The energyaudit have been completed and stand as the decision basis for Västfastigheter?s choiceon which action packages that should be implemented.

Länge har den Regionala utvecklingen dock setts som ett resultat av det som sker på de nationella och internationella marknaderna. I takt med utvecklingen av en teori om endogen tillväxt har förståelsen att se Regionen som en storhet i utvecklingen vuxit. En nations ekonomiska utveckling bör idag ses som summan av Regionernas utveckling och inte behandlas som en exogent given faktor. Den Regionalekonomiska utvecklingen beror på förutsättningarna inne i en Region.

In Sweden according to the planning and building Act municipalities have planning monopoly. The question about shopping centres in the outskirts of cities is a Regional issue, because they attract customers from a large area. Municipalities often find it hard to assert themselves against large commercial companies when it comes to their establishing new retail outlets on the outskirts of cities. Without a Regional co-operation there is a risk that municipalities can be played up against one another, so that more and more companies are given permits without the municipalities having taken the strategic consideration necessary for a long term sustainable development. The focus in this work is on four municipalities in the Södertörn Region (Södertälje, Botkyrka, Huddinge and Nynäshamn).

Projektledare inom Vägverket har i de flesta fall mer än ett projekt att hålla reda på, detta innebär att det kan var svårt att göra platsbesök och därmed veta hur projektet förlöper. Det är här byggledarna kommer in, som en förlängd arm åt projektledarna som kan vara på plats och på sätt ge daglig information till projektledaren om så krävs. I dagsläget finns det ingen vedertagen beskrivning om hur en byggledare ska arbeta, utan det skiljer sig mellan Regionerna i Vägverket. Genom att precisera byggledarens roll i projektet skulle arbetet bli mer effektivt och tydligare för projektorganisationen. Syftet med undersökningen var att förstå och beskriva projektledarnas förväntningar och krav på byggledarna.

I dagens samhälle är det allt fler som ägnar sig åt styrketräning på gym oberoende av kön, aktivitetsnivå eller klasstillhörighet. Detta har lett till en stor ökning av antalet gym under slutet av 1900 talet. Styrketräning kan av olika personer bedrivas med olika syften. För en individ kan det vara en kompletterande träning till ordinarie idrott, eller en motionsform för allmänt välbefinnande. Träningsformen används även som rehabilitering efter skada.

Ett sätt för en verksamhet att utvecklas och bli starkare kan vara genom samverkan. Det blir alltfler aktörer som förstår vikten av att samverka för att nå ut till turisterna och bli mer konkurrenskraftiga. Inom turismbranschen ses samverkan som en nödvändighet för att bli mer attraktiv och konkurrenskraftig. Det är viktigt att ta hänsyn till betydelsen av det man får ut av samverkan, då det kan skapas en gemenskap och närhet mellan de inblandade parterna i samverkansprocessen.Vilka typer av samverkansformer förekommer i turismnäringen? Syftet med uppsatsen är att inventera samverkansformer inom turismnäringen genom fallstudier av tre Regionalt viktiga verksamheter.

Luftkyld hyttsten används sedan mer än 30 år i stället för naturmaterial som förstärkningslager i vägar. Flertalet laboratorieundersökningar av hyttstens E-modul har utförts och visat på höga E-moduler. Som ett led i undersökningen av den E-modul materialet får i verkligheten har Vägverket Region Norr, samfinansierat med SSAB och BDX, låtit utföra fallviktsmätningar av sex vägar i Norrbotten. De valda vägarna skiljer sig åt i ålder och karaktär, från grusväg till högtrafikerad fyrfältsväg och från nybyggd till nästan 20 år gammal. Målet med detta examensarbete har varit att utvidga analysen av vägarna och söka samband mellan E-modulen och vägarnas skadebild, underhållsbehov och ålder samt mellan E-modulen och den nedkrossning av materialet som eventuellt skett på grund av den trafiklast det utsatts för.

The release of green house gases and the environmental impacts humans have on the environment are huge and might cause irreversible changes to our earth. Meat is considered to have large impacts on the environment, especially beef meat and therefore there have lately been considerable discussions on the sustainable level of meat consumption and production. The main goal with this thesis is to study sustainable meat production and meat consumption in the county of Dalarna in Sweden. Indicators for sustainable meat production and meat consumption were developed and applied on three cases. Interviews were carried out with a municipality in the Region that represents the consumer and three beef farmers that represents the producers.

Despite the fact that mandatory financial auditing has been abolished for small private public companies in Sweden we still see this service being used by these firms. Earlier research, papers and published articles tend to focus on the abolishment of the mandatory audits seen from the accountant?s point of view. There has however been less emphasis on the fact that 85 percept of the companies relived from the mandatory audits still utilises this service. We think that we have found a new and until now unexplored angel on this subject, and the purpose of our study has been to explore what the Swedish bank officials and what the Swedish Tax Agency?s officials think that they have to gain from a mandatory financial audit.The scientific method used in the study is deduction due to the fact that existing theories has been used to form the hypothesis.

The purpose is to understand the planning process for residential buildings and toinvestigate the consequences of the choices made in the process. The project will alsoprovide broader knowledge in the design and development under the current law andpractice.The goal is to present a proposal on how a city near the site where water can bedesigned from a sustainable perspective. How can a residential neighborhood be anenvironmentally sound and sustainable Region? New systems and techniques havebeen presented previously in terms of sustainable environments and these are intendedof being used in the project Quarter Water-mirror.The project has been implemented on the computer program ArchiCAD in whichdrawings and visualizations have been carried out. These drawings are included asannexes to the report.For information, calculations and drawings, laws for physical planning and Swedishstandard have been followed.Residential buildings have been designed on a site, which is 2, 5 hectares.

Numerous studies raise the topic of highly educated immigrants whose education and list of qualifications devalue in the context of the Swedish labour market. However, little is known of those with foreign background who enter into higher education in Sweden. Our study attempts to shed some light onto the value of higher education relative to that of a person?s ethnic background. The background material features nine in-depth interviews of foreign background academics, as well as data extracted from an extensive survey study previously carried out at Växjö University. Initially, the quantitative data showed that students with foreign background, including Swedish-born children of immigrants, had not managed to find qualified work upon completion of studies to the same extent as their Swedish background counterparts.

I've botanized amongst the literature that processes fusions, impact of culture, identities, Regions, territory. Continuing on, the collected empirical resources have been compared to my theory, from which an analysis was able to be spawned and conclusions were drawn.Result & Conclusions: The thesis confirms different Regional identities, although it does not treat the subject regarding the inner strength of Regions comparing to one another.

About 1000 women in the so called developing countries die every day associated with pregnancy and childbirth. Sub-Saharan Africa is the worst affected Region. This study aims to explore the different key factors in national development that can interact with a reduced maternal mortality. The study compares 15 countries in sub-Sahara where the greatest reduction in maternal mortality occurred with 15 countries in sub-Sahara where maternal mortality reduction has been at its lowest, between the years 2000 to 2010. This study also analyzes the link between reduced maternal mortality and various key factors for national development.

Den Svenska modellen har gått från en omfattande lagregleringsreform på 70-talet, till ett stadigt tillstånd där bland annat rättigheter så som förenings- och förhandlingsrätt, rätten till information samt fredsplikt skyddas genom kollektivavtal.Sveriges medlemskap i Europeiska unionen innebär att staten har överfört beslutsmakt till unionen och dess institutioner, vilket gör att unionen har en överstatlig karaktär där unionsrätten går före nationell rätt vid en konfliktsituation.Genom Sveriges medlemskap i Europeiska unionen har den Svenska modellen och framför allt kollektivavtalens ställning fått en annan betydelse. En av orsaken till detta att de svenska kollektivavtalen inte uppfyller unionens krav vid implementering av direktiv, då direktiven skall omfatta alla arbetstagare och arbetsgivare. Kollektivavtalen i Sverige binder endast de parter som avtalet är slutet mellan. Då kollektivavtalen inte kan användas som ett implementeringsinstrument måste Sverige implementera direktiv från unionen genom lagstiftning, som då inbegriper alla parter på arbetsmarknaden. Det medför en ökad lagstiftningsprocess, som innebär att beslutsbefogenheterna tas från arbetsmarknadsparterna och ges till staten.Inom många länder i Europa används så kallade allmängiltiga kollektivavtal.
