This case study attempts to examine how students of Religionswissenschaft at Södertörns University Reflect about their philosophy of life and if their studies have some impact on their tendency to Reflect. Also what aspects the students tend to Reflect over will be investigated. In this study the term ?philosophy of life? includes humans thought and conceptions of the world and their outlook on mankind. To answer these question an interview study with 6 students took place, and the transcriptions produced 5 categories; ?The philosophy of life, to believe or not believe?, ?Development of concepts?, ?Outlook on mankind?, ?The founding of meaning? and ?Understanding and progress?.

In my project I have collaborated with Linda Larson, who is the creator behind the fashion brand Elveel. The goal was to produce an identity and a graphic profile for Elveel. The aim was that the graphic profile would act as an extension of the clothes aesthetics. I wanted to explore if I by different folding and cutting techniques, in tags and packaging, could Reflect the details of the clothes expression. But also how different design elements can Reflect the story behind the clothes.

This study is about the work of including immigrants to the Swedish society. The reason that we chose Landskrona community is that it is a town with a high population of immigrants. The purpose of this work has been to examine how projectleaders Reflect about the work of integration in Landskrona and their point of view regarding the term integration. Our questions were: what is the projectleaders view on the term integration, how does the projectleaders Reflect about the work of integration in Landskrona, how would the projectleaders like the work of integration to be, how does the projecleaders Reflect about the future work of integration in Landskrona.We used a qualitative method to do this study and interviewed six persons who all work in various projects, that are working for including immigrants to the Swedish society.Our main results in our study is various kinds of thoughts and Reflections of the work of integration in Landskrona, but there were some things that were more approaching than others. There is a high ambition of integrate immigrants into the Swedish society in Landskrona and the projectleaders had all many Reflections of their work.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate how preschool teachers Reflect on the phenomenon of conflict, and to find out what children think about this in relation to Nanny method. I referred to the following questions:? How to Reflect pre-school teachers on conflict management at the preschool?? What methods / approaches tell teachers that they use in conflict management?? How the children Reflect on their experiences on conflict management at the preschool?In the background, Im trying to define the word conflict, and I also point to the methods and models that are already in conflict management. It is clear that a key ingredient in the conflict is communication, the question is how well we communicate with each other?I've done interviews with three active educators and four children to study this subject.

My purpose in this essay has been to gain an understanding of why we treat children differently and analyse the underlying causes. The method of choice was to Reflect on some significant events that occurred at my preschool and to use relevant literature as a basis for analysing these events. Society is constantly changing and my focus has been on what happens to the children at preschool if we are not sensitive to this development. In my essay, I will start with a story that represents my dilemma from my own experience. This essay is an analysis of how Swedish sixth form students interpret ?a good society?,an expression which is part of the main content of Religion1, the mandatory course inreligious studies. It is based on a a survey asking 198 students to define and Reflect onwhat a good society might look like. A hermeneutic method has been used to analysetheir answers in relation to regulations and research.The conclusion is that although most students show themselves able to Reflect on whata good society might be, their ability to use ethical theory and concepts required by thecourse?s grading criteria is limited.

In this experience-based essay, I give examples of events that take place during a typical day at preschool. By highlighting these everyday events, I discuss around the parental role and its importance for children and child development. I apply a historical review when it comes to views on children and child rearing, and Reflect on different approaches that we have towards the children. Writing is a critical element for many of the second language learners that I?ve encountered in my work as a Swedish teacher. Therefore, on the basis of Jerome Bruners theories of reflec-tion and learning, was the purpose with this study to examine the scaffolded structured reflec-tion conversation as a method for writing development. Bruner says that the knowledge be-comes deeper when we consciously Reflect over it (Arfwedson 1992:110 f).I have used a qualitative method where I let five students write a text in Swedish on the subject "application for internship". After that I held a conversation with each of the pupils.

In my essay the dilemmas originate from what I have experienced. I have observed myself and some of my colleagues, how we meet children who are lacking the qualifications which school and most pedagogues expect them to have. Focus, in my written experiences, is on children who live in poverty, but how we meet and act toward them is often quite the same independent of what qualifications they are lacking. The schools have problems with conflicts and mobbing. One way to deal with this is to focus on the importance of life skills ?SET- Social emotional training?. SET is a program that encourages student?s self-awareness, that is, the understanding students have about themselves and how he or she can relate to it and to others.

The thesis of this essay is how literary texts are selected in the teaching of Swedish in upper secondary school, and how teachers Reflect upon gender in these selections. To answer the thesis question three methods have been used. Firstly interviews were held with five teachers of Swedish, which have been the primary source for the essay. In addition to the interviews, I have examined two literary anthologies used as teaching aid in the teaching of Swedish and lastly I analyzed the literature and authors that the teachers explicitly express that they use in their tutoring. The secondary sources of this thesis contain research on selections of fictional texts, literary canon and students? re-production of gender.
