i deras familjer. Uppsatsens främsta syfte är att studera vad muslimska elever anser om undervisningen i hem- och konsumentkunskap, sker undervisningen i deras här och nu? Valet föll på att använda en kvalitativ intervju för att lära känna eleverna bättre och komma dem närmre, vilket också ger ett djup åt uppsatsen. Metoden är vald med baktanken om vad som ger mest insikt i informanternas egna sätt att tänka, lära, agera, uppleva och förstå.Valet föll på att djupintervjua fem muslimska elever, tre pojkar (Henrik, Leo och Max) och två flickor (Sara och Fia).

The discussion is based on media?s role as a multiplier in a democracy.Method: We have used a quantitative method and studied the media coverage in four Swedish newspapers 23 days before the Swedish election on 7th of June 2009.Results: We have come to the conclusion that media is in fact meeting its democratic role as a multiplier, in any case as long as we only take in conclusion the amount of articles that has been published. We have seen that the media coverage for the first time has increased both in number of articles and in how big the articles were.

The aim of this essay is to examine the ambivalence that I consider work of solidarity carried out from majority position to be associated with, and whether it makes sense to understand the relationship between majorities and minorities involved in this work by using the concepts of race and whiteness. Through Ruth Frankenbergs work on white women and race I consider whiteness to be a racialized position, and through Sara Ahmeds phenomenology of whiteness, which describes racialization as made through the orientation of bodies, I investigate how this racialized position is shaped and maintained by the solidarity work. The study is based on qualitative interviews with four White women engaged in two organizations that works on integration of female immigrants through creating jobs in a cooperative and through educating in national and familial democracy. The work of solidarity told of by the interviewees seems to produce racialized notions about immigrated people of color, which acts as a counterpart to the whiteness that the interviewees themselves possess. At the same time, the work also challenge this binary division, especially by incorporating the non-white women in what in this essay is called "the white world"..

This study's main aim is to contribute with an insight regarding how employees of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) experience religion as a component of development work in religious contexts. The study focuses on whether or not religion is given enough space within Sida's development work and if the policies of Sida are enough to cover the needs in religious contexts. To answer these questions we have interviewed six employees of Sida which holds experiences of development work in religious contexts. The results show a lack of knowledge and encouragement of these questions within Sida and that the interviewees experience religion as a complex concept. The study also shows that the interviewees find policies, methods and tools within Sida as inadequate to cover the needs of religion in development work.

In Stockholm, Johanneshov the Slaughterhouse area (Slakthusområdet) can be found. A number of companies have gathered there providing the Stockholmers with meat products. This area has a great need for cooling to supply large cold storages. To facilitate this, a central cooling system has been built, supplying the area with effective and safe cooling.The aim of this master thesis study is to give hints to energy efficient and reliable changes that can be put in place at a low marginal cost depending on the future activities in the area. The suggested changes will be presented to the company Bravida (managing the system), which also desires a deeper understanding of the energy flows through the central cooling system.Firstly visiting the site with proper guidance, we have then tried to understand the function of the system including which machines and media that are used.

The aim of this study is to examine marriage as something both desirable and normal in three popular novels from the 1860s about marriage: Rosa Carlén?s Agnes Tell: en äktenskapshistoria (1860), Marie Sophie Schwartz?s Alma eller De moderna äktenskapen (1860) and Sara Pfeiffer?s Aurora Trampe (1867). Using a theoretical perspective from Michel Foucault and Judith Butler, I have analysed the novels as being producers of, and resistance against, norms.The good marriage is partly depicted as a utopian vision in the novels, which therefore functions as fantasies for the readers. But it is also depicted as a realistic possibility. Though difficult to achieve, the main characters reach the goal through individual improvement towards correct behaviour.The question for the main characters is not whether they are going to marry or not, but how to make their marriages good ones.
