Privatpersoners sparbeteende i Tillväxtmarknadsfonder Ryssland, Kina & Afrika

This paper includes astudy of the mutual fund market investors during a selected timeperiod. The reader is given a descriptive picture of how people in different age groups have  acted  in  conjunction  with  the  last  major  financial  crisis.  It  has  been  studied whether people in the different age categories have saved,purchased or sold during this time  period  based  on  theories  and  analytic  material  from  one  of  the  largest  fund operators in Sweden. The result enlightens people?s activity and risk appetite in relation to the fund market. The essay results in an explanation of the underlying cause of the behavior        of         the         people         in         the         different         age         categories.The paper assumes that the market is cyclical and that more crises will occur in the future.

Vem bestämmer egentligen? : Om handelsetableringar och kommunal samhällsplanering

Denna uppsats behandlar kommunal samhällsplanering, med fokus på handelsetableringar. Uppsatsen tar avstamp i den utveckling med externalisering och koncentration av detaljhandeln som pågått under de senaste decennierna. Denna utveckling är såväl lokal som regional och har inneburit att detaljhandeln koncentrerats till centralorternas stadskärnor och externa stormarknader. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka vilken aktör som bestämmer över denna utveckling. De aktörer som undersöks är dagligvaruhandeln och samt kommuner.

The impact of store atmospherics and consumer attitudes on in-store behavior ? What determines the buying decision of functional food?

Thesis purpose: The aim of this paper is to extend the knowledge of what influences the purchase decision of functional food in the store. By applying the M-R model in a new setting - the dairy department in grocery Retailing in Sweden - and adding variables related to health attitudes, the aim is to contribute to existing research concerning in-store purchase decision making and store environment as well as consumer attitudes. Methodology: This thesis employs a quantitative strategy with a deductive approach and data has been collected with questionnaires. Theoretical perspective: Environmental psychology serves as an overarching framework where, more specifically, certain aspects of store atmospherics and some variables concomitant to health attitudes provide the theoretical base. Empirical data: The empirical data consists of customer purchasing a functional food product, Proviva, and this is contrasted with a test group, Bravo.

Ändrad användning av stationshus : fallet Ormaryds station ? ett stationshus med betydande kulturvärden

Acquiring a former station building can mean that the property owners must familiarize themselves with a lot of planning and building regulations. After the new Planning and Building Act code into force in 2011, the responsibility lie on the developer to ensure laws and regulations. Based on the regulatory framework that is available occurs sometimes balance issues, between care requirements and building codes. The station building in Ormaryd was acquired in 2009 by two individuals who intended to accommodate office and Retail space in the building. In doing so a new local plan of the area was established, including regulations on how the building could be used. By including road safety and noise, the risk was not considered appropriate to use the station building for housing.

En marknadsundersökning för ett apotek

Sedan apoteksmarknaden avreglerades har många nya aktörer etablerats, både stora apotekskedjor och privatägda apotek. Alla slåss de om samma marknad, den marknad som Apoteket AB hade innan avregleringen. P/S Apotek är ett nyöppnat apotek på Sankt Eriksplan och deras uppdrag var att ta reda på vad kunderna efterfrågade hos ett apotek. P/S Apotek hade tänkt erbjuda två unika tjänster som inte finns på andra apotek, hälsokväll och specialistrådgivning.Syftet med denna uppsats är därmed:Att undersöka vad ett nyöppnat apotek skall erbjuda för produkter, service och tjänster samt vilka kunder de skall satsa på för att erhålla marknadsandelar.  Fyra olika metoder har använts för att kunna nå fram till målet med examensarbetet:benchmarking, dold observation, kvalitativa intervjuer och enkätmetodik.

Today's consumer society has led to never-ending choices in terms of brands, products and prices in an endless variety of shops. The Retail industry is a very complex industry that includes many different types of sales channels and many different types of products. A consequence of this trend is that brand owners today face difficulties in understanding how their products are being evaluated and difficulties in knowing which final cause that make a consumer willing to by their product is hard to figure out. The industry is very diversified, which means that for a company to really understand their position and their role on the market it requires that the company put a lot of effort and also a lot of money in the process of trying to figure it out. We will with this paper try to explain a small piece of that understanding and we hope to get results, which contribute to the further research in this area.

The knowledge development regarding in-store marketing has shown that influencing a consumer in a store setting is a powerful tool to change the consumer?s buying patterns. However, the store as a marketing channel lacks, in many ways, conducted academic research and according to marketing theory investments into in-store marketing tend to be taken without advanced marketing consideration. As a consequence, we have chosen to generate new insights into the field of in-store marketing by studying in-store demonstrations both from a behavioral and a mental dimension. Furthermore, we have also chosen to study how different consumers with different degree of loyalty and buying patterns are influenced by an in-store demonstration.This study aimed to obtain a better understanding of in-store demonstrations through breaking down the demonstration into its core elements and from these elements construct different types of demonstrations.

ATT VARA ELLER ICKE VARA? - En studie om effekter av kongruensnivå mellan personalklädsel och varumärket

Many companies have a specific dress code in the workplace. In some companies, the code is not very extensive, while other companies have uniform requirements. What is little understood however, is what effect different staff clothing might have on consumer response in terms of satisfaction, purchase intent, attitude, interest and so on. Some limited research has shown how different levels of congruence between individuals in their marketing, and the brand they are representing, can affect customers. To avoid any wrong focus in marketing it is key to understand the knowledge gap on the potential impact the personnel in the store have on its customers.

Är rättvisemärkt värdeskapande? : en kvantitativ undersökning ur ett studentperspektiv

Background: There is no guarantee that products should be equitable produced. Many products in today's trade is produced by minors, resulting in poor working environment, and gives the workers low payment. Fairtrade is the only label on the market that ensures that farmers receive fair payment for their products. Aim: The central aim with our work is to see what the future consumers, in other words students from Lund's university, Malmö College and The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Alnarp, think about products labeled with Fairtrade, and what they consider is value creation for food products. Students are often relatively young; they educate themselves and have new thoughts and valuations about how the world should be.

Berörd.. och förförd? : En studie av interpersonell beröring i butiksmiljö

Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur interpersonell beröring från en anställd, i form av ett handslag, förändrar kundens uppfattning av shoppingupplevelsen. Vidare ämnar studien att väcka intresse för ämnet likväl som att ge rekommendationer för vidare forskning av det taktila sinnets och den interpersonella beröringens betydelse i marknadsföringssammanhang.Metodik: Studien är utförd genom en kvantitativ undersökningsmetod med ett deduktivt angreppssätt. Ett teoretiskt ramverk presenteras, utifrån vilket hypoteser i sin tur har formulerats. För att kunna testa de framtagna hypoteserna har ett fältexperiment utförts på Teknikmagasinet i Kalmar. Utifrån analyser av resultaten har generella slutsatser dragits, vilka ligger till grund för rekommendationer för framtida forskning inom ämnet sinnesmarknadsföring med fokus på det taktila sinnet och interpersonell beröring.Resultat: Studiens resultat visar vidare att interpersonell beröring, i form av ett handslag, påverkar shoppingupplevelsen på ett positivt sätt.

AbstractA useful tool for companies to use in their differentiation process is proposed to be employee branding. Employee branding is developed and put forth by the management with the main task to formulate the brands vision and values, and communicate them to the employees. To promote the employee engagement and their relationship with the company, corporate storytelling can be applied, with is an internal communication that strengthens the internal rumour and values that represent the brand. Since engagement and motivation is important factors when creating a strong employee brand, there is a need for further research on how corporate storytelling is used by companies to influence employee engagement and motivation, as corporate storytelling leads to deeper commitment among employees.PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to explore how companies use corporate storytelling to influence their employee branding.MethodologyThe authors conducted a qualitative case study on how the Retail organization Boomerang. The empirical material was collected thru semi-structured interviews with Boomerangs management and employees.ConclusionThe conclusion shows that the employees prefers when corporate storytelling and various communication is put in context, this because it?s easier for the employees to understand.
