The political landscape is constantly changing and influenced by outside forces. The strong connection to the traditional media has evolved to include a new important part, social media. A good way for the politics to utilize social media is through their youth associations, whose main purpose is to engage young people and spark their interest in politics. Due to the increasing influence of social media, the politicians, parties and various actors have to adapt to its demands, to be able to gain visibility on these platforms. One way to adapt is to become more entertainment driven, because these platforms are a safespace where people find time to relax and have a good time. With a growing emphasis on simplified, engaging and more fun political massages, political communication has changed its form. This phenomenon is referred to as ?politainment? and encapsulates the merging of politics and entertainment. The purpose of this study is to examine and measure the frequency of politainment in Swedish political youth associations political communications.

In today?s horse keeping, there is an increasing awareness of the importance of movement and activity for the horses comfort and tenability, while tradition has it that horses should be kept in boxes and small paddocks. In order to develop housing systems that fulfils and optimizes the horses needs regarding movement and activity, we need to know more about factors that influence the activity patterns of horses. A first step is to be able to record and analyze the gaits in horses with an automated system. This could be done by use of accelerometer data.In this pilot study, existing accelerometer technique was used to characterize the different gaits in horses (walk, trot and canter) by studying how their respective signal patterns differ and how this is influenced by the size of the horse.The accelerometers being used in this study measures the movement in three different spaces; horizontal, lateral and vertical.

Mitt syfte med den här undersökningen var att belysa problem som uppstår då musiker med olika bakgrund och genretillhörighet samarbetar i ett gemensamt projekt. Undersökningen utfördes på ett konsert- och showprojekt kallat ?SMASK? ? Sveriges MusikAkademikers Sång Kåntest vid Musikhögskolan i Piteå 2007. Uppsatsen består av två delar där den första utgör reflektioner kring genremöten. Jag kombinerar där deltagande observation med egna tidigare erfarenheter, information ur litteraturen och från andra informationskällor såsom radio, VHS/DVD och Internet.

Problem/Bakgrund: Dagligen får vi i Sverige ta del av nyhetsvåldet genom TV, radio och press. Hur upplever vi detta?Nyhetsproducenter och mediefolk framför hur viktigt det är att vara upplysta, men samtidigt lyfter mediekritiker fram skadliga effekter med våldsexponeringen. Väldigt få studier har gjorts i Sverige om hur vi upplever verkligt medievåld, dvs. inte fiktivt våld som visas i filmer och serier.

Analysen undersöker vinnare av Guldägget från Sverige och vinnare Cannes Lions Gold från USA åren 2010-2013 inom kategorin radioreklam, med fokus på vilka retoriska grepp som används i respektive vinnarbidrag, samt hur karaktärer skildras. Med utgångspunkt från Renbergs modell för retorisk analys och med basen från Perry Hinton?s forskning om stereotyper i samhällen tittar analysen närmare på trender och tendenser inom prisvinnande radioreklam och jämför dessa sinsemellan. Resultatet visar att de reklamer som vunnit Lions är mer av en underhållande karaktär, använder sig av mer etablerade grepp i inledningen, har högre oförutsägbarhet i avslutningen, anspelar på humor (istället för lidelse och sympati) och har mindre logisk koppling i sin argumentation till skillnad från de som vunnit Guldägget. Resultatet visar även att stereotypa karaktärer förekommer eller föreslås i samtliga reklamkampanjer.

Many companies today are investing in various computer-based tools to support their planning, decision making or communication processes. However, end users are often reluctant to accept the available information systems, which mean that these investments are extremely risky. Understanding why users choose to accept or reject an information system has proved to be one of the most challenging problems in this research area. Previous studies have focused on users' beliefs and attitudes regarding use intentions, but the results have, however, been both mixed and incomplete. In this study, I have used the Swedish youth? s use intention of mobile banking and a quantitative study was performed based on five different hypotheses derived from previous studies.

During test flights SAAB uses the data acquisition system COMET 16. The part of the system that receives the signals from the sensors and converts them is called KSM 15. The purpose of this thesis is to develop a data acquisition module on stacked PC/104 modules with a lower production cost. Our work has been divided into one part about analog signal conditioning and a second part with digital filtering and memory management of the sampled data. The analog part, designed of regular components like instrument amplifiers, voltage references, operational amplifiers and multiplexers, adjusts the sensors signal levels for the ADC?s that converts the signals.

The aim of this thesis was to investigate the possibility of integrating an item tracking systemwith a monitoring system currently under development at Fifth Generation Technologies (P) Ltd.A literature study of RFID technology and the networks ZigBee and MiWi was done. Based onthe literature study a concept for a distributed system was developed.The concept is to have several RFID readers placed in the area where tracking is to be performedand allow them to communicate with each other through wireless communication. The RFIDreaders shall be able to form zones and filter the data that is forwarded from the zones to theservers and thus perform some of the work that the server would normally have to do. Theconcept has been evaluated by prototype development and testing. The prototype uses an ultrahigh frequency RFID reader and a MiWi network.The test indicated some limitations with the selected technologies.

Reklam för olika produkter och organisationer möter oss varje dag bland annat genom tidningar, radio, TV eller på vägen till jobbet. De TV-sända reklamfilmerna som avbryter i lördagsfilmen eller under nyhetssändningen är till för att påverka oss TV-tittare. Vi har i denna studie valt att undersöka vilka likheter och skillnader man ser i en jämförelse av två reklamfilmer från kommersiella företag och två från nonprofitorganisationer.Vi har som syfte att identifiera drag och linjer i filmerna som är likadana eller skiljer sig åt från de olika typerna av organisationer. Fenomenet vi vill undersöka är hur reklamfilmer från nonprofitorganisationer utformas och fungerar jämfört med reklamfilm från kommersiella företag. Detta kommer vi göra genom att dra slutsatser utifrån kvalitativa tolkningar kring likheter och skillnader i filmerna.Undersökningarna som denna uppsats baseras på kommer att utföras genom två kvalitativa studier på fyra reklamfilmer.

This thesis is   focused on identifying and documenting all   electrical equipment, such as devices, power lines / cables, and connectors in the facility and also on presenting a brief   technical description and information of the systems around the reactors.   Furthermore there will be a brief description of LabVIEW - which is a   graphical programming language- and which devices / elements   are programmed. For further notification, I am not   responsible for the programming of the devices in LabVIEW   which I have only used as a tool in my work. The plant   for production of biogas consists of four reactors   of which the third reactor (Lakbädden)   is connected to another reactor (UASB)   where they cooperate with each other.   The reactors are used for producing   biogas in the form of methane gas.The reactors I and II are   connected to, various electrical devices as, flow meters, temperature   sensors, frequency converter and   more.

Our aim is to analyse and discuss Swedish sport federations´ view about talent. We are analysing material, mainly in digital form, with focus on the identification of talents, development of talents and talents in a wider perspective. The first one is about when and how federations identify talents. The second one is about how they work with development of talents, for example, what is the most significant aspect to develop young people to become successful athletes. The third one is about organizations questions, how they work to create an environment that enables Swedish athletes to become great in sports.

Två år vid polisutbildningen har bl.a. lärt oss lagstöd, självskydd, vapenhantering, radio, bilkörning, bemötande och hantering av misstänkta gärningsmän, drabbade målsäganden och vittnen. Men de minsta i samhället har glömts bort. Hur ska vi bemöta och ta hand om barn i samband med brott? Denna rapport är ägnad åt att ta fram information som är relevant för poliser i yttre tjänst vid bemötande av barn som bevittnat eller själva drabbats av brott.

There are an increasing number of pupils leaving school with incomplete grades. Research indicates that the causes to this phenomenon may be individual- as well as school related and complicated to illuminate. The purpose of the study is to examine the processes of exclusion that have resulted in pupils´ incomplete degrees. Two research problems have been formulated. The first one is about the identification of exclusion and branding factors for pupils with incomplete degrees.
