Psykisk ohälsa är ett stort folkhälsoproblem som orsakar enskilt lidande och stora samhällsekonomiska kostnader. Insatser som främjar psykisk hälsa hos barn och unga är högst relevant och skolan har en viktig roll i det hälsofrämjande arbetet. Skolkuratorn blev en lagstadgad del av elevhälsan år 2010 och ska i sin roll främst arbeta förebyggande och hälsofrämjande. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur skolkuratorer i Västmanland arbetar för att förebygga psykisk ohälsa och främja psykisk hälsa hos ungdomar. En kvalitativ metod med en induktiv ansats valdes.

Personal branding is a common phenomenon within the Swedish business world, although less applied on the competitive and fast paced music industry. In order to strengthen Swedish artists' personal brands and to ensure congruence between the artists' presented identities and the target audiences' perceived images, we have developed a model, containing of seven essential factors. The seven dimensions authenticity, credibility, certainty, openness, availability, awareness and timeliness help improve strength when communicating brand identity, as well as minimizing potential discrepancy between identity and image. This report examines the brand strategies within the Swedish music industry through a case study of Sweden's largest pop star, Eric Saade, where Team Saade's communicated identity is compared to the targets audience's perceived image of Saade. Overall, Saade's personal brand has a high level of congruence, except from the clarity dimension, where his words are considered differing from his actions.

Syfte med denna studie var att få kunskap om hur och på vilka sätt sjuksköterskans ledarskap beskrivs samt hur det kan utvecklas och stärkas. Teoretisk inspiration har hämtats från Cook (2001) som har utvecklat en modell för sjuksköterskans ledarskap. Previous research has shown that the psychosocial work environment and leadership have a significant influence on the employees work satisfaction. Still there is much to explore regarding the employees experiences about these two subjects. A qualitative approach was used in this study to increase the understanding of the employee´s experience of psychosocial work environment and leaders role affecting it. Eight semi structured interviews were carried out at two organizations with four interviews in each place. The data was transcribed and a meaning concentration analysis was conducted.

The purpose of my study is to examine how four preschool teachers go about using the term play in children's early mathematical development. In order to fulfill the purpose of this study, I have the following questions:How the preschool teachers visualize mathematics in children?s play?What reflections have the preschool teachers about the importance of play for children's mathematical learning in preschool?How do the preschool teachers see on their own role in the children's play?In this study, I have conducted a semi-structured qualitative interviews based on the interviews with four preschool teachers from various departments in a preschool. I have also conducted some observations to complete my study. Whereas in my analysis of the researched material, I have used Vygotsky's theory.The survey shows that the preschool teachers are aware of the use of mathematical language and concepts in children?s different activities which were conducted daily in the preschool.

Using a qualitative research method to get the empiricism for analysis, we have analyzed advisors and job seekers experience of management meetings at the job center in Halmstad. We used a semi-structured interview form when we collected the empiricism from four advisors, four job seekers and one complementary actor in the form of a job coach, with a hermeneutic approach to interpreting the informants? subjective experience. We also chose to analyze our results using theories by Asplund, Von Wright, Mead, Scheff, Barth and MalténsThe results presented have shown that time is what they all described as lacking. It was found that the job seekers had a reasonable degree of common experience in both the management meetings and the working role of the advisors, while the advisors themselves were divided on how their role would be applied.

Däremot är så kallade Life skills-program förekommande i staden. Programmen arbetar för att stärka ungdomars självkänsla, framtidstro och förmåga att ta hälsosamma beslut. Syftet är att utifrån deltagarnas subjektiva upplevelser av Crossroadsprogrammet ta reda på om programmet kan verka som en förebyggande insats mot tonårsgraviditeter.

Usability is a well-known term in system development. Today both consumers and organizations aim to increase usability. The purpose of the study is to gain knowledge about inexperienced users? interactions with websites and concretize that knowledge for future studies.Interviews have been conducted within two areas where experienced web developers with extensive programming knowledge brought know-how while inexperienced users without any programming knowledge have given their views. A number of existing tools for web publishing have been analyzed.

Kontaktmannaskap är inte någonting helt nytt, utan har sedan länge använts som arbetsmetod i den somatiska och psykiatriska vården. Inom äldreomsorgen är kontaktmannaskapet en relativt ny arbetsmetod. Syftet med ett kontaktmannaskap är att individerna skall uppleva delaktighet, inflytande och självbestämmande över sitt eget liv.Kontaktmannaskap är en väl användbar metod för att uppnå exempelvis kontinuitet och självbestämmande inom vård och omsorg. Omvårdnad Gävle har utarbetade riktlinjer och rutiner kring kontaktmannaskap, som gäller inom hela förvaltningen. Metoden kontaktmannaskap inom ordinärt boende och boendestöd skall säkra individens rätt till vård, service och omsorg.

Sammanfattning Informanterna beskrev salutogent ledarskap som fokuserande på möjligheter istället för problem, och att få fram resurserna ur varje individ. De pekade på att de anställda känner större ansvar om de görs delaktiga i arbetets planering. Enhetscheferna hänvisar till vikten av reflekterande tankar på alla nivåer. De upplever att deras sätt sedan länge att arbeta nu har givits legitimitet. Bakgrund Vi intresserar oss för hur olika typer av ledarskap kan påverka personal, då vi alla har erfarenhet av att ingå i arbetsgrupper.

Bakgrund: Samhället står idag, till följd av 40-talisternas förväntade pensionsavgångar, inför en omfattande generationsväxling. Således ställs allt högre krav på gynnsam kompetens- försörjning inte minst inom kommunal sektor. För att möta problematiken är Traineeprogram inom denna sektor en växande trend varför vi såg det som ett intressant studieobjekt att utvärdera Traineeprogrammet Skåne Nordväst.Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva och analysera traineeprogrammets bakgrund, process och utfall, att utifrån det organisations- pedagogiska perspektivet förklara programmets utfall på individ och organisationsnivå samt att diskutera principer för utveckling av traineeprogram.Metod: De metodologiska utgångspunkterna för den empiriska studien är en kvalitativt inriktad fallstudie med induktiv ansats och ramfaktormodellen som struktur.Resultat: Genom att studera traineeprogrammet i sin helhet framgick en rad kritiska moment som kan sägas ha haft påverkan på det i stort gynnsamma utfallet. För att skapa en förklarings- modell relaterades resultatet till former av utveckling och kollektiva lärprocesser. Detta diskuterades sedan med avseende på hur syftesuppfyllelsen i programmet är beroende av synen på utveckling, som formning eller emergent.

This thesis is an attempt to understand how the traditional female gender identity is constructed and what kind of structures that are maintaining it. I also study how this identity is reflected in young women's conception of themselves and in their views upon whether they should sign in to the military service or not.The theoretical framework that I use mainly consists of theories about gender construction, male dominance and the woman's role in the nation-state.The purpose of using this theoretical approach is to illustrate that the traditional female gender identity consists of characteristics that are in opposition to the male ones. The woman should be weaker, less aggressive and more caretaking than men- in sum she is defined as the Other. The structures that constructs this identity is the male dominance, also known as the gender system and the patriarchy.This traditional female gender identity and citizenship role that historically has been allotted to women in the nation-state is still today very vivant in Sweden and is reflected in the fact that the military service is optional for women. Certain parts of this identity is also reflected in the young women that I interview, in their sense of probably not fitting in to the military service, because of their sex and the characteristics discussed above, that are associated with it..

The purpose of this thesis is to carry out a qualitative study of the perceptions of language teachers as to their role in the teaching of values and morals to pupils. Five language teachers have been interviewed about their perceptions of how values are taught and their role therein. The interviews serve to investigate the reality of teaching values to pupils in a Swedish secondary school and the work involved in this on-going process, this being with a view to having a better understanding of just how important a role the teaching of values plays in the daily working life of a teacher. Terms such as fundamental values and morals can be difficult to define as they are highly personal and can differ from person to person depending on one?s background, experiences and family circumstances, for example.
