The purpouse of this study is to find out how and if a Content Managment System (CMS) can benefit from applied User Experience Design (UX). A work project has been executed where a client wanted the students to create a user friendly CMS for adding content to a global hotel review site. Information was collected from the literature and articles written about the subject and brought together and then critical analysed. Bakgrund: I Sverige ställer lagen högre krav på de bedömningar som görs av arbetsförmåga än vad som kan genomföras med dagens befintliga bedömningsinstrument. I samband med att begreppet arbetsförmåga började användas växte WAI (Work Ability Index) fram och började användas i Finland under 1980-talet. WAI används på både grupp- och individnivå för att bedöma befintlig och framtida arbetsförmåga i relation till nuvarande arbete. Syfte: Att undersöka vilken betydelse WAI har i Finland för att identifiera tidiga tecken på ohälsa hos arbetstagare samt hur resultatet kan användas i utformandet av insatser/interventioner. Metod: För att kunna ta del av upplevelser kring användandet av WAI genomfördes sex intervjuer med personal inom den privata företagshälsovården i Finland.

Tussilago farfara, coltsfoot, is a troublesome perennial weed with deep lying rhizome, which can vegetatively generate new plants. The mechanical control of coltsfoot that is used today, "starvation", which consists of several cultivations of the soil, which fragmentises the rhizome. This results in production of new shoots, which leads to depletion of nutrient resources; as long the new plant is not allowed to establish. However, very little research has been done to investigate how the starving technique affects the regenerative ability of coltsfoot. The purpose of this experiment with coltsfoot was to investigate how fragmentation and burial depths affect the time of emergence, number of emerged shoots per rhizome fragment, number of shoots per node, and if the germination ability within nodes changes during the experiment.

The purpose of our study was to investigate whether national adoptions could be an option within the childcare system in Sweden. We wanted to create an understanding of how the professionals agree to this. We have implemented a comprehensive literature review as well as a qualitative study, taking benefit of a phenomenological method of analysis. The result of our study shows that national adoptions cannot replace foster placements but be a good addition to foster homes. Adoption gives the children a more secure and stable life..
