Den här studien utreder om en successiv marknadsanpassning har påbörjats efter reformeringen av hyressättningen på bostadshyresmarknaden 2011. Med hjälp av data från Hyresgästföreningen testas två hypoteser med hjälp av regressionsmetoden difference-in-difference. För det första om det har skett en inflationsjusterad ökning av hyrorna efter reformen som är större än i perioden före. För det andra om hyrorna har ökat mer i attraktiva kommuner än i mindre attraktiva kommuner. Slutligen undersöks om hyresmarknadens parter har ändrat sina attityder efter reformen.

Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) is a quality control system created by the European Union (EU) to protect integrity of certain food and drinks that are produced in a specific area in a unique way. By protecting these products, the EU can certify that the traditional region-specific methods of food and drink production are preserved. The EU countries that follow such a system are mostly from Southern Europe. For instance in France, the PDO system has helped improve the income for farmers, boosted the rural development and assured protection for farmers against the abuse of their brand and the selling of their products by outsiders. In Sweden, there are no PDO products yet, instead there is Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) and Traditional Speciality Guarantee (TSG) that are not as protective as PDO.

The essay discusses underlying racism in the Swedish community and has, as a specific purpose, to illustrate and analyze how images of immigrants are constructed in a local setting. The questions at issue are: What established conceptions about racism exist and how are immigrants described by the youth in Sweden? Which racist manifestations are evident? To answer these questions, twelve interviews with students from an upper secondary school in Lund are done. Discourse analysis and other central aspects to alienation such as categorization and stereotyping, concepts about ?the Others? and underlying racism, have been used to analyze the interviews.

I wanted the pattern collectionto be a simple, mystic and colourful collection with a folklorespirit like the popular rural life I experienced during my childhood.The purpose of the project was that I during the working processwould deepen my estethic background to enforce my personalgraphic expression ability and evolve as a pattern designer.I wanted to try to mix my personal view of domestic graphicexpression with another language that I gained in recent years.This I wanted to do in order to find the tools that could helpme clarify and develop my pattern signature.A few of the questions that I had about this project were if thelong scetching phase that I planned would help or damage theproject.I also thought it would be interesting to experiment with coloursin this project. I wanted to see how far I dared to go inmatter of colours as well as how the patterns would be visuallyexperienced if I for example reduced one colour or replaced itwith the opposite colour.I thought it was inspiring to work with traditional techniqueswith the colours. It was only positive that part of the patternstory telling was developed in an unpredicted direction duringthe scetching phase.

Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka hur Gagnefs kommun och Bergs kommun arbetar med det generella strandskyddet, vilka attityder till detta som finns i kommunerna och hur arbetet påverkar landsbygdsutvecklingen. Särskilt fokus läggs på hanteringen av små sjöar och vattendrag. Undersökningen har skett med hjälp av en kvalitativ metod som innefattar intervjuer med markägare och tjänstemän från kommunerna samt observationer. Analysen utgår från Garrett Hardins begrepp tragedy of the commons, Elinor Ostroms begrepp common-pool resources och open access resources samt Bo Rothsteins begrepp sociala fällor och tillit. Slutsatsen med uppsatsen är att Gagnefs kommun och Bergs kommuner arbetar olika med strandskyddet gällande små sjöar och vattendrag. En majoritet av informanterna anser att det generella strandskyddet endast ska omfatta naturliga vattendrag, samt att strandskyddet bör vara mer flexibelt på landsbygden än i storstäderna. Flexibiliteten innebär exempelvis att strandskyddets regelverk ska anpassas till platsen och inte tillämpas generellt över hela landet..

The purpose of this study was to examine the foreign news flow in Sweden´s largest news agency TT. Since TT has an important position as a news provider to most of Sweden´s local and national news outlets, it was important to examine exactly what their news stories consisted of.The theoretical background of this study consist of theories of news values, agenda setting, dependency theory and the theory about the ?news shadow? a lack of coverage leads to.In our quantitative study we have looked at 506 articles taken from the TT news flow during two weeks In November 2013. We have studied which continents and countries the news origins from, who have supplied the text, the topics of the news, which one gets to speak in the text and what general tone the story has.The study shows that the supply of news follows the criteria of news values. It also shows that in some regions of the world the coverage is almost nonexistent.

De flesta organisationer är idag målstyrda där måluppföljning sker genom resultatbaserade styrsystem. Utvecklingen av styrsätt och styrsystem har gått från regelstyrning till fokus på prestationer. Tidigare studier visar att inre motivation skapar bättre attityder till arbetet. Det leder till bättre prestationer om medarbetaren känner delaktighet och får regelbunden återkoppling. I uppsatsen undersöktes hur medarbetare upplever att mål- och resultatstyrning påverkar motivationen och arbetsutförandet i en bankverksamhet, samt hur detta tar sig i uttryck i handling.

Syfte och frågeställning: Utifrån kvalitativa intervjuer med journalister på dags-, kvälls- och lokaltidningar ska vi undersöka hur Twitter, som informationsteknologi, påverkar journalisters agendasättande roll, deras identitet och journalistik som profession. Detta görs för att i slutet kunna uttala sig om hur Twitter påverkar svensk journalistik. Metod och material: Studien bygger på kvalitativa intervjuer med fem journalister som har jobbat eller är aktiva på GT, Sydsvenskan, Norra Halland, Aftonbladet, Expressen och Café. Det är expertintervjuer och vi har valt att använda oss av det som kallas bekvämlighetsteknik i vårt urval. Vår empiri analyseras sedan genom abduktion.

Rapporteringen kring Ryssland i svenska medier har under början av året varit omfattande. I och med de olympiska spelen i Sotji och den ryska interventionen i Ukraina rapporterar svenska nyhetsmedier frekvent om såväl rysk inrikes- och utrikespolitik som brott mot mänskliga rättigheter, ekonomiskt och politiskt förfall samt ett potentiellt hot om militära insatser i och omkring Ryssland. Det har förekommit diskussioner i svenska medier, hos svenska politiker och bland Sveriges allmänhet som tyder på reaktioner och ställningstagande.

AbstractSeveral of researchers have reflected that the school ought to be developed to a learning organization. A method as proceed from such a perspective and should be able to match a local child- and educations administration is problembased school development. To investigate in which ways a child- and educations administration prosecute a problem based learning inside the organization a case study was used as research strategy. The question this report gives answer to is:In what/which way works a child- and educations administration in a rural district with a method to fulfil a problembased learning.To collect empiric data a canvassing inquiry was accomplished among the child- and educations administrations group of management. According to the research result it can declares that there are good conditions for the organization to prosecute problem based school development, but there is yet a great deal to do before it´s can be said totally fulfilled.

SammanfattningSyftet med studien var att studera skillnader i vilka mål bordtennisspelare använder sig av beroende på målinriktning. I studien deltog 103 bordtennisspelare (60 män och 43 kvinnor) tävlandes i division ett till tre. Metoden som användes i studien var en kvantitativ undersökning och bestod av enkäterna Collegiate Goal Setting in Sport Questionnaire (Weinberg, Burton, Yukelson, Weigand, 1993) och Task and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire (Duda & Nicholls, 1992; ref i Duda, 1998). Resultatet i studien visade flera signifikanta skillnader mellan bordtennisspelarna med högre resultatinriktning och bordtennisspelare med en lägre resultatinriktning när det gäller uppfattning om målsättning. Resultatet visade exempelvis att bordtennisspelarna med högre resultatinriktning oftare satte resultatmål och prestationsmål jämfört med bordtennisspelare med en lägre resultatinriktning.

Studien syftar till att ge ökad kunskap om mediedebattens diskurs, i synnerhet utifrån ett riskperspektiv. Målet med denna studie är att undersöka hur mediedebatten om HPV-vaccinet ser ut, och varför den ser ut som den gör. Vilka aktörer som är aktiva i debatten, hur de argumenterar och vilka budskap de använder är områden som besvaras för att uppfylla vårt mål.Studiens huvudfråga undersöks genom en kritisk diskursanalys samt argumentationsanalys.Huvudresultaten visar att debatten kan liknas vid en kampanj, eftersom debattens aktörer till största del representeras av elitpersoner, människor som har makt att driva igenom eller påverka beslut inom området. Till hjälp använder de sig av argument som kan tyda på en hälsorisk hos den enskilda individen. En trolig orsak till att medierna satte HPV-vaccinet på agendan kan vara ett flertal omvärldsfaktorer som; massvaccinationen mot svininfluensan, Kalla faktas program om vaccinet, internet och sociala medier, nyhetsrapporteringen samt barn och kvinnors roll i samhället.
