This report is a study in voltagelevel in connection with regeneration of brake energy from the tramtype M31 in Gothenburg.In the act of braking, the tram M31 uses electrical braking where the electrical motors generates energy and if possible send it back to the overheadline, where other trams in the nearby can use this regenerated energy for its own driving force. It shows that it will be of more importance that student influence takes the role to influence the organization more than co-decide the nearer the student the process will come..
Agila metoder utanför IT-sfären : Att skapa en ny agil arbetsmetod
Under denna studie så hade författarna ett uppdrag från en uppdragsgivare som var att skapa en ny agil projektmetod åt denna, för att främja deras arbete med ett projekt som de genomför årligen, som heter Jobb Shop. Projektet hade under det senaste genomförandet inte genomförts med hjälp av någon särskild projektmetod. Författarna till denna studie skapade under arbetets gång en specifik agil metod åt uppdragsgivaren som de kan använda under kommande år vid genomförandet av Jobb Shop. Vid sidan av detta så gjorde författarna även en metaanalys av den nya metoden där de studerade hur den nya agila arbetsmetoden, rent teoretiskt, kan främja kreativitet och innovation. Resultatet av studien visade att den teoretiska grunden för ovanstående fråga var god, och de drog slutsatsen att agila metoder, teoretiskt sett, mycket väl kan främja kreativitet och innovation..
Light spaces
Det här examensarbetet grundar sig i en gemensam fascination för hur ljus och mönster i samverkan kan förändra upplevelsen av ett rum eller skapa nya rumsligheter. Det handlar om att med traditionellt screentryck och tillägg av ljus hitta nya sätt att arbeta med och förnya användningen av mönstrad textil i offentlig miljö.Resultatet av arbetet är Light Spaces ? ett koncept för mönster och belysning i offentlig miljö där perspektiv förskjuts, linjer får en mening de inte först hade och nya rumsligheter skapas. I korridorer, öppna ytor och mötesplatser ger perspektiven i mönstren ? i samverkan med ljuset ? upphov till nya upplevelser och nya rum i rummen.
Älgturism : En kvalitativ studie av ett högvilt som turismresurs
Bakgrund:Älgen, ett av våra högvilt i de svenska skogarna, är inte längre bara ett jaktbyte och trafikfara. Älgen har idag kommit att i allt högre grad kommersialiseras och användas som en turistisk resurs på olika sätt, vilket vi ser som intressant att belysa.Syfte:Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva hur älgen används som en resurs för turism.Metod:Med en kvalitativ metod och en induktiv ansats genomfördes, med hjälp av ett selektivt urval, sex intervjuer med egenföretagare som driver älgparker, turistbyrårepresentanter och en representant för Jägareförbundet.Slutsats:I uppsatsen presenterar vi hur älgen används som turismresurs i form av fyra dimensioner, som involverar både den rent fysiska älgen och den återgivna. Vi presenterar älgen som symbol, i älgpark, som souvenir och som föremål för jaktturism. Den huvudsakliga bakomliggande orsaken till intresset för älgen är dess storlek, karisma och att den för vissa nationaliteter utgör ett exotiskt djur. Korrektion och imitation som mätverktyg för diagnos av PT-nivå : Kan man korrigera eller imitera en grammatisk struktur som man inte kan producera i fri skriftlig produktion?
The purpose of this study was to examine whether a L2 learner could correct or imitate structures of the language that they could not produce in written production defined by processability theori levels.The Informants had Arabic as their mother tongue. The study showed that the ability of correction developed slower than the capacity for imitation and the ability to written production. The ability of the correction developed by the duration of the stay. The result was a confirmation of theory formation in processability theory. Corrective elicitering could be developed into a useful diagnostic tool in the classroom and thus provide an education that followed a natural learning order according to processability theory by Pienemann.Keywords: processability theori, imitation, correction, written production.

This thesis explores how remote work impacts organizational culture and identifies leadership strategies that can preserve and strengthen the culture in a remote work environment. By employing a theoretical framework related to organizational culture, remote work, and strategies, along with a methodology based on qualitative interviews, the study aims to fulfill its specified purpose. Theories such as Schein?s three levels of culture and McKinsey?s 7S Framework are applied to understand and analyze the collected empirical data. The empirical data, presented through four themes, is based on respondents? experiences and opinions regarding remote work can lead to reduced social interaction and sense of belonging, but strategic digital initiatives and adaptive leadership can help maintain organizational culture despite the lack of physical presence.

Executive summary This master thesis was originally based on a specific assignment given to the authors from ABB Full Service, a unit specializing in providing maintenance outsourcing: ?How can ABB Full Service expand its offering of providing fundamental maintenance by seamlessly incorporating the business concept with competencies and solutions from other ABB divisions?? The academic issue was developed throughout the thesis, resulting in the following formulation: ?From an organizational perspective; how can service providers bring continuous added value to intra-organizational outsourcing partnerships?? Many of the key findings of this thesis are reflected in the issue. The term intra-organizational outsourcing is a proposed addition to the terminology in the academic discourse on outsourcing. The definition of the term is: ? Where an organization outsources a business process interlinked with the physical operations, requiring the service provider to take over a preexisting unit and its employees.This is an accurate description of the form of outsourcing that ABB Full Service is engaged in.
