The comprehensive goal in this study was to examine important factors in an introduction of a new machine team. The aim was to identify what elements should be part of an introduction program for new machine team. The examination was done together with Stora Enso Skog. A new machine team and their supervisors where analyzed during a six month period. The evaluation was done with open interviews of the team members and their supervisors. The main question was what should be included in an introduction program to develop a successful machine team as effective as possible? Interviews of the new team and analyses gave good indications how the procedure should be done.

Den h?r studien har f?r avsikt att belysa f?rskoll?rares upplevelser och erfarenheter i m?tet med barn som har autism.

Lyckebo farm is the original name of the four building big farm, where year 2000, the former farmer established Maglarp/ Lyckebo golfcourse on his land of culture. In 2007, new owners are approaching the Maglarps golfcourse with thoughts of expanding the business. A first step in that direction is to form the area of the entrance, the specific area the visitors are staying at before entering the actual golfcourse to play. The designproposal is inspired by the peasant garden history of southern Sweden during the nineteenth centuary. It also aims to satisfy the demands of function and usefullness of a golfcourse today.

Context: During the 21st century several alarming reports have been published that deals with the depletion and pollutant of the earth by human interference. The earth is an ending resource and so are the mountains and bedrocks which are continuously mined in order to harvest its minerals. The idea behind Urban Mining is to (re)invent processes enabling further purpose for materials both from old deposits and new products providing secondary raw materials and energy. This thesis aims to investigate the challenges and opportunities of how firms and organizations can and will be able to strike a better balance between product-/service systems, economic growth and environmental stewardship in the context of Urban Mining as an approach. With the innovation of processes, technology, business- planning and creation in focus.Objective: How to future proof a business model for Urban Mining by the usage of business model design.Method: This thesis will be conducted using a case study approach, meaning that it will incorporate qualitative, exploratory and descriptive characteristics - aiming towards enabling both applied and fundamental research.Results: The result evaluates the business model element differences between traditional C&D industry and Urban Mining industry.

Studien placerar sig i kontaktytan mellan forskning om inkludering, tillg?ngliga l?rmilj?er utomhus och den praktiska till?mpningen av tydligg?rande pedagogik. Genom att studera f?rskoll?rares uppfattningar av fenomenet och hur f?rskoll?rare anser sig agera i sv?ra situationer som uppst?r i denna milj? har slutsatser kunnat dras kring hur och om tydligg?rande pedagogik anv?nds som ett inkluderingsverktyg.

Studien syftar till att studera om vilka faktorer som pa?verkar elevers skolprestationer och pa? vilket sa?tt fo?ra?ldrars utbildningsniva? inverkar pa? elevers betyg. Vidare syftar underso?kningen till att fa? en uppfattning om elevers syn pa? utbildning och hur de ta?nker kring sin skolga?ng.

In this paper we have studied possible future uses for Additive Manufacturing (commonly referred to as 3D-printing) in Space. More specifically we have sought to establish how Additive Manufacturing can be used to construct structures on the Moon. Our studies have shown that Additive Manufacturing has great potential for establishing colonies on not only the Moon, but perhaps even further away from our home planet. With Contour Crafting-technology in combination with ISRU (In Situ Resource Utilization) we could, with material already present in the sediment layers of the Moon, construct advanced structures without having to transfer any extra material from Earth. This would lower the costs of establishing a colony on the Moon to such extents that it could actually be fiscally possible..

The aim of this paper was to examine the specific experience of being bicultural, what ackulturation strategy the person utilized and what influenced the use of this strategy. The findings were analyzed with the help of Pierre Bourdieu?s concepts of habitus and cultural capital. The empirical data was collected through qualitative interviews with four women of Chilean background, who either were born in or had been living in Sweden since childhood. The results of the interviews showed that all the respondents predominantly utilized the integration strategy, meaning that they participated in and felt a connection to both the Swedish and Chilean culture.

Det är framförallt två övergripande frågor som vi har försökt besvara med denna studien: Hur är situationen vad gäller väg- och tågtrafikinducerade buller- och luftföroreningar i Burlövs Kommun 1994 och hur många av kommunens invånare påverkas av för höga halter/nivåer? Är den översiktliga metoden som vi har valt att arbeta med, i kombination med tillgänglig data, lämplig och tillräckligt exakt för att beskriva den aktuella miljösituationen i Burlövs Kommun?.

The purpose of this essay has been to study the different discourses that are expressed in social welfare secretaries? assertions when they assess cases with elements of honour-related violence, intimidation and oppression. To do so I have used a discourse analysis theory and technique, based on three qualitative interviews with social welfare secretaries. The interviews were focused on vignettes, which were all fictitious cases with various elements of honour-related violence. One of the interviews was a focus groupinterview with four participants, while the other two interviews were individual.

The landscape with its associated historical tracks and remains are an important part of our cultural heritage that we consider important to conserve. The stone walls are an example of historical remains that helps to build up this cultural heritage. It is a landscape element that today usually is being associated with the old cultivated landscape, where they mainly functioned as boundary markings and fences. Today, the stone wall is a valuable element in the landscape with ecological, culture-historical and aesthetic values. Since the stone walls arose as elements in the landscape a lot has been changed within the agriculture.

Kommunikation har en central roll i dagens samhälle, särskilt i våra skolor där det används för social interaktion, för att sprida information och för att befästa kunskap. Syftet med den här studien är att identifiera och definiera kommunikationen som äger rum i ämnena bild och engelska ? hur den går till väga vad som utmärker och skiljer kommunikationen åt mellan de båda ämnena. Den här studien innehåller en kvantitativ studie av GY11:s ämnesplaner för bild och engelska, och en kvalitativ studie av åtta stycken intervjuer med lärare inom ämnena bild och engelska på gymnasial nivå i Växjö. Resultatet av den här studien visar på att definitionen av vad kommunikation är skiljer sig åt i de båda ämnesplanerna.

Studiens forskningsansats a?r en kvalitativ och kvantitativ undersokningsmetod med en experimentell tendens.

My study is focused on one organization with is Unicef, the organization that is workning on a UN mission. The mission is about children's rights and Unicef has brought children's actions since 1946.The purpose of this essay was to research whether the images can be used alone or as a complement to the text that the communication organizations use. By examining the way images are used, I hoped to be able to deduce the results of image use. I study if the effect out messages with only pictures will be more effective than the message in which the verbal mixed with the non-verbal.Theoretical part of this essay has a communication perspective. The essay is structure by tree elements, non-verbal communication, mass communication and intercultural communication.
