Ägarlägenheter är en speciell form av tredimensionella fastigheter, vilken endast är avsedd att innehålla endast en bostadslägenhet. Det har varit möjligt att bilda ägarlägenheter sedan maj 2009. De 24 ägarlägenhetsförrättningar som registrerats i fastighetsregistret under de två första åren har kartlagts och en analys av olika aspekter på hur förhållandet mellan enskilda ägarlägenheter och gemensam egendom reglerats i förrättningarna har genomförts.I ca 20 % av ägarlägenhetsprojekten bildades ägarlägenheterna innan byggnaden blivit upp­förd. Förfarandet är bra för finansiering av byggprojektet, men leder till en osäkerhet om ifall lägenheterna i den färdiga byggnaden överensstämmer med den beslutade fastighets­indelningen. Att ta fastighetsbildningsbeslutet som en preliminärfråga i dessa fall medför att förrättningen inte avslutas förrän byggnaden är klar och därigenom kan lantmäterimyndig­heten säkerställa att fastighetsindelningen överensstämmer med byggnadens slutliga utformning.Byggherren är nästan alltid ensam sakägare i förrättningen.

AimThe purpose of this study is to compare the level of activity between playing wii Sports Tennis and wii Sports boxing, and the usual sports, and to see how the two variants are perceived.Issues:- How much strain ratio and energy consumption it gives to exercise wii sports compared with the playing of sport for real?- How do the test participants experience the different tests?- How are the two wii sports games against each other in terms of activity and fitness in the school environment?MethodThis is an experimental study in which 10 test participants (5 men and 5 women) have carried out four different physical tests. The tests consisted of either playing an exergame or playing a sport for 25 minutes. Physical activity was measured during the test using a heart rate monitor. All test participants completed all tests in the same order.

In order to sell their product with the best possible quality guaranty, there is a signal processing circuit called ATLAS implemented in the system. This circuit would eventually be useful in the production and for the repairs of the radio units. Our commission was to examine the possibility for this use.

The state of Israel is known as the only democracy in the Middle East. The purpose of this study was to examine if there is aspects in the Israelis society that can be questioned in terms of liberal democracy.Areas of concerns in the study are the Israeli official policy's concerning inclusion and exclusion of their citizens in areas of property owning, personal status and the duty of military service.The results show that the Israeli society distinguishes their citizens in these areas by their ethnic origin, in favour for the Jewish population. The law prohibits changes in the states Jewish character. One clear example how this is presented is that a Jew is prohibited to marry a non-Jew. The results show also that this official policy by the Israeli state violates important principles of liberal democracy.

Sedan införandet av euro som gemensam valuta har interna obalanser inom euroområdet växt sig starkare till följd av reala apprecieringar i speciellt Portugal, Irland, Italien, Grekland och Spanien. Detta har lett till att ländernas internationella konkurrenskraft försvagats. För att få bukt med de interna obalanserna krävs det att länderna återfår sin internationella konkurrenskraft, deras varor måste bli billigare i jämförelse med deras handelspartner. Detta kan komma till stånd genom reala deprecieringar. Hösten 2008 drabbades världen av den djupaste ekonomiska nedgången sedan andra världskriget, något som förvärrade situationen för de krisande euroländerna.Uppsatsen belyser de interna obalanserna inom euroområdet och diskuterar teoretiskt på vilka sätt länderna kan få stånd till reala deprecieringar när det inte finns någon växelkurs att ändra mot de andra euroländerna.

In this report a system for Rapid Control Prototyping, RCP, is evaluated through animplementation of the motor control methods Field Oriented Control, FOC, and Space VectorPulse Width Modulation, SVPWM. The evaluation emphasizes on time-consumption andresource utilization on the used hardware and on usability for of software.A new mechatronic laboratory is under development at ABB Corporate Research in Västerås. Itwill be used for both mechanical and motion control design using existing and new hardware.The control structure in a traditional robot system will be interfaced to a rapid prototypingsystem which should allow easy changes to algorithms at different levels in the system.The system designated for this project comes from National Instruments and constitutesLabVIEW Real-time and FPGA module as the software tools. The hardware is a NI Single-Board RIO (Reconfigurable Input Output), sbRIO, development board including a Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA, from Xilinx and a microprocessor from FreescaleSemiconductor. Graphical programming is performed in the LabVIEW environment, andthrough Xilinx tools the LabVIEW FPGA code is compiled to VHDL code.A pre-study was carried out to clarify the concept of RCP and investigate different systems forRCP and their traits.

Degeneration of trademarks - a legal construction or a marketing problem? This paper discusses the issue of degeneration of trademarks. The study has its starting point in the conflict that may arise between the principles of marketing and the legislation concerning IP rights and market law. In this study several verdicts are studied in which degeneration has been addressed. Analyzing these rulings as well as the current legislation in the light of marketing theory, a conflict between marketing and legislation can be noted.

Bakgrund: I början på 80-talet väcktes ett intresse för företagskultur och det skrevs en mängd böcker inom ämnet. Samtidigt som intresset för företagskultur har blivit större har även fusioner och företagsförvärv blivit allt vanligare och nådde under 90-talet rekordnivåer. När ett företag går samman med ett annat eller blir förvärvat existerar olika företagskulturer i företagen och det kan innebära att företagen har väldigt olika arbetsmetoder. I företag som sammanslås kan kulturskillnader lätt leda till spänningar som kan urholka fusionen eller förvärvet. Efter en fusion eller ett företagsförvärv måste företaget snabbt ta ett beslut om hur de kulturella skillnaderna ska hanteras för att inte eventuella krockar mellan företagskulturerna ska minska chansen till att fusionen blir lyckad.

Den här uppsatsen har haft som syfte att undersöka hur fem unga transsexuella upplevt sin skoltid och hur detta har påverkat deras identitetsskapande. De tre frågeställningarna har varit:Hur har intervjupersonerna skapat sin könsöverskridande identitet i en skolkontext?Vilka är de praktiker och diskurser som de format och formar sina "jag" genom?Mot vilka diskurser, om några, gör de intervjuade personerna motstånd genom sitt identitetsskapande?Uppsatsen poängterar att forskning inom utbildningsvetenskap med koppling till sexualitets- och identitetspolitik är essentiellt för lärarutbildningens och läraryrkets utveckling. Det finns redan uttryckligen formulerat i styrdokumenten men verkligheten i verksamheten tycks se annorlunda ut. Skolan har ansvar för alla barn och unga som befinner sig i verksamheten.

Abstract This paper discusses protectionism of intellectual property rights in general and the conflict between large pharmaceutical companies? rights to patent and developing countries? rights to cheap generic preparation in particular. The essay focuses above all on HIV/AIDS medicine. The description tries to give an image of the different interests that collide and why they collide. The different actors are above all the pharmaceutical branch, including researchers, inventors and salesmen with their economic interest of revenue, and the population of the development countries and their pressed situation considering the great need of medicine.

We have different kinds of signal processing everywhere around us in our everyday life, in our cellphones, when we are listening to music, watching TV etc. This makes signal processing a very interesting and important technical area, where the demand of skilled engineers sets the limit of what is possible.Working with signal processing requires in-depth knowledge in areas such as mathematics, physics, electronics, and other related areas. For this, it has traditionally been demanded by a talented developer to also master the advanced programming languages such as C / C + + and Assembler.This has begun to change; today there are several companies that offer graphical development environments for signal processing, environments where programming skills are not needed anymore, and the focus can be on signal processing instead.The goal with this project is to build a corresponding graphical development environment to reach an understanding of what is required of these systems, and also to grasp what opportunities that are available within graphic programming. Inspiration for the work has partly arise from some of the tools available on the market, and partly from previous theses that have been written about graphic programming.The challenge lies in creating a program that can execute signal diagrams in real time from given signal blocks, and be able to handle feedback loops in an efficient way and to do so at the lowest "cost" in terms of clock cycles as possible. This should also be compared against to code, compile and run a complete signal diagram directly.To increase the usability it should also be possibility to externally manage in real time the parameters of the signal diagram during execution.The interface is a separate program, which is to some extent similar to Matlab Simulink, where a signal diagram is drawn up graphically by connecting wires between different signal blocks.

This study investigates how tagging is being used in a new way when members of a Swedish dating site get to tag themselves in an act of self-presentation with the aim of meeting new people. In the study seven members of the dating site Mazily were interviewed about their self-presentation, tagging and identity formation there. The questions concerned how they formed their own tags, but also how they interpret and use other members' tags in their search for a potential partner.I have been using queer theories for this study, in order to find out what kind of norms and structures that lie behind and affect the members' behaviour on the website. My study finds that the interviewed members to a high degree reflect about both their own and other members tagging and self-presentations. Although they spend quite some time trying to analyse other people on the website they have a great sense of understanding that a person may give two very different impressions on the site and offline.

Background: The real estate market has previously been subsidized by the government. The construction has been characterized by standardization and large scale complex. In the current situation there are other conditions on the real estate market, subsidies do not occur at the same degree and the market is more competitive. Customer influence has also changed. Today the customers want to customize their apartment by personal needs and lifestyle.

Syfte: Gällande förvärv av kommunala hyresrätter har de flesta diskussioner som uppmärksammats, enligt vår uppfattning, rört ombild¬ningen från hyresrätt till bostadsrätt. Det är även det som teoretiskt finns beskrivet. Därför anser vi att vår studie kan bidra till att belysa fenomenet och öka vetskapen, om att hyres¬rätterna kan byta ägare och de facto byter ägare utan att upplåtelseformen ändras. Vårt syfte är därför att studera hur fastighetsköp gjorda av privata fastighets¬ägare från kommunala fastighetsföretag går till.Metod: Vi har i vår uppsats delat hermeneutikernas synsätt då vi är medvetna om att vår inställning och tolkning av studien kommer att påverka vårt resultat. Vidare har vi tillämpat ett kvalitativt tillvägagångssätt där vår studie grundar sig på intervjuer.
