This study has investigated the possibilities of implementing lean in a division of a hospital in Stockholm. The goal was to reduce the lead time for the patient to get his diagnose by implementing lean in the two production flows of this division. This paper is about the use of task boards in agile system development projects. The main focus is on how digitalized versions of the task board can be of assistance during the development process. Our investigation is based on qualitative studies, with system developers of various backgrounds and professional roles, along with studies of relevant literature. The main results are that a digitized version of the task board can increase awareness for the team and be of major importance if it is accessible through the web. On the other hand negative effects of the digitalization can emerge as well.

This report is a thesis work for a B.Sc. in Forestry at the School for Forest Engineers, SLU. The work was an assignment from Jarlträ AB which is a privately owned sawmill located in southern Småland. The aim of the work was to investigate the economical result of different pricelists and how to adjust different parameters such as length correction to give an optimal result. The pricelists was examined through a computer program (SilviA). The pricelists was made in the program and after that a simulation was preformed with a selection of random sampled trees gathered from the area nearby the sawmill.

This report describes the process of outlining a design proposal for a resource planning tool for TV post-production. A feasibility study in form of a participant observation has been carried out on-site, which has resulted in a requirement specification. Based on the requirement specification, mockups have been created to illustrate the functions and features that a final planning tool should have. In addition to developing a design proposal, an evaluation of the existing resource planning tool Ganttic has been conducted. Ganttic has been reviewed based on how well it meets the list of requirements.

Med vår uppsats har vi försökt undersöka vad kvinnliga konsumenter i åldern 20- 29 eftersträvar att tillgodose för värden vid konsumtion av ekologiska ? och konventionella kläder. Vi har försökt ge modekedjorna en inblick i hur de kan utveckla utformningen av ekologiska kläder, genom att studera ifall konsumenternas eftersträvade värden avseende ekologiska kläder liknar eller skiljer sig åt från värden avseende konventionella kläder. För att finna värden som kan vara väsentliga att tillgodose vid konsumtion av kläder har vi använt oss av means-end chain modellen, som applicerats på åtta kvinnliga respondenter. Detta har följts av en enkät där vi med en variant av List of Values (LOV) har studerat om det existerar en skillnad i vilka värden konsumenten vill tillfredställa vid ett köp av ett konventionellt- och ekologiskt plagg..
