De flesta politiska riktlinjer har idag en hållbar samhällsutveckling som övergripande och gemensam nationell ambition. Det innebär att uppsatta mål för ekologisk, ekonomisk och social hållbarhet ska nås i samverkan mellan aktörer från olika sektorer och på olika beslutsnivåer. Att förstå vad det innebär på lokal och regional nivå, och hur man kan nå de målen, är inte så enkelt. Syftet med denna studie är att skapa ett underlag som kan användas i arbetet med hållbar landsbygdsutveckling, inom den informella regionen Bergslagen i Sverige. Hinder och möjligheter för hållbar landsbygdsutveckling har analyserats genom att arrangera fokusgruppdiskussioner med olika intressegrupper i samhället.

Ledningssystem är en användbar metod för att åstadkomma ett systematiskt och effektivt arbetssätt bland företag. Med ett ledningssystem menas ett ramverk inom vilket företagsledningen styr, mäter och utvärderar arbetet. Ledningssystemen har standardiserats för att skapa entydighet och få likformighet för begrepp och struktur. I standarden för Miljöledningssystem ISO 14001 finns ett antal element som ska samverka för att företag ska organisera sitt miljöarbete på ett systematiskt sätt (Ammenberg, 2004: Brorson & Larsson, 1998). Uppdragsgivare till detta examensarbete är Vägverket Region Norr, avdelning Strategiskt stöd.

Objectives. The aim of the present study was to examine the relationship between the personality variables Multidimensional Health Locus of Control (MHLC), Negativ affect and Social inhibition (the D-personality), and health behavior and attitudes toward keep-fit measures.Methods. The participants in this study were 170 embloyees at a regional social insurance office in a midsize town in the south of Sweden. Scales concerning health behavior and attitudes toward keep-fit measures were constructed and the participants completed these scales as well as those of MHLC and D-personality.Results. Participants with strong beliefs that other people, such as doctors or family-members, are responsible for their health, showed a more positive attitude as to keep-fit measures than those with a belief that health is controlled by themselves.

Syftet med att denna rapport är att bidra till en del av försudien för RIGES-projektet, som är ett EU-finansierat samarbetsprojekt mellan Sundsvall, Timrå, Härnösand, Kramfors och Örnsköldsviks kommun. Rapporten undersöker hur ett GIS1 samt en bygglovsansöknings-process ska konstrueras ur ett användarvänlighetsperspektiv. Delarna som tas upp omfattar omvärldsbevakning, processutveckling samt informationsmodellering, i enlighet med de komponenter som utgör RIGES-projektets inledande del (Tillväxtverket, 2010). Rapporten undersöker vad Sveriges kommuners GIS och tjänster för bygglovsansökan använder för tekniska lösningar, vilket behandlas i omvärldsbevakningen.Slutsatsen av undersökningen är att det finns en strävan efter mer avancerade kartsystem och webbaserad bygglovsansökan. Hur en webbaserad bygglovsansökan bör se ut behandlas i processutvecklingen.

Thavenius (2009:23-122) and Dahl (1999:49-82) explains that literary education in school has gone from, in the 1800s, barely existed on receiving the fairly central location it has today. Fredriksson (2010:2-3) points out that there are several threats to the ancient writers and writings in danger of being forgotten. The purpose with this essay was to examine how to work with literary history in school, and whether and how to work with regional literature history. To fulfill the purpose of this paper three high school teacher in Swedish were interviewed.The survey shows that respondents working in various ways with the history of literature, either in the eras, themes or projects. The perception of what literature and the authors to be affected varies between respondents, particularly the perception of the work about authors from Värmland.

Syftet med denna kandidatuppsats är att studera hur den Olympiska parken i Peking respektive London planeras för att hantera de Olympiska spelen samt hur de planerats för att användas efteråt. Vidare är syftet att se vilka förutsättningar och vilken problematik som därefter uppstår. Undersökningen har skett genom en kvalitativ innehållsanalys av den Olympiska parken i Peking respektive London. Resultatet från studien har därefter analyserats och diskuterats utifrån ett par teoretiska huvudpunkter som är viktiga vid planeringen av mega-event. Planeringen av de Olympiska spelen är ett komplext projekt med många olika aspekter att ta hänsyn till. Detta då det bl.a.

Syftet med uppsatsen har varit att studera och analysera Sveriges insatsområde Tillgänglighet inom EU:s strukturfonder och de eventuella svårigheter som begreppets olika innebörder medför i arbetet för ökad tillgänglighet i Sverige. The aim of this study is to compare how three local librarieshandle their collections, and to compare this with handlingcollections at national level. I have investigated librarian?sopinions of their collections and how they take care andpreserve them for the future. Kartläggningen var från början en del av ett uppdrag från regeringen till länsstyrelsen. Uppdraget innebar att Länsstyrelserna på regional nivå ska ansvara för kompetensstöd när det gäller våldsutsatta kvinnor, barn som har bevittnat våld och våldsutövare, däribland hedersrelaterat våld. Det fastställdes att länsstyrelserna ska lämna in en samlad redovisning av insatserna som vidtagits i varje län. En samlad bild av länet ska kunna redovisas september 2012. Syftet med denna undersökning var att se över vilken kunskap och vilket stöd verksamheter och ideella organisationer erbjuder personer som utsätts för hedersrelaterat våld och förtryck.

This essay examines what some of the Swedish authorities? argument are for vegetation, what their grounds are for the arguments and why vegetation is important for the human health and experience. I have examined publications and reports from 6 different authorities on state- , regional and communal level. The authorities which publications I have studied are Boverket, Naturvårdsverket, Folkhälsoinstitutet, Miljödepartementet, Länsstyrelsen Skåne och Malmö Kommun. The publications has been analyzed by different themes; Children and young peoples influence of vegetation, Elderly and sick?s influence of vegetation, Human health, wellbeing and experience of vegetation, Vegetation at work, The influence of vegetation on stress and The effect of vegetation in the city.

Syftet med detta examensarbete har varit att studera möjligheterna att förbättra kollektivtrafiken mellan Bengtsfors kommun och Trestadsregionen (Vänersborg, Trollhättan och Uddevalla) så att den blir attraktivare för arbetspendling både på kort och längre sikt. Tanken är att examensarbetet skall utgöra en del av ett beslutsunderlag för den framtida kollektivtrafikutvecklingen då den utgör ett viktigt verktyg för att ge människor större möjligheter att bo kvar i Bengtsfors genom att erbjuda bättre förutsättningar att ta ett arbete på annan ort. Restiderna mellan Bengtsfors och Trestadsregionen är idag allt för långa för att vara attraktiva för arbetspendling. Bengtsfors kommun har de senaste tio åren genomgått omfattande förändringar i näringslivet, som inneburit att mer än 1200 arbetstillfällen försvunnit från ett fåtal stora tillverkningsindustrier. Det är därför angeläget att bromsa utflyttningen från kommunen.

The purpose of this legal dogmatic Bachelor Thesis is to define the legal definition of ?a rescue service? and illustrate the division of responsibilities between national authorities and the municipalities with regards to the execution of emergency response operations.?A rescue service? means the emergency response actions that national and municipal authorities are legally obliged to provide to prevent or minimise injury to people and damage to property or the environment when emergencies occur or seem imminent. In the following cases a national authority is responsible for providing the requisite rescue service:1. Search and rescue (air) ? the Swedish Civil Aviation Authority is the responsible authority;2.

This thesis deals with past and present political attitudes towards the Öresund bridge. It describes the decision making process which preceded the construction of the bridge, and has a short historical introduction to it. It then presents the attitudes towards the bridge of five different political parties, all represented by regional politicians. This empirical information was obtained through interviews with politicians and literature studies. The author then analyzes the empirical information with the help of the human ecological triangle developed by Steiner, and the center-periphery theories of Wallerstein and Persson.To conclude, the author describes what the central problem is in the case of the Öresund bridge from a human ecological perspective and analyzes the empirical data collected..

How does the recent wave of preferential trading arrangements affect, the incentives for further trade liberalization of member states, and the possibility of obtaining global free trade? And are there any differences in this aspect between custom unions and other forms of preferential trading arrangements? These questions are well debated and have divided international trade researchers into two camps, one in favour for preferential trading arrangements and the other side against them. I have used well acknowledged researchers in the area of international trade theory to make a literature study of the above mentioned key elements in the debate. When comparing the two sides I have focused mainly on their differences, assumptions and results. I have come to the conclusion that there is nothing to be alarmed by of the wave of regionalism that?s occurring in the world today, but caution should be applied and more research in this area is necessary before any certain conclusions can be drawn.

Stjärnägg is a sales organization operating on the Swedish eggmarket, owned by nine Swedish packing companies. Those nine packing companies are not just owners of the sales organization, but at the same time competitors since they compete in the market when they do not sell the eggs through Stjärnägg.The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the sales organization from a supplier and owner perspective. To answer the purpose of this study, qualitative interviews have been conducted with the owners of the egg packers. This has been done in order to get as fair picture of the sales organization as possible. From the answers of the interviews, a compilation has been made to be able to give Stjärnägg concrete proposals of improvements in the organization.
