Real estate managers work in a hard branch with big competition and skeptical customers. For most people, buying a property is the biggest private purchase of their lives. This puts a big pressure on the real estate agent to make the process run smooth. But how does the customer know which real estate manager to choose? We have researched what effect the real estate managers clothing has on the customers? first impression and how clothing affects customers? choice of real estate agents.To answer our questions we´ve done 13 projective interviews with ten customers and three real estate agents, where we showed four pictures with the same person dressed in different styles.

Den övergripande målsättningen med denna uppsats är att visa hur GIS kan fungera som stöd i en MKB. För att exemplifiera detta genomförs i denna uppsats en specificerad studie kring flygbullerpåverkade områden vid Malmö-Sturup flygplats. Flyg-bullerkartor erhölls från Luftfartsverket (LFV). Analyser gjordes för olika startriktningar om flygbullrets interferens med bland annat människor, naturvård, kulturmiljö, friluftsliv, fastigheter (egendomar) samt med några tätorters expansionspotential. Jämförelser genomfördes mellan flygplanstyperna McDonell Douglas MD80 och McDonell Douglas DC9.

The objective of this thesis was to study how parents of adult drug addicts experience their contact with the social welfare office, what elements affected the parents degree of satisfaction with the contact with the social welfare office, and whether the contact meant any help for them. This paper deals with the late Viking age/early medieval grave field in Björned, Torsåker parish, Ångermanland County in northern Sweden. The grave field in Björned is rare because it has all the signs of being Christianized before the surroundings. This awakes questions such as if the people of Björned came from another place and brought the religion with them or if someone else did that for them. To find these answers I have analysed the stable isotope ratios [delta]13C, [delta]15N and [delta]34S in human bone collagen. Through these stable isotopes we can not only see what the people consumed but also where their food had its origin.

This study intends to analyze and compare the core litterature outlined in two specially selected teacher training establishments. The purpose of the investigation is to examine what specific perspectives they focus upon and the competences they require for teachers of tomorrow.The result shows that there are certain differences in perspective when varying the point of focus, but there are also common elements inte the core litterature between the two establishments. This analysis will provide a base for discussion on how the differences may be a result of the environment where the colleges of higher learning are situated and also on the individual needs in the surrounding area when they were first established..

The purpose of this study is to examine a brand?s green marketing and its consumers? perception of it in order to compare these views. The idea is to find a potential gap and what effect it may have on the brand. A case study has therefore been made with the grocery market brand Coop with focus on organic food. The material used consists of texts from Coop?s website to represent their brand.

Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka om och på vilket sätt lä-rare/speciallärare/specialpedagoger i skolår 4-6 använder sig av resultaten från de nationella proven i matematik i årskurs tre i sin undervisning. Studiens syfte var också att ta reda på hur stödet är organiserat för de elever som inte uppnådde godkänt resultat på proven samt hur pedagogerna önskar att stödet ska se ut.1. På vilket sätt tar lärarna/speciallärarna/specialpedagogerna del av resultaten från de nationella proven i matematik och vad får de reda på eller vad tar de reda på?2. Hur ser stödet ut för de elever som inte nådde upp till kravnivån på nationella proven i matematik?3. Hur vill lärarna/speciallärarna/specialpedagogerna att stödet ska se ut?Teori: Studien utgår från det sociokulturella perspektivet där lärandet ses som en språklig och social företeelse. Vi lär av erfarenheter från oss själva och andra. Genom språket kan vi dela varandras erfarenheter.

Den här studien syftar till att göra en miljöstrategisk jämförelse av två olika tekniker för rening av enskilda avlopp. Detta innebär en jämförelse av såväl juridiska som ekonomiska aspekter utöver den grundläggande reningseffektiviteten. Målsättningen är att visa att en rotzon är ett väl så bra alternativ som en markbädd vid rening av enskilda avlopp. Detta visade sig också stämma. Beträffande reningseffektivitet verkar teknikerna vara likvärdiga.

The present BSc thesis is part of a newly established collaboration between the Swedish zoo Skansen and Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS), and constitutes of an inventory of the Nairobi Animal Orphanage (AO). As a refuge for wild animals found orphaned, abandoned or injured throughout Kenya, the AO has grown over the years and reached an unsustainable point where external help is needed for solutions and improvements. The aim of the inventory is to specifically consider the husbandry and enclosures of spotted hyena (Crocuta crocuta), serval (Felis serval), Sykes? monkey (Cercopithecus albogularis) and vervet monkey (Chlorocebus aethiops) and with the aid of facts about the species, estimate how well their biological needs are satisfied. Different educational elements are also reviewed since one of the main purposes of the AO is for education.

A game designer has to consider several aspects when he or she is designing a game. One of those aspects is the perceived freedom in the game by the player. There exist several methods to facilitate this perceived freedom in the design phase of the game. This thesis presents, in a qualitative methodology, a number of these methods a game designer might utilize to give the player a heightened sense of freedom for an improved gaming experience. Som metod i studien valde jag att anva?nda en kvantitativ forskningsmetod.

But the doctrine contained in the text ? a cosmologic teaching on the three elements constituting the universe, each being characterized by a color (red, white, black) ? and their microcosmic counterparts in the human body, does have some clear affinities to the worldview of the Br?hma?as and ?ra?yakas, which posits a series of similar correlations (bandhu-) between macro- and microcosmos.

The purpose of this essay is using theories about labeling and social bonds to study whether a measure of rehabilitation for the psychically disabled contributes to a return to a normal status as not-labeled. Partly we examine whether the activities organized by the regulation-ruled authorities during the work of rehabilitation lead to shame or pride, and partly how these activities are organized regarding the processes that lead to the emotions pride or shame among the participants. Method: qualitative semi-structured face-to-face interviews with professional rehabilitation-actors at the Public Employment Office (PEO), the Social Insurance Office (SIO), the Social Service (SOS), the Psychiatry and the Division of Labour Market (AME).Conclusions: the Psychiatry clients are treated with respect, may participate, and communication is characterized by attunement, therefore strong social bonds can be built. On the contrary, among the other examined activities, we found many elements that arouse shame. Since these are more ruled by regulations, the result is engulfment and demands on conformity, because the compromise-possibilities are almost non-existent.
