Den svenska skolan innefattar i dagens globaliserade samha?lle elever fra?n alla va?rldens ho?rn och i den svenska grundskolan talas det idag cirka 200 olika spra?k. Mitt intresse fo?r skolan ligger framfo?rallt i hur skolan ska kunna anpassa sig efter en alltmer globaliserad va?rld da?r olika spra?k, kulturer och kunskaper ma?ste samsas och hitta en gemensam grund att sta? pa?. Men fra?gan a?r om synen pa? spra?k och kunskap ha?nger med i globaliseringstanken eller om kunskapen fortfarande i stor utstra?ckning a?r kopplat till vad vi i Sverige anser vara den ?ra?tta? kunskapen.

Syfte: Studiens syfte ?r att unders?ka hur undervisningen kan utvecklas med hj?lp av elevers reflektion i aktionsforskning, vilka hinder och m?jligheter som uppst?r n?r nya kulturella redskap pr?vas och inf?rs i undervisning, samt att f? en f?rst?else f?r elevernas kommunikativa processer och upplevelse av sitt intresse och sin delaktighet som kan bidra till l?rande och utveckling i NO undervisning. Teori: Studien antar ett sociokulturellt perspektiv och teori som resonerar elevers l?rande, intresse och delaktighet. Perspektivet fokuserar p? kommunikativa processer och reflektioner i l?rande utifr?n S?lj? och Illeris teorier. Det syns?ttet och perspektivet inneb?r att l?rande sker ofta ihop med andra genom deltagande i ?msesidiga aktiviteter, d?r l?rande fokuserar mest p? det sociala samspelet. Metod: Studien baserar och utg?r fr?n en aktionsforskningsansats som en kvalitativ metod f?r att unders?ka och besvara forskningsfr?gorna.

Studien förklarar vad terra preta är och hur man med enkla medel kan använda sig av terra preta i sin fritidsodling. Studien baseras på litteraturstudier men även genom ett studiebesök och egna praktiska experiment har jag fått ökad förståelse och kunskap om ämnet.Arbetet redovisar vad terra preta är ur historiskt perspektiv, dagens användning av terra preta och pågående forskning. I Resultatet presenteras två förslag med illustrationer och text på hur man kan tillverka biokol i pyrolysanläggningar. Därefter bearbetas frågeställningen hur man kan använda sig av biokol i sin odling. Syftet med arbetet är att underlätta för den som är intresserad av att odla med terra preta att få sammanställd information om hur man kan gå till väga praktiskt..

This paper aims to describe how religion teachers in Swedish schools teach concerning questions about life issues and popular culture. To research the teachers' didactic approach to these issues, didactics has been defined with three educational questions: what, how and why. The essay focuses on teachers' effective implementation of teaching on life issues and popular culture, which we used a theory of offering meaningfulness describing what subject matter that may be imparted to the students. An offer of meaningfulness can be pursued and can be made visible in the context of what and how performs the teaching and also in the context where the teacher planned the teaching elements. The method that the paper has used is the interviews of four different active religious educators in Stockholm and Uppsala area.

This is an investigation of a mobile prefabrication factory´s competitiveness and profitability which also will result in a suggestion for a design of the factory. The mobile prefabrication factory is an idea of a new concept for production which is meant to be used in the manufacture of slab. The main intention with this concept is that by using a fast established prefabrication factory to produce elements near the construction site, thus avoiding transport from the factory to the building site. This means not only an environmental and economic gain, but also that you can avoid risking damage the elements which often occur during transportation. The contractor is owner of the mobile prefabrication factory and can thus avoid long waiting times and cyclicality.

The aim of this study is to investigate how the Swedish language proficiency of pupils in vocational programmes in 1977 was measured and assessed with the aid of a national achievement test, and to investigate whether vocational pupils today, in 2014, have similar language proficiency to that of pupils in the 1970s. The study also discusses how the design of the national achievement test from 1977 reflects the view of knowledge that prevailed in society and in the policy documents. The material for the study consists of a total of 75 national achievement tests, 40 of which were taken by pupils on a vocational programme in 1977 and 35 by pupils on a vocational programme in 2014. The national achievement test consists of two parts, the first of which focuses on isolated elements of language proficiency, while the second involves free text production. The material was analysed quantitatively in accordance with the correction material from 1977.

ABSTRACT This study is an exam work at the Department of Ecology at the Swedish Agricultural University, Ultuna, Uppsala. The field work was performed in the counties of Uppsala and Västmanland. Grassland areas, exposed to annual mowing, are known to host a variety of rare and red-listed vascular species. The area of these grassland are, however, decreasing in the landscape due to modern farming. The fact that roadside verges maintain regular mowing has proven to be a successful concept for many rare vascular plant species in this habitat. Vascular plants along roadside verges at the State road network were inventoried due to a government mandate during 1995 and 1996. As a result ?Species rich roadsides? were pointed out.

Increasing innovation and entrepreneurship has been identified as a key target for sustained growth and welfare, both in Sweden and abroad. Therefore, many countries have recognized the need to equip students with entrepreneurship education and to integrate skills associated with entrepreneurship into the various curricula.To shed light on entrepreneurship education within business curricula, a case study focusing on the first two years of the Bachelor program at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) was conducted. The study was based on interviews with students, alumni and scholars with a background of entrepreneurship. Insights from respondents were compared with leading research on entrepreneurship education, to evaluate the program's approach.Primary findings from the qualitative analysis showed an overall lack of entrepreneurship education in the early stages of the program. Entrepreneurial "know-how" knowledge was an insufficient component of the SSE program and a barrier for why more students did not pursue a career in entrepreneurship.

The aim of this study was to create an understanding of how a group of community policing officers engagement are shaped. Previous research argues that there is a police culture which conveys cynicism to the individual police. The research also says that the police adopt a pessimistic view of society, they are isolated and at odds with the rest of society. Furthermore, research has also shown how a narrative can exist that explains the police way of doing things. My contribution to the field is to explore how a narrative can be located, which precedes and shapes the police engagement.

Arbetet omfattar dokumentation i text, skisser och bilder av hur designprocessen av en skid- och snowboardryggsäck växer fram. Syftet med examensarbetet är att Four Elements vill utöka sitt produktsortiment från att designa och producera cross-overkläder för den alpina marknaden till att även göra ryggsäckar och andra ?hårdvaruprodukter?. Målet med ryggsäcken är att den ska ha ett tilltalande och annorlunda utseende med en stark Four Elements-känsla. Den ska avse användning för alpina aktiviteter såsom utförsåkning, snowboard- och telemarkåkning och ha en god ergonomisk utformning.

This essay focus on work related stress and psychosocial enviroment in working life. The purpose of this study is to present a detailed description of regulation of the the Occupational Safety and Health Act and investigate how well employees are being protected by the law.I will also explain with the help of statistic which employees that most often suffer from work related stress and the results is discussed from a gender perspective.Work related phycosocial health is a big issue in todays workplaces, and people who suffers from stress are supposed to be protecteded by the the Occupational Safety and Health Act, but is that really the truth? The Occupational Safety and Health Act is a frame law, meaning the law is general and needs binding regulations to define the rules, and there is no such act about work related stress at the moment. No employer has ever been convicted for work related stress. At the same time the Occupational Safety and Health Act explains that the employer has a responsibility to take arrangement to prevent mental illness in working life.It?s mostly women who suffer from work related stress.

It is clear that media advertising is one of the crucial marketing tools for companies in order to promote their products and services. As we are moving towards more and more economic integration, both on a regional and global scale, the question about standardisation of media advertising has become increasingly important and is nowadays subject to discussion in most international companies. This thesis deals with the issue of standardisation in a region where the process of political, legal and especially economic integration is taking its course, but where cultural and linguistic diversity is still a remaining fact: Europe. The aim of this thesis was to investigate the potential gains from a standardised advertising approach but also to identify its limitations. Especially on a market place like Europe, with its diverse cultural and linguistic background, a fully standardised approach might be difficult to implement.
