Emmanuel Lévinas is one of the great ethics in the 20th century. His contribution to the philosophical discourse defies our thinking and behavior in a revolutionary way. He dismisses every categorization, every tematization, every moral based on an analytical Reflection and compels us with an ethics that demands us not only to think, but to act and be responsible. The 21st century?s emphasis of the individual, globalization, plurality and the questioning of authorities has created new challenges for the individual who sees herself as the nave of morality.

My interest in the problem I have chosen has grown from my practise as a music teacher in Swedish compulsory schools. It springs from my own Reflection, that the content pupils meet during music lessons in year 4-6 of compulsory school, seems to vary. My ontological and epistemological standpoints belong to a life-world-phenomenological way of thinkink. This kind of thinking implies that human beings are indissolubly connected to the world, which means that the only way to access the world is trough human beings lived experience. The aim of this study is to describe and analyse how music teachers, who work in years 4-6 of compulsory school, talk about the subject music and its content in relation to the new curriculum, Lgr11.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the work with young people at home to care and accommodation (HVB) are organized in a municipality outside Karlstad and how the staff perceive emotions in the workplace. The issues that are discussed are based on the concepts of social ties, emotional labor, roles, shame and pride. The number of people who are fleeing in the world is today about 51 million. There has not been this high since World War II. The Swedish Migration Board calculated that about 7,000 of these people were unaccompanied children and came to Sweden in 2014.

In this essay I examine how in seven different congregations that belong to the Church of Sweden the preparatory office is formulated in ways that differ from the form that is prescribed in the current service-book of the Church of Sweden. My purpose is to examine how and why the congregations have chosen these alternative preparatory offices. This I have tried to find out by reading the written instructions and/or homepages of the congregations, studying their orders of service and interviewing one pastor in each congregation.Before describing, comparing and commenting on the different ways these congregations have chosen to formulate their preparatory offices, I give a historical background to the preparatory office itself and how it is formulated/designed in the current service book of the Church of Sweden. I also describe the history and the introduction of the Kyrie.I then describe each congregation, trying to point out the main characteristics of it, then concentrating on the process that lies behind the urge to formulate an alternative preparatory office, the reasons for it and the results.One of the conclusions I draw is that in the congregations I have examined there is an ongoing discussion about and Reflection on the advantages of including the Kyrie in the preparatory office. I also found that in the congregations there are different opinions about the words following the prayer of penitence - should they be words of direct absolution or words that speak about the promise of God's forgiveness? This discussion is closely connected to a discussion about what is the connection between the preparatory office and the holy communion/Eucharist.

Aim: The aim of this study was to examine health professionals´ experiences of giving advice regarding sleep to parents of infants and to perform and evaluate an intervention in the form of introducing information about the sleep of infants.Method: The study was designed as an intervention study with a qualitative approach where data was collected from two focus groups in the form of interviews. The intervention consisted of the information material Sugen på sömn. There were five participants whom three of them participated in the second interview. The interviews were processed by content analysis.Results: Health professionals´ experience of giving advice on sleep was summarized in three themes. The experiences of giving advice in interaction with parents, health professional themselves experienced the power to influence the parents with the advice they gave, while the parents' previous experience and knowledge impacted on how the advice came into practice.

With the curriculum Lpfö98, and its revised version 2010, the demands for evaluation of the quality of the preschool have been emphasized. Accordingly, the activities need to be systematically documented, followed up and assessed, to be improved. Most importantly, this includes continuous follow up, documentation and analysis of the development and learning of the children. This is usually carried out by means of pedagogical documentation, but how this working tool should be used in practice is not totally clear for all pedagogues. The aim of this study was therefore to investigate how pedagogical documentation is performed, assessed and made accessible for the children, parents and staff-members, in practical preschool work.In the study, four pedagogues (two preschool teachers and two pedagogical mentors), working in two different preschools where the Reggio Emilia concept is practiced for pedagogical documentation, were interviewed using a semi-structured questionnaire.The informants described pedagogical documentation as a complex and time-consuming working tool, albeit necessary and helpful to fulfill the requirements of the curriculum.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att undersöka hur reflektions- respektive produktionsinriktat ledarskap förhåller sig till nutida diskurs om militärt ledarskap inom den svenska försvarsmakten och Försvarsmaktens utbildningar. Två frågor ställdes: På vilket sätt ges uttryck för ett reflektions- respektive produktionsinriktat ledarskap i, inom försvarsmakten och Försvarsmaktens utbildningar 2008-2010, svenska dagsaktuella militära texter om ledarskap? Kan olika tendenser skönjas, där en inriktning betonas på bekostnad av den andra, eller där båda inriktningarna låter sig förenas?Litteraturstudien hade en kvalitativ ansats med inslag av hermeneutik. Från på förhand bestämda inklusions- och exklusionskriterier valdes nio olika texter/dokument ut. Från dessa dokument erhölls svar till frågorna.Resultatet sammanfattades i tre slutsatser:1.

Syftet med den här litteraturstudien är att skapa perspektiv kring kommunikationen vid konflikter och konflikthantering. Fokus ligger främst på vuxnas och barns samspel, med stark betoning på lärare/pedagog - elev/barn relationer.De tre frågeställningarna som ligger till grund för denna studie är; Var, hur, när och varför sker kommunikation enligt åtta engelskspråkiga artiklar? Vad anser åtta engelskspråkiga artiklar om hur kommunikation i form av samtal kan främja konflikthantering? och Vilken betydelse får relationer för konflikter och konflikthantering enligt åtta engelskspråkiga artiklar? Svaren till frågeställningarna har hittats genom att belysa åtta studier och dess resultat. Forskningsöversikten är tänkt att ge läsaren en tydlig bild över kommunikationens betydelse vid konflikter och konflikthantering.Resultatet av studien visar att kommunikation i form av exempelvis samtal är av stor vikt vid konflikter och hanteringen av dessa. Andra huvudfaktorer som är av vikt är bland annat relationers betydelse, dubbelriktad påverkan, samt reflektion, utvärdering, och kontinuitet.Det har visat sig att vuxna influerar barn och att barn påverkar vuxna.

Syftet med examensarbetet är att skapa kunskap och reflektion för mellanstadiebarn för att bidra till folkbildning i samhället och hjälpa till i arbetet med att göra Jönköpings läns museum till nästa generations museum samt Sveriges bästa museum. För att kunna skapa kunskap och reflektion har bilder av miljöer från 1600-talets Visingsborg tagits fram och kombinerats med bilder från nutiden. Allt är framtaget med hänsyn till mellanstadiebarnen och museets olika krav. För att ta fram de olika kraven har museets personal intervjuats. För att få en bild över hur mellanstadiebarn fungerar och hur de tar till sig kunskap har litteratur studerats, en intervju har gjorts med en mellanstadieklass samt en intervju med en bildpedagog.

The project was done in collaboration with the architect firm Byggnadskonst AB in a quest for the cafe chain "Vivels"Byggnadskonst AB?s mission was to make the interior of the cafe that Vivels is building in Larsberg Center on Lidingö. My assignment was to design chairs for the café. In the beginning I had even thought about designing a table, but as time past I focussed more and more on the chairs.

I forskningen har organisatoriskt lärande uppmärksammats, men inte institutionaliserats. Det organisatoriska lärandet påverkas i stor grad av nyckelpersoner vilket ledare och mellanchefer är. Organisatoriskt lärande styrs av det individuella lärandet vilket därför har en stor betydelse i sammanhanget. Ansvaret för det individuella lärandet läggs oftast på organisationens ledare och för ledares individuella lärande är reflektion och erfarenhet en avgörande faktor. Därför var studiens syfte att bidra till forskningen genom att undersöka hur kritiska situationer påverkat ledares lärande och bidragit till det individuella och organisatoriska lärandet.

In this two years master's thesis a regional project, Futurum.kom, is studied through the experiences of eight librarians from two of the participating libraries. The interviewees have all attended local and regional seminars where questions about core values, target groups and the role of the public library were discussed, among others. The seminars resulted in a number of core values and target groups. During the project, a number of advertising campaigns are to be conducted. The first one of these had recently been implemented at the time of the present study. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the interviewees organizational self-perception in relation to the project.

In the essay, the balance between being an educator and a mother of a child with autism is explored in respect to how the roles might influence the actions of a pre-school teacher. Writing is used as a method of Reflection, it gives the teacher a chance to take a step back and view her practical experiences from a novel perspective; conclusions are recounted throughout the teachers narrative. The essay is based on the following questions; which problems might arise in the meeting with parents such as Adams where there is a suspicion of autism for the child? Which advantages/disadvantages might the teacher?s personal experience of autism have for the role as educator? How would the dual roles as educator and mother of an autistic child best be balanced in the future?The essay highlights special educational and parent perspectives on the matter of autism. Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskor har ett etiskt ansvar för sina handlingar och bedömningar i vården. Etisk kompetens utgör en del av sjuksköterskans profession.Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturöversikt var att undersöka hur den etiska kompetensen hos sjuksköterskan beskrivs.Metod: Denna litteraturöversikt grundas i tolv vårdvetenskapliga artiklar vilka har lästs upprepade gånger. Nyckelfynd har kunnat identifieras avseende den etiska kompetensen hos sjuksköterskan. En sammanfattning av varje studie utfördes för att sedan utmynna i en sammanställning där två huvudteman urskildes. Därefter bildades nya underteman vilka presenterar resultatet.Resultat: I resultatet beskrivs den etiska kompetensen med dess komponenter.
